My new Traverse had a bad strut. They were able to get the vehicle in the shop in 2 weeks which was a little bit of a lengthy wait seeing I just bought the car less than a week before, however, I know how busy they are. The vehicle was satisfactorily repaired and now is perfect. I am very pleased with the service. All service individuals were very friendly and professional.

Great customer service, work performed was a transmission fluid and filter change on my 2022 gmc sierra elevation 2.7L. This service was per my maintenance schedule. I Dropped off the truck, spoke with the service representative, who was very informative and polite. I then got a text a few hours later that the service was completed, paid for the service, picked up the truck. Flawless what else could you ask for. Thanks for a pleasant experience

Aimee Barnes in the Service Department at Diamond is absolutely outstanding. From the moment I contacted her about my daughters truck, Aimee was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly, kept us informed throughout the process, and made sure her vehicle was handled with care. It’s rare to find someone who combines knowledge, efficiency, and kindness so seamlessly, but Aimee does exactly that. She made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and reassuring. Diamond is lucky to have her, and we will definitely be requesting Aimee for all future service needs for all my vehicles in the future. Highly recommend!

Terrible service. We arrived for an oil change and tire rotation for our truck, and ended up waiting an hour and a half. Customers who arrived after us were leaving before us. With no logical explanation, we waited almost two hours for our truck. I’m not coming back.

I recently had my tires rotated during a service. Less than 2 weeks later I find a tire weight strip in my driveway. After reviewing all of my vehicles and road testing I came to the conclusion that they must of fell off of my GMC that had just had the tire rotation. I brought my vehicle back to Diamond GMC where it had gotten the tire rotation from. I explained what was going on to Andrew, the service advisor that was available. I was told that my truck would be ready by Monday AM. No fee was talked about and I never gave any consent for any charges as I felt that seeing the truck was just in for a rotation, that any reputable service station would stand behind there previous work. If the mechanics working for this company are so inept as to not check anything at all about the tires during the rotation that is not my fault. Late Monday afternoon I finally called to see where my truck was. I was told they had just finished and it was ready to be picked up. Without calling to confirm that anything had been found and without telling me that a charge of 86 dollars was going to be charged Diamond went ahead and rebalanced all the tires. In my opinion this is a prime example of a factory garage charging for a problem to be fixed that ultimately either should of been found during the rotation of the tires, or should of been handled as a courtesy seeing they didn't bother to do any of the items they list as "included services" during a tire rotation.....like resetting tire pressures, inspecting the tires for wear issues that could indicate further suspension issues......but no, it seems they just take the tires down and put them back on......my guess is they definitely tell there mechanics to not look for things that might lead to more work for the company, or may save a customer a return trip for something they created out of sloppy garage work.

Car was there for a gas leak they could not find anything leaking. Brought the car home and next day I had gas on my drive way again. Call the sales representative I was dealing with 4 times 4 days in. A row and never got a return call. They don't care about there Customers

Overwhelmingly Disappointing Experience at Diamond Auto grupo My vehicle blew its engine seven weeks ago, and it's still not fixed! The lack of progress and communication has caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I'm at my wit's end with Diamond auto grupo (repair shop)! My vehicle's engine blew, and I desperately need it back for my upcoming wedding. Unfortunately, the shop has been unhelpful and uncommunicative throughout the repair process. With my wedding plans hanging in the balance, I'm extremely stressed and frustrated. The shop's lack of urgency and disregard for my situation is appalling. As a customer, I expect basic respect and support, especially during a chaotic time like this. Avoid Diamond auto grupo (repair shop ) at all costs if you value your time and sanity. Their ineptitude has turned a stressful situation into a nightmare.

Aimee was my adjuster when I went with my care for repair. She is an absolute joy. If you are fortunate to get her when you go, you will not be disappointed. As for the repair, the diagnostics was quick and the repair seamless. Estimate dead on. Thank you

I worked with Rob and let me tell you this was the easiest and quickest process. He listened to what I was looking for and what my budget was and was able to get me into a new car that same day. My Husband was nervous about trying to get a new truck or Silverado or buying his current. He worked with Brandon Stevenson who was patient and knowledgeable and got him the best deal. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who comes into diamond looking for a new or used car.

I have heard others telling me to stay away but wanted to give them a fair chance. I came in to buy a new vehicle and not only did the salesman tell me things that were untrue about my vehicle such as having Bose and surround view cameras when it has neither, but they also told me the sticker price and then when we we’re ready to make a deal they told me because of the vehicle shortage it would be $5,000 above sticker price for a new vehicle with over 1,000 miles on it. I was in a pinch and needed a vehicle fast, so against my better judgement I agreed. They also originally offered much less for my trade in than other dealerships, but I was able to negotiate a little so they almost matched the others. I also spoke to a couple other dealerships after my purchase who would’ve given me a much better deal for a vehicle with the same options and less miles. At least they used to offer free oil changes and batteries, but they don’t even do that anymore. There is no diamond advantage, and you’re probably better off going somewhere else. Their sales room might not look as fancy, but you’ll probably get a better deal. I won’t be purchasing another car from Diamond.

Brandon Steveson and Jason were so wonderful with getting my daughter into her first car. We spent many hours there and they wouldn't give up until she was happy and myself. As a mom you don't want them to get hurt/taken advantage of you want to look out for her. They prove to me they were looking out for her. They weren't looking to make a sale just so they could put money in their pockets along with not caring if my daughter could truly afford it. They made sure it was in her range and could afford it without feeling like she was living/ working for her car. Big shout out to them. Thank you so much. Mandy

Brandon Stevenson and Jason Testagrossa we’re just so awesome I couldn’t speak highly more of them. They did everything they could to help me out knowing I was a young adult buying my first car. They didn’t beat around the bush or anything they got to the point of what I could and couldn’t afford with my budget. When they saw me upset a little with not being able to get the car I had wanted they did everything they could to make me happy to walk out with a almost brand new car. They were just so awesome would recommend them to anyone.

Dean in sales was great. Everything after was not. Once we got to the finance part they were very pushy and rude. And service is a mess. It took me 2 days and 3 phone calls to make an appointment to get a windshield replaced that they promised to take care of. I showed up on time for my appointment and they told me it would be a few hours because they didn’t know when the windshield company was going to be here. I asked why give me an appointment and tell me to be here between 8 and 9 if you don’t know when they will be here. Now i need to wait for more than half of my day for all this to be dealt with. Very dissatisfied.

We went to look at trucks at Diamond and were greeted and attended to answering all questions in the pouring rain. We worked with Charlie George. He was extremely professional and thorough and gave us great service and attention throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend him and we are enjoying our new truck.

I am not much of the “review” type person, However, I feel this company is worth the time. From the days when I had nothing and no one, they have always treated me with respect and helped me any way they could. I remember having terrible credit, a single cab truck and having another child on the way and no other vehicle. They did what they could to help me. I have purchased what seems my hundredth truck from them now. I have watched the salesman grow from salesman to managers to general managers. I have seen this dealership keep salesman instead of being a revolving door. To my belief, that is because it truly is a family dealership. From the late grandfather, to david, the son, and now Jonathan the general manager. When you enter that dealership they make sure you are part of the Diamond family. Not only are you a customer buying a vehicle, but years later the service team will also always back you up. If you want a GMC, Cadillac or Chevy- Diamond is the place to shop.

Once I got in touch with manager Jason Testagrossa my process went smooth, he was very responsive and helpful through the process and getting me into my new truck. He even popped in last minute to help while he was on vacation to ensure Id have my truck when I wanted. Hector was also a great salesman once Jason got me in touch with him to finalize the paperwork. Very personable and easy to talk to.

I GOT TAKEN FOR A FOOL!!!! I thought to bring it here because I have a 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe 2 door. It's the last year made in this format. I expected to get work done that I paid for.....that didn't happen. I paid for complete new rear brakes, new front calipers and a brake flush. Turns out they never changed the rear shoes and hardware. They instead covered it with new drums. They also damaged my hood in both corners by the windshield. I strongly recommend to go somewhere else!

My brand new Bolt EV had some noise coming from the fender, even though it took 3 hrs I liked the overall experience of customer service. Mitch was great and so was the other staff who updated me. Keep up the good work.

Not a good experience at all. Only bright spot was the sales rep who showed us around the lots. Waited 20 minutes for a 2nd sales manager (1st one blew us off) to even get a sales rep. When it came time to talk about the price and trade value a different sales rep came over who wasn't upfront about the best price they could give us. I felt his approach was very lacking in sincerity and being up front. I will NEVER go there again and wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.
