Had a flat tire Contacted through geico. Arrived around scheduled time. Fixed the flat on the spot, very helpful. David was great and quick.

I used ASA through GEICO roadside assistance for a flat tire. Was worried reading the reviews here but David came out, was very friendly and informative, found the hole, and patched it. Whole thing took maybe 20 minutes. Great experience.

I have a Lincoln that I got a flat tire in and obviously it’s very very hot outside and a gentleman by the name of Richard showed up. He was so courteous and kind and he was just really really nice. You should be proud to have people like him working for your company. I wanted to just say thank you so very much. This was a flat tire on a Lincoln in Randolph and that was today just so you know what person it was that came out thank you.

I had a terrible experience with ASA Roadservice. On February 21, 2025, I called Geico for roadside assistance, and they sent an ASA technician to change my flat tire. The technician installed my spare tire, but the next morning, only 30 seconds into driving, the spare tire came off my car, flew across the road, and caused my vehicle to slide off the road, resulting in significant damage. When I called the technician, he showed no accountability and refused to help, saying it wasn’t his problem. Clearly, the tire was not properly installed, and this negligence caused serious damage to my car. I would not recommend this service to anyone—poor installation, lack of responsibility, and complete disregard for the damage caused.

Unreliable, helper (dispatch# G561324358)kept on increasing his ETA. I requested arrive at 12pm and they pushed WTA to 1pm, then 2:11pm, then 3:35pm. Now it’s 3:50pm and still no call/update. I requested them through roadside service from Geico, please avoid this company at all cost. What a terrible business and a waste of time.

Would leave no stars if that was an option! Stranded with a blown tire, my roadside assistance sends this place to me, almost immediately updates a delay, but at the delayed time... nobody shows up. No call, no answer on the provided phone number! Nothing! Shame on you! Close your doors if you can't provide the service you're advertising! Note it's almost 11 pm as I'm positing this! Service called for at 8:15, and this is the ENTIRETY of the communication from this company.

Worst roadside assistance you can get. They will cancel with no update and leave you stuck. Will stop picking up all calls even from your insurance company. Do not waste your time. Horrible company

Never showed up. Over 2 hours. Sent by ford ….. road side assist. Sent another repair truck. Now looking at 3 hours plus. Go triple aaa

Geico roadside assistance connected me with them waited an hour on the side of the highway only for them to not answer my calls, not show up and not answer the calls from Geico

Just had them for roadside service today and they were great- initial ETA to change a tire was 120-150 minutes, the guy called me at 70 minutes in to confirm services were still needed and gave me a heads up that he would be there in 30 minutes (super helpful as I had gone home and was catching a ride back). Arrived exactly 30 minutes later, was super nice and quickly got me all set to go. Appreciate the assist!

Terrible Service. They refuse to answer the phone and will provide false ETAs to the insurance companies and never show up.

Horrible, I called several times and no one answered. Geico paired me with them for roadside assistance and they never showed up. I had to wait several hours and even when Geico called them they did not answer.

I got a flat tire and ASA was dispatched. They got there in less time than I was estimated. The technician was very helpful and nice and fixed my tire very quick.

This morning after dropping off my kids to school, I was on my way to the gas station but I did not make it. So I call GEICO and they sent ASA to come and help me. And this is when I was rudely handled. First that did not answer the phone. I had to call GEICO back then we called them together had to wait for that. Them the person would not wait for me to verify my location he was saying one thing the GPS way say another and he had no customer service skills. To top it all off he hung up and never answered the phone again. Do not use this company.

Locked my keys in the car. Asa Road service was the company that took the call for the unlock. It said they were an hour out and with 35 minutes remaining on the wait time my driver cancelled the service. I received no phone call explaining what happened from Asa or the driver. It was pouring rain btw and zero consideration was given in that regard. Can’t even call them directly to see what happened or complained. Most unprofessional experience of my life.

Definitely go with this company. We were stranded by another company after being on the phone for like 3 hours. After finally canceling, this company showed up in like 20 minutes and had our car open in 30 seconds

After I called Geico and found out What company was coming out to help me I started reading reviews and I was getting nervous I was going to be sitting alone in a cold truck for hours. However, my experience was wonderful.Showed up right on time. Polite. I was a knucklehead and ran out of gas. Brought me enough gas to make it to the nearest gas station and I was on my way. Only thing I thought was ridiculous was when Geico said the Closest truck around was 36 miles away in Weymouth and I was in Attleboro. It took him about an hour to get there but that is the time they quoted me so I couldn’t complain but that does not reflect on the company ASA, that reflects on Geico. That shouldn’t be an option for a company to come out so far away. I would rather pay five more dollars a year for roadside assistance for Geico to dispatch more tow truck companies who are local. Or I could just not run out of gas and not have to worry about it.

I received absolutely fabulous service from Asa Road Service. My roadside plan (good sam) contracted out to these people at 9 pm at night when I locked the keys in my car the other day. Everything was closed in the area and I have trouble with my legs and there was no place to sit and I have trouble standing for long periods of time. I explained this to them and they came and helped me within 30 minutes. I think they were in Medford and I was in Wakefield at the time. Very impressed with the service I received and I so appreciate the fact you came quickly for me. THANK YOU!

I do not recommend using them for roadside assistance...If you expect them to show up on time or treat you with any respect. Their arrival times are always excessive, they show up on their own schedule, and no one answers their main line. I have tried to be respectful to them in the past, and have tolerated all the annoyances, thinking they must be busy. But it happens every time, and they just don't return that respect or any tolerance. (Geico isn't any better and was no help.)You get treated like a number that just doesn't matter to them. If you don't adhere to an some unknown internal protocol, they will just go on to the next customer, and leave you in the lurch..and blame it on you... Called another service, was treated respectfully, and was back on the road quickly.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. No one picks up the phone. They claim they’re on their way when they’re not, and they have zero communication, which is wrong when it’s a service dedicated to supporting crisis situations like breakdowns and accidents, etc. I write this waiting for this company for 2 hours in my car in 19 degree weather, with completely frozen painful feet and loosing mobility in my fingers due to the cold, and this company hasn’t even once given me an honest update to their status when they were due 2 hours ago. I do not recommend this company and will never seek their services again.

Woke up to a dead truck battery. ASA was sent over via Geico. I couldn’t be happier. The gentleman that showed up was super friendly and professional. A few minutes after he arrived I was back up and running. Thank you !!!!

Geico sent them out to jump start my car. They arrived much faster than anticipated and the person was very friendly and efficient. Great service!!!

Geico assigned these guys to come fix a flat. The guy that came out was rude and terrible to deal with. He never said hello and refused to plug my tire instead of replacing it with the spare. He pushy and very rude.

ETA was 60 mins and Dennis Powers arrived in 13 mins! Fast and prompt service! Thank you for jump starting my car. Very friendly individual

WORCESTER LOCATION Worst experience ever they never showed up diddnt answer no call and I called them about 9 times they showed up then left I call and they tell me I have to pay out my pocket for them to come back an unlock my door when I call my company they tell them they have no dispatcher available until 60 mins I asked to file a complain an the guy told me to call Geico like excuse me ? You shouldn’t have business an I’ll make sure someone gets spoken to at least about this

I called my roadside service for a flat tire. ASA Road Service came 20 minutes before quoted, quickly put on my spare, and checked my tire for the cause of the flat. Great job, helpful, courteous. He followed Covid19 mask and distance norms.
