Staff started off super friendly and helpful.. Worked with the finance manager himself.. After signed papers and him sounding like everything was great a day later wasn’t willing to make moves to accommodate my needs.. Gave up on the deal and didn’t have decency to call me back.. Don’t recommend this place unless you have a perfect credit score.

Staff is not terribly friendly or helpful. We didn't feel comfortable while we there. They do have some nice vehicles but I can get similar vehicles for less money

I drove an Acura from 2001-2016. From the sales process to service this dealership was professional, but also took the time to make sure there was a personal connection. If Acura ever puts out an affordable coupe again, I'll be getting it here.

I leased a brand new 2017 RDX from Acura of Auburn - within 200 miles the vehicle displays a Brake System error almost every time I drive it. The service team has been unable to solve the problem. Also, contacting the service team is very difficult and they are slow or unresponsive to return calls.
