I am Totally impressed with the service and genuine care of Janis and her team at Auto craft. They went above and beyond what anyone would expect in assisting me with repairing a flat in a time of extreme need, not charging me for the repair and taking the time to also give me a sticker. I deliver meals on wheels in Randolph and my car was filled to the brim with lunches. What a spot but they came to my rescue!! I actually came back for the sticker after completing my routes.. Thanks again for your outstanding service . God bless !

Janis Wentzell and her team provide exceptional service with full attention to the needs of the customer. When AAA was unable to provide timely service, Janis came to my home and towed my car (flat tire) to her business. While I was traveling overseas, she had my tire repaired and also had my battery exchanged as it was not operating properly, along with a tire sensor that was also not working well. A+ service at a great price! I highly recommend Janis and her team at Auto Craft in Randolph!

I rushed to get my state inspection and was turned away at 5:07 despite the fact that the business closes at 5:30

I love Janis and the Autocraft crew! A few years ago, my Honda Accord’s alarm kept going off every single day. I took my car to Autocraft and they diligently worked to find a solution. In the end, they had to call Honda HQ and they were able to fix the issue. They ended up not charging me the full amount, despite working on my car for months. I really appreciate their hard work and commitment to customers like me. They could have asked me to go elsewhere but they kept at it. They’re super responsive and prices are reasonable. They always give me an estimate before doing any repairs and they thoroughly explain the repair process with me. Just a few days ago, my car’s starter needed to be replaced. AAA came to tow my car and I knew I had to bring it to AC. Within 24 hours, the starter was replaced and the car ran beautifully. I always go to Autocraft for all my auto needs and you should too! You can’t beat a hometown business like Autocraft - dependable, hard working, and committed!

AutoCraft has an awesome staff, I feel like family here. Janice is kind and courteous to her customers and always has a bright smile to greet you when you walk in.

Is the best place since I moved to the south shore 3 years ago. The staff was great, helpful , friendly. The waiting room was clean and bright, and the service is excellent. I recommended!!!

This is one of the last few shops run by loving and God-Fearing people. It is difficult to find any place where they genuinely make you feel welcome and at home while there. It might seem superficial to some but they put a great deal of effort into making the waiting area not only comfortable but also gives a calming feeling of being in a loving home. It's a great experience all around. The shop is run by the original owner's wife. She brings a real pleasure to the not-pleasurable task of having ones' car repaired. Some day, hopefully in the very far future, I hope there is someone who can carry the torch of this business and remain dedicated to the heart of the business as it is now. The workers are all the same -- kind, hard-working people who ALWAYS seem to have a smile. This is [for me] a really amazing experience because in these days it sadly rare to see one take genuine joy and pride in what they do. I will come here until I move or they shut down. If you try it, you will likely come to the same determination.

I have been taking my car to Autocraft for many years. They are an AAA rated company, an elite designation which requires them to meet strict guidlines. In Massachusetts, AAA rated auto repair facilities are few and far to find. Their technicians must meet strict criteria such as being certified by ASE, the Automobile Service Excellence organization which assures that their technicians have the most up to date skills in automobile repairs and knowledge. Janis, the owner of Autocraft, is scrupulously honest and knowlegable. Jeff, my technician, is a true professional and always friendly. I would not have my car serviced by any other facility as long as Autocraft is in bussiness. My two daughters who live in Quincy make it a priority to drive the extra distance to Autocraft where they know that they will get superior service. I'm confident in giving Autocraft the highest of recommendations.

Would 100% recommend Auto Craft. They are reliable, trustworthy, and efficient. Have had 2 recent issues where I needed my car fixed as soon as possible and had it back within 24 hours of drop off good as new! Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I recently had my car serviced at Auto Craft and as always, they did a great job. I have had my cars serviced here for over 40 years and they've helped keep them running strong, in great condition, for long periods of time and miles. My 3 previous cars ran for 190K, 227K and 248K miles (the latest) and all were still running ok when I decided to trade them in for new cars. My current car is at 122K miles and still drives like new. They have a great friendly staff to help you with scheduling, they keep you well informed of the progress of a job and Jeff is a TOP NOTCH mechanic. On top of all that, they are reasonably priced for the very high quality of work they do. Wouldn't bring my car anywhere else for service.

There are not enough words to describe how professional and trustworthy AutoCraft is. I have been bringing my cars here exclusively for all scheduled maintenance and for any repair since 1987. I only went to a dealer for warranty repairs. I also bring my cars here for state inspection. I like that they are thorough and strictly follow the state inspection guidelines. I trust this shop completely that after a few years of coming here, I stopped asking for estimate of the repairs. I asked Janis to do what she thinks is best and over the years I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this shop.

The last time I checked putting a car up on a lift was not part of an inspection sticker routine as well as I know my car too well and you guys unfortunately we're not able to make money off of me! So talking to someone condescendingly and trying to bully a woman is not the way to go. You have met your match and you failed!... good luck ...I hope others read this review and realize that they don't need to go to your facility because clearly you don't know what you're doing and are just trying to make an Almighty dollar. I get it times are tough right now but that's not a way to generate income !!God bless you!

Went in for a Inspection Sticker...they were TERRIBLE! They were looking for things to fail my car and generate business. They actually tried to tell me I was hit by a car! There is not a single dent. Then they tried to tell me I lost my muffler....are you kidding me?! Rude, dishonest, and all around bad business.

The folks here are professional, thorough and explain costs and exactly what is going on up front, and and you could not find better customer service anywhere! The fact that this is a smaller local business means that you may not be in and out super quickly ALL because Autocraft is thorough and they don't rush things like the big shops & dealerships do. ALL the shops are super busy these days but here you know its because things are being done right.

If you have any emergency repairs needed to be done, best to call them and find out what the wait time will be. Many auto shops are backed up weeks to months. Does not help that my car was towed overnight there because the car could not run. I asked what the wait time would be and how many people are ahead of me, but I was never given a clear answer. Just vague responses. You are better off bringing your business to Randolph Automotive on N Main street. At least they will tell you when the earliest open will be and you can also book online. Especially helpful for those that get their car towed after business hours. Overall I was just not pleased with the professionalism from this establishment and I would recommend others that value your time. My repair was time sensitive as the long it sat the more likely more damage could be caused.

There was a very comprehensive breakdown of all the expenses and the work that to be performed on my vehicle.

My parents and I have been long time customers of Auto Craft. They have given us nothing but great service each and every time we have been there. Good work, not too long waits for as needed repairs when needed, they always explain in detail what they have done to our cars and charge reasonable prices. I am a happy customer with them :)

My car broke down, AAA brought me here; and I couldn't have been happier with the attention and customer service I received. Though parts on my particular vehicle took some time to come in; the owner Janice, went out of her way to ensure the delay didn't impact my life and even rented a car for me since I didn't have rental on my AAA/Insurance. Throughout the entire process they were communicative; explained everything in detail, and showed their work and the defective parts they replaced. I'd highly recommend Auto Craft, Janice and her team for any auto repairs as a high quality shop with excellent/knowledgeable technicians and highest level of customer service you'll ever receive from small business auto shops.
