This is my go-to local hardware store. They have a little bit of everything. I buy 20-pound bags of black oil sunflower seeds at a good price to feed birds. They have a great selection of lightbulbs. Seeds for spring planting. Potting soil. It's a great place to refill your LPG tanks. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can order ahead and enjoy curbside pickup.

Dean, in the paint department, appeared unfamiliar with his product. In my opinion, he was argumentative, craven, rude and unhelpful. The rest of the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are a bit high.

Having a local place to get all my supplies is everything! The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Prices are as good as bigger stores but much more helpful folks, and lots of them. Everything you'd need for your home or garden. And advice on everything that you might need. AAA+++ I placed an online order for moss killer and some bleach and it was ready for pickup in less than 15 minutes. Amazing!

This is one if the best hardware stores I’ve been in as a former contractor I have been in a lot of hardware stores. It is bright, well stocked and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Aubuchon Hardware is a very helpful store and I love that you can search for products online, place the order and they text you so you can pick up your order by just waiting in your car for them to bring it out to you. They have the best quality products at very reasonable prices. They also give you points of money value toward your next purchase.

Shout out to Jeff! I was in need of grass seed for my “overly sandy” soil in my hometown and he suggested Jonathan Green Black Beauty Heat/Drought seed mix. Very helpful staff, awesome experience!

I'm always thrilled with service at Littleton's Aubuchon Hardware. I placed an order, and about 5 minutes later received notification that the order was ready for pickup. Pulled up to the curb, and my order was brought out to me. Super helpful!

Start with the basics…easy on-line ordering and the product (12 bags of bark mulch) was actually in stock. Got help loading into car. But…the SMS-based order status system seems to be driven by somebody who doesn’t really know what’s going on at the store. I got a text saying “Aubuchon Hardware - 1 of 1 item(s) are ready for pickup in Littleton, MA. For easy curbside pickup, stay in your ? and tap https://hrdw.store/i/xxxh to check in online. Mon - Fri 7:30-7 pm Sat 7:30-6 pm Sun 9-5 pm” So you would think that the store actually did something in preparation for my arrival. A different store where I ordered the same product mead the bags on a dolly waiting for me. Today’s store seemed to have no idea that I was coming even after the text above. The back gate (where the mulch bags are stored) was closed and the store back entrance was locked. I walked around to the front of the store and announced myself. The person up front recognized my name and knew about the order, and asked another employee to help me. He did a fine job from a standing stop, no different than if I had walked in off the street and ordered mulch. So, as I started out saying, I got the product and help loading my car. It was just confusing to get SMS messages that are disconnected from reality.

I went to the store in Littleton MA for some advice on a sculpture base I was making. Jim, who was helping me with this project, offered a solution that was both practical and cost-effective. His expert direction helped me produced the desired outcome that I was looking for. This will be my go to hardware store now even if it's a little bit further than the one I normally go to.

Went into store to pickup order placed online. Lady customer service rep was very friendly, professional and smiling. Too often people working in public don’t realize how effective a smile is. Excellent experience.

I've had two negative encounters here, so I doubt I'll return. My experience has been hit or miss. If I'm attempting to make a purchase, I'd rather not have my check-out interrupted by a guy flipping out or lecturing the cashier. Not professional. Some employees are great here but some need to be retrained on customer interaction.

Our local Littleton hardware store is wonderful. I had to pick out paint samples for my walls. Never any rush or push from any of the associates which was nice. It took me a while. The gentleman who assisted me in paint was wonderful and answered all my questions.

Great location to get your hardware stuff and equipment. Overall prices are quite fair. I would say the only problem for this store is when there is a holiday. They have on their online that they are open but they are currently closed during that holiday and they leave their option online on, which makes the customers think they are still currently open during that holiday and waste their time driving to the store to find out they get there and it’s closed when I say is it open? Recommend that is to be changed so others don’t need to waste their time I’m driving to the store and they are closed on holidays, overall great product and service

The store staff guided me to the WD-40 product area & I found the product I wanted. Plus I got to use an Aubuchon coupon they sent me for the anniversary of being in their rewards program. Great deal!

We had a very good experience at Aubuchon this morning. My husband walking with a cane and myself were helped by the manager with patience and kindness. The other employees all seemed to have a good attitude and seemed helpful to other customers in the store. I would not shop elsewhere. The store is well stocked and clean.

Was in there on 2/24/2022. While paying came across the rudest employee an older man. Apparently you have to wait to be told to swipe your card. I didn't and swiped when I saw the balance on the screen. He barked at me very rudely and said. Wait till I tell u to swipe your card! Handed me my receipt and didn't even get a thank you have and nice day. Just a rude man.

One of the best hardware stores I have been to in a while. Absolutely amazing customer service, Nick was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend getting your supplies here for any work you might need.

Staff is very friendly & helpful. Their online ordering and pick up service works well. I wish the rewards on their customer loyalty program had a longer time to expiration, but that’s more a corporate thing than a knock against the Littleton location.

Great selection, knowledgeable staff and management, convenient hours. We make a point to go here first for our home needs. We are very happy with the buy online and pickup options, and can't thank you all enough for making supplies available during this time.

While it does not have the full stock of the large box stores, it is a great all around local hardware store. it is always my first choice when I need something and they almost always have what I need. It's always a quick in and out and the staff is always very helpful.

This store is great. Very easy to get help when you need it. For example, I needed a washer for a broker tool, and they opened up a specialty tool to install it for me, without hesitation. The washer cost less than $1. Who does that? They have what I want when I want it, and customer service is clearly a major focus for them. Highly recommend.

Our local hardware store is great. Everyone is really helpful from the moment you walk in to check out. The store is well stocked without being jammed packed with what nots. From screws, nuts & bolts, rope to cleaning supplies, wire and mulch. It's everything a hardware store should be and then some. They had everything I needed and it was a pleasurable shopping experience.
