As other reviewers have mentioned, the process for home delivery between this vendor and Napa corporate is fundamentally broken. This shop does not participate in home delivery— you will be left waiting for your part until you come and pick it up. Quite frustrating, will not be ordering from Napa again.
I placed a delivery order to my home. The store did not deliver, did not plan to deliver, and did not contact me to say they would not deliver. After waiting all day on the promised delivery date, I called to ask when to expect my order. They first told me that the order was for in-store pickup (it wasn't), then told me that they don't deliver to residential addresses (even though the website explicitly says they do), and then told me that if I called the next day they might work something out (why not find a solution while I'm on the phone with them now).
Clearly part of the problem is that NAPA's website offers delivery but doesn't require the stores to actually deliver. But there's no reason why the store can't contact customers who place those orders to tell us what's going on, and no excuse for lying to customers when they call.
Customer service on the front desk are the worst they need to find a different job

I prefer this napa store over all the others. They all take great care of me. I've been going here for just over 40 years. It's a very busy store and fairly close to warehouse if there is a problem and you need parts quickly.
Great staff, had to order the chemicals I needed. Extremely helpful. As a disabled person, they were extremely accommodating with my purchase. A true diamond in the area. Recommend everyone try them out.
I work at a dealership down the street from these guys and i get parts for my Buick from them and i recently purchased a serpentine belt from them and after a week of it being installed on my car i noticed a defect/tear on the belt....I brought it back hoping that i wouldnt have to buy another one and the guy i dealt with (not sure his name) gave me another one with no questions asked and was very nice about it....Ive bought a few parts from this place so far and they are great to deal with and the prices are good...I will continue to get my parts here.
Pat Stehr is the ABSOLUTE best, has helped me out several times without fail. I can't go anywhere else! No matter what the problem is, or what part I need, he's always got a solution.
I had an amazing experience at this location more than once! they goes above and beyond to try to help you find the parts you need, and if they don't have it in stock they will find it and order it for you. The staff is super friendly and the manager knows his stuff! I definitely recommend coming here if you want good quality Parts without getting ripped off
Napa has better quality parts and fair prices, can get you parts quickly if they don't have it in stock. This location has great people working there. It is at the end of Hicks Ave on the right.
This is not a traditional Napa retail store, it is a parts center that has a retail counter. They have a wide selection, and are usually able to get parts within a couple of days, and the staff is helpful.
Excellent service. For five years John consistently and thoroughly expedites every order. He is pleasant and goes beyond what is expected to satisfy customers. I highly recommend this company to satisfy all your auto parts needs.
