Had Omar C. For a AAA tow call. He was on time, professional, and efficient. A 10/10 experience!

On Dec 9th the driver of one of their vehicles physically attacked my vehicle, throwing heavy items as hard as he could at my window after I pulled out in front of him, which obviously hurt his feelings. I then called C&L towing to report this incident, and they did absolutely nothing but tell me they would call me back, which they never did. I would not do business with these people who allow their employees to attack innocent people on the road while in their company truck.

I locked my keys in my car and Corey came when expected and quickly solved the problem. Very professional. Thank you.

Suffered a blown tire and called AAA. The tow company was only like to 5 to 10 minutes away and yet I had to wait almost an hour. Uncertain as to whether or not the problem was with AAA or the tow service company. In any event, given their numerous bad reviews I would suggest, if at all possible, not using their service.

I love this towing company three times I called for a AAA tow and the these guys were there within a matter of a half an hour each time when AAA told me they were probably gonna be there within an hour. These guys really really are nice professional.

5 star, they have very good employees, best tow I’ve had, got me off the highway in less than 10 minutes and parked my car in a crowded area of my selection without a problem.

Ryan the owner was very understanding of my situation my car had blew it's motor around 1 am when I was driving and he made everything very simple and low cost to be able to get home everyone at C&L towing is very kind and understanding and will help the best they can

Best on the south shore. Had 2 flat tires after hitting a pot hole. Within 30 minutes, the truck was at my car for pickup. The driver knew what he was doing. Here is the best part, driver saw me running from home towards him. He flashed the yellow lights to acknowledge me. After he put my car on the truck, I asked him if there was anything he needs, he said, just go home, I got it. Feel emotional just thinking about it. Thank you for helping me.

**Exceptional Service from C&L Towing!** My car stalled in the middle of a busy street, and C&L Towing quickly came to the rescue. The person who answered the phone was incredibly kind and reassuring, and the driver was just as amazing—prompt, professional, and courteous. The truck was spotless, which really reflected their attention to detail and pride in their work. What could’ve been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and even uplifting experience. Last Saturday I got a flat tire on 93 at midnight with 3 other girls in the car—none of whom could even tell you the make/model of the car we were in if our lives depended on it. So I pull off the nearest exit which naturally brings us to an un-lit, non-residential, dead-end, blocked-off, park res entrance in the middle of the woods. At midnight. 4 girls, 3 tubes of lip gloss, 2 vape pens and a Tommy bahama beach chair. You do the math. So my AAA app shows a 90 minute ETA. Typical. And then, like a bat outta hell (or heaven in this case) we see a tow truck coming down the road — not even a 5 minute wait?! Ryan Mora, C&L towing of Randolph — you’re the GOAT! He changed the tire and before driving off, he was paying attention because he noticed something was wrong and came back—I couldn’t start my car! Battery was dead. So he was able to jump it, then followed behind for a bit once we were moving to put us at ease. 5 stars for this guy and whoever raised him! Thanks again, Ryan!!

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with C&L Towing, specifically with a driver named Corey. We had arranged for my stepson’s car to be dropped off at our home and requested in advance that the driver wait at the top of the street before pulling into our driveway, so we could move other vehicles and avoid being blocked in. Unfortunately, Corey disregarded that request and sped away from the pickup location without waiting. When he arrived at the house and began backing into the driveway, I ran outside and attempted to flag him down to stop and let us move the cars first. Despite my efforts, he ignored me. I had to shout over the noise of the truck for him to roll down the window so I could explain the situation. Rather than listening or responding with any professionalism, Corey rudely pulled out of the driveway and threatened to drop the car in the middle of the street. When the car blocking the driveway was moved, Corey began backing in again but insisted on dropping the car in the middle of the driveway—completely blocking access to the garage. When I asked if he could drop it further back, he replied with a dismissive and rude comment: "It’s going to go where it’s going to go." Throughout the exchange, Corey accused me of yelling at him, to which I calmly explained that I had raised my voice only so I could be heard over the engine noise and closed windows. Despite that, he continued to be disrespectful, repeatedly telling me to "just go inside" and "leave," even though this was my home. His tone and behavior were completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Even more concerning was the presence of his very young daughter in the truck. She began shouting profanities from the cab—adding to an already tense and inappropriate situation. It was deeply unsettling to be treated this way in front of family, including my father and father-in-law, who eventually had to step in due to the escalating disrespect. As a professional, educated Black woman, I found Corey’s behavior not only rude but also dismissive and offensive. He should not be in any customer-facing role, and this experience reflects very poorly on C&L Towing. I would not recommend this company to anyone and sincerely hope they reconsider the standards and training of those representing their business.

About as much of a jerk as you can get. Blocked the road, and when we honked to get his attention, he used his loud horn in a residential neighborhood, and then started tailing us closely to intimidate us.

Ryan totally saved me! He was so great. I broke down late at night and he got to me so quickly. He was so professional, kind, and towed me home so quickly. I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and C&L towing. I was a little shaken up and upset when he got there and he handled everything with such professionalism and kindness. By far the best experience I’ve had when dealing car issues. Ryan is the best!

Honestly, I am surprised by the negative reviews. I used AAA yesterday for help with a blown tire, and my experience was excellent. The person who arrived was incredibly polite and respectful. He got to work right away, and afterwards, he took the time to explain what had happened and pointed out other potential issues to watch for. He spoke in a way that was respectful and never condescending or belittling. He answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid or like I was a bother. It was truly helpful, and I really appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, and respect I was shown. I was blown away in the best way possible. I wish I remembered his name, but my AAA text says the person was Derek. I am so appreciative. I was already having a rough day, and having someone that helpful made sure my car issue did not make it worse.

C&L Towing is hands down the most unprofessional, disrespectful company I’ve ever dealt with. I used my AAA membership to request a tow, completely unaware of a specific rule about non-registered vehicles. The driver from C&L claimed to be outside, but by the time I got there, they were gone — without ever speaking to me or even attempting to make contact. What happened next was beyond unacceptable. A woman from their office called me back and immediately started speaking to me in a nasty, demeaning tone. She assumed I had already been told the rules (I hadn’t), refused to listen, and when I told her she should be more respectful to customers, she actually said, “Are you kidding me?” and hung up the phone. Let me be clear: this is not a company you want to trust with your car, your time, or your money. They are rude, unaccountable, and have no idea how to speak to people with even a shred of professionalism. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and alerting AAA that they are working with a company that treats customers like trash. Avoid C&L Towing at all costs.

i accidentally locked myself out at a gas station on a cold rainy day. my keys and my cell phone were inside my car. i went to the gas attendant person and i called Progressive they told me 60-90 minutes. then i called AAA and they told me that i needed to sign up for a membership which was about $126 and a card to pay which i didnt have on me (everything was locked). then i called a local roadside company nearby , i spoke to a nasty guy who told me their eta is 45 minutes and abruptly hung up the phone on me. luckily for me after i found C L towing and in less than 20 minutes someone came and unlocked my car. i stayed in the cold for an hour , i was visibly shaking and extremely cold, i could not feel my hand. i didn’t get the guy’s name but when he unlocked the car he recommended me to start the car and turn on the heat . i had a great service with this company. i wanted a receipt tho and he asked for my number to have it digital but i never received it but that’s fine , no big deal. i’m not in the cold anymore and Thank you again for coming to my rescue so fast !!!

1/30 I contacted AAA for a tow home and they assigned C+L. They arrived at my location within 15 minutes.Corey, the driver,was excellent. He was friendly,professional and got me and my car home safely with no fuss. I have only compliments ,no complaints.

My truck died and it was absolutely pouring out. AAA sent this company and Sean was the driver, he got out to me in no time and got my truck on the flatbed quickly, safely and easily and was nice enough to give me a ride home. He was friendly, helpful and responsive and his assistance was much appreciated. I wish all customer service was that great!

I just got out of work to find my car had a flat tire. AAA sent over C & L Towing. The van arrived promptly and the technician Derek changed the tire quickly and efficiently. Derek himself was really pleasant and made the experience a very positive one.

Liars. They never put my truck on the row bed and trying to charge me $300 rather than the $150 basic car price. Then I called ahead made an appt. Just wanting to grab one bag out of my truck and they said yes. When I arrived they said no, I had to pay in full. Then they agreed I could take one bag just to make it thru the week, but only this mean old white went. I never had the chance to even show him exactly where it was, he just said he couldn’t find it and now I was trespassing. Idk seems racist or just very rude in general. I had to call the police. And am now filing a report. Very unprofessional for no reason as I was being patient and polite.

Had a great experience with the technician Michael from this company! My tire exploded and when he was called to tow my car, he instead replaced the tire with a spare in under 10 minutes! I was able to drive on the tire smoothly from that point on. Highly recommend C&L towing!

My truck had a flat in my driveway so I used AAA online to have it changed. AAA replied they would have someone there in 40-60 minutes. C&L towing showed up before I could even finish making my coffee! The technician was Michael H. He was outstanding in EVERY aspect! Friendly, polite, professional and very knowledgeable in what he does! I can't say enough about him and C&L towing! I called them to let them know about my experience and was treated with the same level of service from the gentleman I spoke to. I hope you never need any of their services, but if you do DEFINITELY call C&L.
