Although arriving about 20 minutes to closing after long days work, I came into Auto Zone looking for tire valve caps. After getting directions where they were, i paid for my items. However, on my way out I noticed a sign on the door that offer a service check to see why my check engine light were on. I turned around and asked politely, if it was to late to check. Then Mariah Butler, replied " its okay, it will only take 10 minutes, i will do it" She could have said, come tomorrow we're about to close. But noooo, she went the extra mile with kindness. Thank you again Mariah 😁!!

I have never been to an auto zone before and don’t know much about cars. I came in today needing all my windshield wipers replaced. I had a gentleman named Abdule who helped me. He was so nice and was extremely helpful. Not only did he help me get what I needed at a reasonable price, he offered his help on replacing them outside in the parking lot in the freezing cold weather as a courtesy. You don’t find many good people out there but he truly was awesome and I couldn’t thank him enough!
So I had purchased a driver side wiper blade, but it ended up being the wrong one for my vehicle. I returned to the store the next day, and the store manager, (forgive me, I never got his name ) - was able to help me and I got to swap out the wiper blade and he offered to install it for me which I greatly appreciated. The swap out and the installation was so seamless! It definitely alleviated the frustration I was already feeling of having to go get my receipt at home before returning the wrong blade. Thank you to the staff there, every time I come in, they are helpful and definitely look out.
Great experience Okey helped me figure out what I needed for my Cadillac, was in and out fast with precisely what I needed. I didn't think customer service like that still existed!

My car wouldn't start and I thought my key fob batteries were dead. I purchased the batteries on the phone and the manager sent a sales person (Mac) to my home to deliver them, install them, and help start my car. Well, the car didn't start, but the experience was otherwise great. Thank you all.
Okey has helped me out so much, I've been coming in for two weeks, every day, and he helped me with parts, methods of fixing, ideas and perspective, alternatives, etc. He offered to take a look at the car himself to see if he could do something about it, made sure I got the right parts, and kept asking how it's going every day I came back for more. Fixing an issue with a car can be a nightmare sometimes, but he made it Alot easier on me. I was kinda hoping to come only when he is on shift after the first two days. Genuine Human right there. If you see this Okey, I'm coming back every time, and thank you so so much Brother. I appreciate you. Kevin too, thank you guy's.
I would like to thank Okie for helping me install my headlight bulb he was phenomenal help and he saved me so much time. Without his help I would not have been able to do it myself. He helped me find the right headlight bulb that I needed for my car and compared the voltage for two different LED lights that I was looking at.

The manager is super nice and go above and beyond to help me and his teams is knowledgeable and I truly recommend anyone to go this store. They are very friendly and very helpful and when you left the store you are satisfied

Oke was incredibly helpful, he helped me find the headlight needed and helped me change it along with another mechanic. Not only that but my cars battery died during the process and he jumped my car too. More than 5 star service!
I went there looking for some wipers few days ago during a rainy day. I was in the area for work and had some hard time driving my van in the rain.The store manager, Gustavo, helped me find the wipers that fitted my car and my budget. Also helped me with a few cleaning items that I asked for. My English wasn’t great but fortunately he spoke Portuguese as well:
After buying, he went outside in the rain and installed them for me. He wasn’t so sure how to put them, so he checked on YouTube before touching my car and then he installed the wipers.
I’ve had some struggles in auto parts store before, specially for being a girl in a male ambient but this store and this manager made my shopping easy and got the job done. Totally recommend this store.
The manager, E. Fawley, was amazing. She has great customer service, is knowledgeable and skilled. My car battery began to die as I was driving in the area. I quickly pulled into the AutoZone parking lot where the battery died. The manager and a crew member (who was in training) assisted me with selecting a battery, installed it and I was on my way within 30 minutes. This is my go to store for all things automotive.
I spoke to the store manager she was very helpful and kind. She recommend me a good battery and she also changed my battery and saved my car!

Terri (store manager) was excellent. I came in right before closing hour with a bolt that came off my brake caliper bracket. After a couple tries with the Help products, she went to the back room and came out with a working one! Very accommodating. She wouldn’t take my tip, but accepted my half hug. Thanks for getting me back on the road again!
I recently visited your store to get windshield, wipers and a battery and my service was absolutely outstanding. I wish to compliment Tony for helping me replace my wipers in battery with very courteous, very professional all around good guy. He went above and beyond you should be Honored to have an employee like him.

Unfortunately when I was trying to leave I couldn’t get my car started, ended up getting stranded in the parking lot. After trying to handle it myself with no luck I was approached by Okey, the store manager. Okey helped me identify that it was an electrical issue, and that it was likely the starter. After a few taps to the starter I was able to get it started so I could make it home. Luckily they had one in stock, so looks like I have this weekend’s project booked!
Okey and Big A were a HUGE help, and without them i’d be sitting in the parking lot waiting on a tow truck. Both had positive attitudes and insisted on going above and beyond to help. Service like this is why I always come back to this Autozone.
Super good store and friendly stuff, especially Okey and his mates. I drop my car for scan several times. They did their best to help me out of mechanical problems, and saved me lot of money. I will definitely buy car things there.
I went to autozone in Randolph and I found Okechuko who helped me with my whippers. I really appreciated his support and kindness. He is a real professional person. Please anyone visit Autozone Randolph on N Main Street and always ask for him. He knows how to take care clients.

The poor kid here was not trained well and couldn't figure out return. Kept asking other guy for help. Guy kept blowing him off and doing other things. I waited maybe 10min Then spoke up when other guy walked away to start doing something else without helping the kid who had been struggling the whole time. Just a poor experience unfortunately.
Came in when Bill was manning the front, he was very friendly, helpful, and polite. He found my part really quick and let me look at the product before purchasing. Great service and very nice store, thanks Bill!
