Went in for front tire purchase and replacement service. Sold me on some bronze service package which is useless. They check the brakes, and tire pressure and complete an oil change. Then they try to sell me on repairs saying my horn doesn’t work. The button was stuck from winter. Took about 5 presses to unstick myself.

Excellent buying experience all the way around. From competitive pricing to the ease of paperwork these guys did a great job of making me happy. Highly recommend!

Brandon over at MI was great to deal with when purchasing my Polaris Sportsman 850 Ultimate Trail. He walked us through options and lets us look at everything in the shop. My 3 kids even had a good time while I completed paperwork. Owner took the time to stop and chat it up about the machine and shop improvements they have made. They will be getting more business from us in the future.

Just purchased a YZ 250X from Motorsports International and they were phenomenal to work with! They went out of their way to find/procure the bike I wanted in last year's model at another shop so I could save $500. After an initial visit, we had regular communication via phone calls and text messages to work out the details of the sale and financing. They were extremely diligent, flexible and easy to work with. last weekend I had the pleasure of purchasing motorsports last 25' Husqvarna TC300 from salesmen Charlie, Charlie & the finance team were super helpful and willing to explain the break down of the quote I received, and when It came to financing the bike the owner, Jeremy even got involved and assisted in finding me the best possible rate from local credit unions!, as far as the bike, it was ridden for break in hours next day & words can't explain how incredible the new husky line up is.. financing & paperwork took sometime but it was 100% worth the wait!!! -big thanks to the motorsports staff!!

Team at motorsports international we’re great to work with and gave me an exceptional deal on a 2024 leftover Hayabusa that I drove from New Jersey up to Massachusetts just to buy from them.

I had went to the service department because my motorcycle had sat and would not start (2010 Kawasaki 250). I talked to a service manager and asked if they could work on the bike, they said yes. Made an appointment for Saturday. I rented a truck and trailer and brought the bike in 2 days before the appointment. Told them it sat and I recently replaced the battery but still wouldn’t start. They took down my information and said I would get a call after the issue was diagnosed. I got a call on Monday saying it was bad fuel and the carb needed to be rebuilt and I authorized the work. Almost 3 full weeks later I was told the carb was rebuild but needed to be re-jetted and some other work. I called 3 times and left voicemails but got no problem response. Finally got ahold of then and approved over $700 of work. From Oct 10th to 23 rd I heard nothing. Drove there and was told they did not know where the parts were. Later that day they said they had the parts in hand. I also told them I needed to pick the bike up on the 31st as I was going to be leaving for work. And they made the note. The 31 st I called 3 times left a voice mail and texted. I drove there ready to pick the bike up and was told its been in pieces for 1.5 months with no work done besides the carb rebuild. I was told they would discount the work and be called the next day and they would drop the bike off on Monday. I had to drive there again to pay for the bike and get the ro for the work. When the bike was dropped off it did not run and the new battery I bought was dead. Even though it said the bike ran rough from the paperwork. Nobody can explain why any of this happened and I get brushed off. Do not bring your bike here for service.

Five stars all around the board. Charlie was great to deal with and Chris just as much. Quick easy process. Phenomenal service and not to mention best prices around. I’m from out of state but I’ll one hundred percent be checking Motorsports International first before I check elsewhere. Thanks a bunch.

Recently bought a Kayo Predator 110 for my 9 year old. Charles helped us out, patiently answered countless questions from me, my wife and the kids and was just awesome from start to finish. I know basically nothing about ATV mechanics and he made the whole experience easy, fun and educational. Delivery was quick and easy (bought on a Saturday and had it by Monday) and I had several fairly naive follow up questions over the following 2 weeks and the help after the sale was equally awesome. I look forward to going back for our next vehicle.

Update 10/03/25: They put a brand new wheel on my bike and even gave me the old one to take home if I wanted to sell it. Although everything took a while, and the inconvenience was there, I'm really glad that Patrick worked very hard on fixing the issues and went above and beyond to do so. Because of him, I'll definitely come back here for my next service. He gave me a follow-up call and asked how everything went and if I had any concerns. I really appreciated that as well. Update 09/05/25: Got a call from them that while they were changing my rear time, the tire machine unexpectedly malfunctioned which caused my wheel to detach and now my wheel has scratches on it. They will order a new wheel which will take a week to get. I'm glad everyone was okay but this is a huge inconvenience. I live far away and can't be taking time off from work. Not what I was expecting. Update 09/02/25: Service Manager Patrick reached out to me today and apologized for the huge inconvenience. He was very courteous and understanding and to resolve the issue, he offered me a freeze bronze Service and won't charge me any labor costs for the replacement tire! I will update my stars once they work on my bike and see how long this will take for them to finish. So far I'm now pleased. Great experience buying my 2024 Yamaha Tracer 9GT+. Eric and Chris are great in the sales department. They gave me discount when I bought the bike and the Akrapovic exhaust system together. Christopher really went above and beyond and took care of me. Was very happy with the delivery and installation of the exhaust system. However I'm not happy with their service department. Despite reaching out on their live web chat, they keep saying someone will reach out to me but that never happens. The first time, owner Jeremy reached out to me and apologized since they had low staff and overwhelming amount of motorcycles to go through. Which I totally understand. He was very apologetic and agreed with my concern. Now the second time I just need a basic chain maintenance. A half hour job max. I reached out to them 4 times for over a week and they always say someone will reach out to me. But that never happens. If you're looking for a bike, this is an awesome place to buy. But if you need service, I will look elsewhere. They also had me wait over 40 minutes one time in their service department and no one came back. All I asked them was to give me an update on the status of my bike. They put me on hold and just forgot.

Had my weedwacker there for service, after a month I was told it was ready to pick up. I get there and no one knows what’s going on and then was told what work it needed to fix and never had communication of what was needed until I arrived. Then it was brought out of service completely disassembled after I was told it was ready to pick up. Avoid this dealer at all costs. Unacceptable to have to pick it up like this when it was not brought in this way. Waste of time. Not sure why it took a month just to diagnose it either.

The team was fantastic from the get go. Reached on Tuesday Friday have the machine loaded and ready to ride. Working with Brandon and Chris was great be back to buy from them.

Purchased a 2025 ZX10R from these guys, Eric was a great help in expediting the process. Not saying this happens every time but I had the bike purchased, insured, registered and home within 3 hours. I’ll never beat that record again. Thanks so much guys, what a breeze to work with!

First time in, and was completely blown away by the selection and presentation. I was immediately greeted by a very nice man, who kindly introduced himself and shook my hand like a man, named Brandon. I have zero intention of buying an ATV, but after being educated and learning knowledge from Brandon about how much an ATV could not just provide fun, but make house work outside a lot easier. Brandon’s vast knowledge of products helped me pick out just the right one. Answered every question I had with a smile on his face and never once said “I don’t know”. He was able to personally deliver the vehicle same day, and seemed happy and eager to do so! Great financing with Chris, who was also more than a pleasure to work with! Also very knowledgeable and professional. If you’re in the market for anything cool with a motor, including lawn mowers, I’d highly suggest MINT in Auburn to be your guaranteed one stop shop! All around wonderful experience I am thrilled I came here for my new and first bike!! Background story, I tried going through a private sale from a "friend of a friend" and ended up with an invalid title. I came to Motorsports Int., explained my situation with the sales manager Eric, owner Jeremy, business manager Chris, associates Brandon and Josue. The amount of empathy and compassion they shared was incredible it was so heart warming. They truly made me feel like family with how personable, kind and caring they are. There was no pressure into getting a new bike and they even tried helping find options on how to get my used bike registered. Although I was unable to, they worked with me on finding a perfect bike that suited me. I've worked in sales before and not once did I feel they were using any sort of "tactics" to persuade. What a relief! When I decided to move forward with the sale I had the pleasure of working with Chris Scott to finalize the deal and review my options on upgrades. How he was able to handle all of my millions of questions and maintain his patience is beyond me LOL. He was so sweet, knowledgeable and forthright. He made it so easy and fun! Working with the service department on upgrades was also fantastic! Pat was a huge help along with Mike. The amount of experience and knowledge Mike has is beyond measure. I recently bought my bike here and worked with Brandon to secure the deal. Unfortunately my credit was locked and for some reason I was unable to unlock it here but he showed a lot of understanding and we found another way for me to get my bike :). This was a trade in from a very sentimental bike and he respected every aspect of that and made sure that I had every piece from the bike that I needed to say goodbye. He was very knowledgeable about the bike I bought and between him, service, and parts they both were super friendly and helped me get my bike situated before hitting the road. They even went out of their way to help me put on the holder for my dog and camera as I was struggling to get it to sit flush. Their prices are very good and they are open 6 days a week which makes it a lot easier to buy a bike on your time. My only complaint was that finances guy wasn’t paying attention to the numbers on my documents so I had to fix it multiple times but honestly that’s it. Everything else about this place is great. The staff are nice and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help. They treated me like an equal (and my dog too) this place is great to buy a bike from. So what are you waiting for? Go get your bike!

Bought my Honda Dax 125 from them, though it took over a week to finally get my bike that wasn’t their fault. It took my insurance company a week just to stamp the RTA form. Chet was my sales rep and he was a big help. He assisted me with loading the bike into a box truck and securing it with straps. The way he suggested strapping the bike was genius, and I definitely wouldn’t have been able to think of it. He wasn’t afraid to tell me my idea was bad either and I appreciate that.

Motorsports International made my Scag zero turn mower purchase straightforward. They explained everything and went over the entire mower with me. They helped me select the perfect deck size for my needs and didn’t try to oversell the product. The mower for me needed to be ordered and for some reason was not on the delivery truck the day promised. “No worries” Motorsports International had one of their team members drive to the warehouse to pick it up. Once it arrived their service team got on it and had the mower ready for me when I arrived. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any power equipment purchase. Way to go Motorsports International.
