I went and order a part in person. The staff never call back after 2 weeks. Waste of time. Got even a better deal. Service stinks. Store operates very bad.
Our purchasing experience here was smooth and completed quickly. It took less than 10 minutes from walking up to the sales counter to receiving our products.
Waited long time for them to retrieve a bumper reflector light. Noticed 2 people that were behind get their parts first. I asked warehouse worker if he had any luck finding my part that was already paid for. He had given it to customer who behind me 2 spots by accident. Worker said, "he was trying to help him out". Whatever that means.
HORRIBLE experience buying paint here. HUGE WASTE OF TIME. Told by several employees “We don’t sell paint, go to that guy at the other counter”. Then you go to “that guy” and they tell you “no you have to go back to the other guy”. Both me and a whole separate customer are being shuffled back and forth as we both are trying to get paint. A third guy then comes to the counter and takes my order, comes back with the wrong paint after clearly telling him the paint code. I was here for 1.5 hours for a can of paint. As I’m venting to the manager they suggest I call in my paint order beforehand but they dont even have a direct phone line. Absolutely ridiculous.
Never been here because that’s how aweful this place is. I Called to find out if they can help me find a part for my car and parts for my brother's car and the guy on the phone didn’t greet me properly, didn’t speak English clearly and hung up on my face because I asked to many questions. I only asked three questions. Customer service sucks like hell over the phone so pissed. Do better.
Don’t msg me back apologizing blah blah BLAH save it and train your workers to do better and communicate with people properly, RESPECTFULLY and professionally!.
Probably underpaid sales coordinators, they are sloppy and will never deal with anything promptly. I’m patient myself so I just watch them move all sluggish.
There’s a guy who works here with long messy hair. Darker skin complexion. Guys a complete jerk. Doesn’t know how to handle a bit of stress when there’s a line, and when it comes to customer service I have never been talked to like that before. Terrible service from him. He must be new or something
Wonderful experience working with these folks. All the more memorable since although they couldn't find what i was looking for, they continued to help me. That is true customer service! Strongly recommend them.
Unreasonable return policy. Our mechanic's family illness delayed bodywork on car. Later determined needed more work than worth it so we ended up sending car to junk. Tried to return untouched parts in original packing but was told i was 10 days over the 30 day return policy. I won't be using this business again, nor will mechanic. $400 worth of Honda parts.
Love this place. I don't know much about car parts' names or functions. When I call the staff are very patient with me and make sure I order what I need and in the store when I go to pick up they are VERY kind and professional.
Just left the Randolph store. I shop here fairly often. You always what I need at a fair price. I gave you 1 star today because your staff was involved a very loud argument in front of all your customers. No regard for professionalism.
This is the best place to get reasonable priced auto parts such as bumpers, hoods, fenders, batteries and more. Never have had any fitment issues with any replacements parts I've ever purchased so far. Would highly recommend shopping here, you would not regret it !
The WORST company, l got a product from them. They gave me the wrong item, l wanted to get left side wing mirror, they gave me the right side of mirror. It s WRONG ITEM. It took one hour To drıve there from my home. When l called them they have just apologized. That s it. They had to shıp it to my home. This was their fault. BAD BAD BAD busınessssssss.
My Christmas morning I was disturbing. Someone took out my driver's side mirror. The next day I called the dealer. They could order the part for 285.00 bucks.
This place had it in stock for 32.00. A friend threw it in and it's way better than new.
Reliable prices compared to online part buying. If you need time & don't wanna waste money, this is the place for auto parts. The worst point is, they just have body parts. I would highly recommend call them in-advance to ask for stock and reserve the part.
They have good place but bad service and too slow at all,they give me wrong parts,I give back and not money back,yet after almost a month,if you buy something there ,pay cash and check you stuff good,
I came into this store with alot of questions and two of the workers Nayrube and Angel actually answered all my questions and recommended me alot of different things i can do with my car and i was highly satisfied with their seevice they knew what they were talking about and did a very good job. Thanks to them both i recommend people to come here and ask for them.
Went there got a part was half the price of auto zone was going to charge. The part fits good so there are no complaints from me so far. Other then location was creepy.
Pretty confusing setup. After I paid no one really said anything. There was no ticketing system or no one to tell me "You may have a seat your item will be right out." After a while I did receive my piece after calling ahead the day before. As promised in perfect condition. It didn't cost too much either.
Parts are very affordable just very busy so be prepared to wait but well worth it because you end up saving so much money going through them....love this place
The service that is poor people behind the counter talking laughing wasting time it used to be a place where you can get in and out in a reasonable amount of time the help they used to have it the count was really good I don't know what happened I bought a pot there today ameri took me 20 minutes to get it that's sad even go I get the same pain 45 minutes an hour sad I hope it gets changed the boss has to talk to the help and explain to them the people's time is important and it's very important to be professional some people are hard to work with agree
Poor customer service,I think people slipping on the back,cause is ridiculous the way they work in there,hire more smart and hard working people.
1 hour my waiting time.
The only good thing there is the price.
