Bought a brand new battery for my generator. 1 year later dead and won't take a charge. Used to be good batteries.
We will return to the store but do not want another one. We have a lot of equipment and can't afford replacing batteries every year. They are all over $100.
This isn't the first one. We have seven tractors.
The lady behind the counter tested my battery and confirmed it was weak but charged. She showed me 3 options for my battery. All were a stronger cca rating than my car's factory battery. Chose one with no sales pressure. There was a small installation fee. An OBD setting saver device was used during replacement. The new battery cleared the check engine code my car had. My online Google search had shown the code could be caused by a weak battery!
Turned the key this AM only to hear click, click, click!
Jumped started the 5 year old battery and headed over to the Auburn store as they opened at 8AM.
The manager hooked us up with a cost effective replacement, installed the same and we were on our way in 15mins which saved our day.

Besides assisting me replace car battery, personnel also were assisting old gentleman with car FOB battery and older woman with watch battery. Service the way it should be.
Amazing services and always very thorough in making sure the correct battery goes into your vehicle, especially with all the electronics in these newer cars you need a dependable battery and these guys will get you back on the road, without all the hassles of the big box parts store. The battery warranty is also footnote at most big box stores but interstate actually honored the warranty for me on my plow truck which essentially they didn't have to cause it was technically a commercial vehicle but they did anyway
Also the battery i needed for my nissan was actually cheaper with interstate then the die hard battery at advanced will use them always in the future

We've used them many times over the years for our riding mowers, generators etc. The best battery products you can buy, fully charged; in stock, great customer service, great pricing, no hassle, easy pick up; and they recycle your old battery, what more could you ask for? You can't go wrong here.
Well I thought it was pretty expensive but I just bought a truck battery and it was 217 bucks and change,but it's has a three year warranty and no questions asked if it fails for any reason plus a 2- 1/2 year warranty on top of that, for a total of 5-1/2 years!

Extremely disappointing. I bought a car battery from them a little over three years ago. Suddenly, the battery was going dead over night so I went back to them to have it checked. A young man hooked a small meter to my battery and assured me that both the battery and alternator were good so I spent a several hours looking for a bad circuit (after all, they're battery experts, right?). When I couldn't find anything, I took my car to the dealership where it took a mechanic less than 2 minutes to determine, and show me, that the battery was bad. I bought a new battery from them. So, thinking the young man just needed a little training, I sent a friendly FYI to them.
Their answer from a Sydney: "We are sorry to hear about your troubles with your battery. Unfortunately, there are multiple testers and diagnostic, and not everyone uses the same information".
So, Interstate batteries lost the sale of a car battery and a car battery customer.
Staff were incredibly helpful when I called, answering my questions and giving me lots of options. When I arrived at the store service was prompt, courteous and what I needed was in stock! I’ll definitely be back!
After trying two other chain stores with no luck, Interstate was recommended to us for a new battery for our Farmall tractor. The women and young man at the desk were more than helpful kind, and even suggested something they thought would be a better option for us. Highly recommend!
Great place. Andrew helped with purchasing and installing a new car battery. I was provided options and a warranty. I even got a new battery for my watch while i waited. I was there for 30 minutes at the most. Great service
David and Joanne are so friendly and knowledgeable- I’m really glad I swung by to get my car battery changed here. My husband insisted on getting an interstate brand battery and so I found this place after making a few calls around. The price is very reasonable and service is super fast! Just needed a battery check before the cold weather really sets in. Checked out OK for now and on my way in minutes. GREAT SERVICE for folks that know their stuff! Will be back for a new battery when it's time.
Not just car batteries, they changed my watch battery in 5 minutes, cost less than 10 dollars and the clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. They have batteries for literally everything even the key fob for your car

From years of my and other people's experiences I believe Interstate Batteries are the best for the money. The people at the Auburn store are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Excellent store with all of your battery needs. Great people to do business with. Safety signal devices, battery cables and even some items for your cell phone. Easy to find (near Lindgren Honda) on Route 20. I highly recommend this business.
