Called and requested a replacement battery and was told someone would be out in 2 hours. After 2 hours had passed I called back for an update and my call went to voice mail. I left a message and no call back. The price quoted seemed fair and reasonable, but being left stranded without explanation or follow up is really disappointing. I ended up calling AAA and paying through the nose so I could get on with my day as my membership had expired and I had to pay for that and same day service.
