BEST customer service ever!!! I broke down with a flat tire at night (over an hour and a half away from home) in the POURING rain and Sean hiked down the street with me, multiple times, in the cold and rain, and repaired my flat. Literally a life saver! Highly recommend!

Came into the Auburn store today looking for lug nuts and a way to get her old ones off. I absolutely had the best experience dealing with David, he was, kind, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. I would give him 10 stars if they were available. I will go back for any automotive needs.
Went in this afternoon for 29.99 oil and filter deal!!! First price DeAndre gave me was like 34.00 and change? I said you don't have the 29.99 deal? Blamed his partner for telling him to get wrong filter!! Ok!! Next filter it came to $31.69!! Hmm? I asked again I guess you don't have 29.99 deal aye?? His coworker says oh that's the tax !!! Um no the tax is below @ $1.98 so the deal came out to 31.69 plus $1.98 =33.67
Staff was extremely helpful. I was having some issues finding a part, and even though they didnt have it in their shop, they directed me to where I could find it.
I was figuring I would have to leave a bad review. But to my surprise and delight O'Reilly stood behind their warranty and refunded me without so much as a second thought.
Summary: bought a bearing for my truck in Florida. On the drive to MA it failed. I had to get another one put in this time. So I did not use another O'Reilly bearing. Figured there would be push back. But luckily no. :)

O Rileys is always my first choice they always have cheapest prices compared to competitors and better warranties too. And If you do find a cheaper price at a competitor they will match the price.

Usually I don't go to O'Reilly, but they had the parts I needed when the other place didn't. So I went. Anyway, it's 3-30-2023 around 6:30PM and there's a guy and a girl working at the front desk. This dude is insanely rude. He's annoyed because I was unsure of something and needed a moment to look at the pictures on the computer to figure it out. He recommends I go buy it online (that's rude) so I say "that's okay I'm already here," to which he responds "that's okay I'm all commission, i dont mind making yer money" (Insanely rude) and then he steps back and plays a youtube video as loud as his phone will play it. I'm having trouble thinking, by the way, because of a recent real bad motorcycle accident where my head was struck, which I told him. So after the phone, out comes the pen that's he's now striking on the counter as loud as possible in repetition like he's trying to nail Morse code. The girl working with him is even looking at me in disbelief like she's about to laugh. I've had enough of this nonsense, so I walk out. He says, "God bless" nice and loud as I'm leaving. What a jerk. No respect, and I'm sure his work ethic isn't great either. Won't be coming back here.
Good store and crew here is helpful. Sometimes you wait as there may only be one person up front but they really help you find what you need or install wipers … always clean too.
Great people! I came in late right before they were closing because I was leaking coolant. Wasn’t going to make it home which was still an hour away. A tall guy with a black goatee came and helped me. He gave great advice and got me back on the road and was able to make it home. If anyone knows his name that would be great! I want to send him something!
I was hiking with my dogs in N Oxford and someone stole one of my windshield wipers. Knowing that more storms were coming, I stopped here on my way hom (Saturday June 6th around 7 pm). The gentleman who waited on me, not only explained the different grades and prices, but also installed it for. I would definitely recommend
I had never been here and I wasn't sharp enough to get the names of the two girls working at the time. They were personable, friendly, helpful and simply wonderful! Great employees and amazing women!
Every person I have dealt with in there is extremely helpful and go above and beyond. For example, one time I had a fuse blow in my car and my family was all packed up and ready for a trip. Instead of just selling me the parts and wishing me good luck, the guy actually came out and replaced the fuse for me... not his job to do, but went out of his way to help my family.
In the cold pouring rain here the very kind man who cashed me out also installed my windshield wipers for me. I am so great full for his assistance. I'm hoping they actually get reconixegnised here for their above and beyond service
