I'm very disappointed with them they took almost 2 months to fix my car and when I call to ask for an update they never give me any, always saying I can't we waiting for parts. Unprofessional body shop I recommend to no bring your car there if you don't want have a stressful and hard process . I'm very patient and before call them for an update I wait for 1 months because I didn't want bother them but from the first call after the month they never gave me an update alway excuse to not say anything to me. Also the day I picked up the car after almost 2 months when I get home I find new damages and thanks for the insurance that they took pictures before bring to them I can see that the damage wasn't there before bring to them. Don't bring you car to this body shop. They are very unprofessional people.

Jake's has helped me multiple times. The latest was a used car purchase with a leaky trunk. The team took care of everything, faster than estimated and at the cost they suggested. Would recommend and plan to use in the future.

I have brought my 14 year old Chevy Malibu to Jake's Collision Center twice in the last year. Once to fix rust through and then paint. The rust was on the lower body and the hood. They matched the White Diamonnd Tricoat color perfectly. The second was to replace rusted parts on both rocker panels. The work is excellent. The process was pretty simple both times. I brought the car in and they looked at it. Then they gave me a very reasonable estimate and I set up an appointment with them to get the work done. I would highly recomend Jake's for all autobody repair needs.

Jake’s took great care of me and my Grand Cherokee after a minor fender bender. They were responsive, knowledgeable and did a great job fixing the dent. Went to Jakes auto body on 4/1/25 dropped my 2013 White Ford F150 Lariat, As it needed the rocker panels cleaned up and repaired, plus one of the cab corners were gone which these trucks are notorious for rotting out and to get rid of the rust. I went in and got an estimate which was emailed to me with a complete break down of what needed to get done to fix the problem. I got the rear drivers side corner repaired and both rocker panels that had some growing rust issues. When I picked my truck up, I couldn't believe the difference once. I've always been very picky about my truck so I decided to look underneath the truck to check out the job once I got home. I could not notice any bodywork imperfections at all that was done because of the professional job this shop did on my truck. Absolutely amazing job, I am so happy I can keep my truck, the paint match was spot on with my pearl white coat. I will be a dedicated customer for all my cars going forward. If you need any bodywork that you want done right, I highly recommend Jakes Auto body, it's family owned and the customer service is exceptional. P.S. say hi to your pooch! My trunk got jammed and out of alignment and I brought it over to Jake’s on the recommendation of Nashoba garage. They were so friendly and didn’t think it would be a problem. I brought it back a few days later, and they fixed it quicker than they thought. They didn’t even charge me! I’ve heard great things and from what I could see by their service, they are very honest. Highly recommend!

I learned of Jakes Collision Center the first time while helping an acquaintance get their car repaired. I observed excellent customer service, open and transparent estimating and payment terms and extremely high quality workmanship. Recently (Feb 2025) I hit a rock in the road that did damage to both the front bumper and both wheel wells on the right side. Based on my previous experience with John at Jakes, I went with them over the "preferred vendors" that my insurance company recommended. Car was repaired within 2 days of dropping it off. Perfect condition like nothing happened. They explained the process of how they order parts and they walked me through on how long it could take it it if the adjusters needed to come out and look at it. I appreciate the transparency and the communication. This is what makes Jake's collision center amazing. I highly recommend them!

I had my quarter panel replaced on my car. John noticed that there was a drip mark on the panel, after the paint had dried and informed me he would need to keep my car for 2 more days to repaint the panel; to ensure that the job was nothing but perfect going out the door. When I picked it up it looked brand new. I am extremely pleased with the work that Jake's Collision Center does. They are thorough, meticulous, professional and priced fairly. I can’t say enough good things about Jake’s. They offer everything you would want in a auto body shop. They performed exactly as they promised, provided a no nonsense comprehensive estimate, completed the job quickly and as scheduled, and did excellent work, my car looks great. All at a very fair price. I might add John worked hard to find parts to save me money. I hope I don’t have another collision in the future, but if I do, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for repairs

A friend recommended I bring my car to Jake’s Auto body following a side swipe incident. It’s one of the best decisions I ever made. They did a great job repairing the damage ! It’s looks better than it did before the accident. They also have an arrangement in place so I could drop my rental car off when I picked up my car. A great experience, I would use them again without hesitation!

We were on our way to go camping in New Hampshire this Summer when someone hit us in a parking lot, smashing our whole rear window. The officer recommended Jake's and they were so nice and accommodating. They taped up our window for free, gave us solid advice on how to proceed forward and sent us on our way. I cant speak to their actual body work because we are from out of town and had it fixed at home, but they are definitely good people!

I had a body work that needed to be done on my SUV which I had to pay feom my pocket for. John estimated earnestly and gave me a very competitive price. Not just that, he was ready with the spares on the day he said he would be and got my vehicle out in great condition on the promised date. Great service.. truly genuine and reliable.

And that's when the artistry began - they decided to repair and repaint the damaged panel instead. My goodness, the work is beautiful and I can't tell there was ever damage.
