Everything seemed great at first. Ryan Donnelly showed me a used car I was interested in on a Saturday afternoon and seemed genuinely helpful at the time. When I said I needed a day or two to decide, sales manager Shawn Gormley said he would hold the keys for me until Monday. We shook hands and I left. On Monday morning, I called Ryan to let him know I was still interested in the car and that I just wanted to bring it to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. I rearranged my work day to make an appointment with the mechanic on Monday afternoon. I asked Ryan if he'd be able to have the car ready for me on the lot at 3:30 — he said yes and that he'd hold the keys for me. He texted me saying "I'll put a license plate on the car for you before you take it," and then I texted to let him know I was on my way. I drove over an hour to the dealership, but five minutes before I arrived, Ryan called me to tell me someone else was signing the papers to buy the car I was interested in. I called Shawn to ask how this could happen. He simply said he didn't know I was coming so he couldn't have prevented it. Shawn also denied saying he would hold the keys for me. I can't understand why both Shawn and Ryan said they were holding the keys but clearly didn't mean it. They certainly weren't obligated to hold the car, but both of them made a point of telling me that they were. I will never go here again and I strongly advise against buying from them.

Peter handled everything I needed for purchasing a vehicle for a family member. It was a one stop shop We did not have to go anywhere with the car to do anything except take a test drive. They had in-house RMV insurance financing you name it it was excellent. We had an incredible experience with financing with Josiah who got us an incredible service agreement deal and we could not be more thankful. Josiah thank you for your service to this country and thank you for helping my family. Peter thank you so much for an easy car buying experience that was actually literally hassle-free.

This place is horrible for not sell me the car that my bank chase already approved and I went there to pick up because they are good partnership with Chase. After look and drive tested it I love it then one staff told me they will prefer me to go either way their bank not accept Chase was already give the amount of 32k They wasted my time so I ended told Chase bank what had happened and changed from Toyota to Subaru. This is sad and do not know which company that don’t want the money from bank they want from your pocked and sound traps of financial

Today, I was promptly greeted, my car was appraised and I sold it back efficiently, and test drove a couple of alternative vehicles. Oren was great. However, when I wanted to hold a vehicle a few days to take it to my mechanic, they would not do that. I don’t think that is a customer-friendly policy to someone who has patronized them for years.

I had a really great experience buying my car here. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and made the process feel easy instead of stressful. I worked with Mounir and he was awesome — very patient, honest, and never pushy. He answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and I’m so happy with my car. Definitely recommend coming here and asking for Mounir if you’re looking for a new vehicle!

Buying a car is always a stressful experience, my salesperson Ryan did a great job answering all of my questions and helping me make an informed decision. Ryan went above and beyond to provide the Ultimate Customer Experience!!

This dealership took over 3 weeks to get the Title. After they received the title I signed it paid for the car in full plus switched insurance companies added the car to my insurance and also paid that in full. Three days later when I called to ask if the car was ready for me to pick it up they told me there was a problem with the title and didn’t know when it would be resolved. It this point I had been waiting a month for it. I could not wait any longer and canceled the deal. Still waiting for the insurance company to refund me. It was a horrible experience and they have horrible communication skills.

I was lucky enough to have Ron Lee as my salesman. What a fantastic experience! Ron is personable, knowledgeable and listened to what I need in a car. He was efficient and quickly processed my transaction. Love my new car!!

I recently purchased a Toyota Prius V from this dealership. About 10 days after the purchase, I noticed an unusual noise coming from the rear of the vehicle when starting the engine, as well as vibration when pressing the gas pedal. I reached out to the sales manager, Ryan, who sold me the car to ask about a diagnostic check and pricing, but unfortunately I have not received any response. Overall, I would appreciate better communication and follow-up after the sale. I hope this issue will be addressed professionally.

Service Department. - We have been long-time Toyota customers and purchased our 2019 Toyota Highlander from this dealership nearly six years ago, along with an extended warranty. Most of our routine maintenance has been done here, though occasionally we’ve used another Toyota dealership for convenience. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. The service representative stated he was checking my VIN for “repo” instead of “recall,” then claimed the vehicle had not been maintained, despite Toyota dealerships sharing service records. He could see a tire change but no other routine maintenance, which made little sense and was never explained. Despite the vehicle having only 79000 miles, I was told the transmission needed repair or replacement and that the windshield wipers needed changing—even though they had just been replaced. When I mentioned this, the response was dismissive. Most concerning, I was told the vehicle would be marked “unsafe to drive” because I did not have time that day to address brake service. As a nurse, being told my vehicle was unsafe caused significant fear while driving home and to work. This was my first negative experience here, but it was unsettling enough that I feel compelled to share it.

I just bought a used 2023 Toyota Tacoma on Wednesday, and it was ready for pickup on Friday. My experience with Ron was fantastic, and he made the whole experience a great one. He was very easy to work with and answered any questions I had. If you are looking to buy a used Toyota vehicle, I highly recommend working with Ron to pick the right vehicle for you.

I am writing this to warn others of the deceptive business malpractices at Acton Toyota of Littleton. This dealership engaged in a clear "bait and switch" scheme, which is strictly prohibited under the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act. Their system generated a highly enticing quote by deceptively labeling the official Toyota manufacturer rebate as a "dealer rebate" and then stacking it on top of the actual manufacturer rebate. By effectively double-counting the same incentive, they produced a fraudulent price to lure me in. After using my Social Security number to provide this "official" system quote, they immediately hiked the price once I was physically at the dealership. When I spoke with other dealers in the region, they confirmed that this dealership has a notorious reputation for these specific predatory tactics. Do not trust their online quotes; they are designed to deceive.

This is my second Toyota I have bought there. I like the professionalism, my questions are always answered, the environment is nice. Throughout my transaction everything was verified more than once, thoroughly gone over, and they would ask me if I had any questions as well. They even gave me an insurance quote since they do that now too. Even a bundle with renters. That place is a one stop shop. I feel safe there, not like other deceptive or shady dealers.

I have been a loyal Acton Toyota customer since 2018 and had nothing but positive experiences until my most recent lease in 2023. Since then, I have received abysmal customer service time and time again. I will likely be taking my business elsewhere when it is time for a new lease.

I had a wonderful experience buying my new Rav 4 with John Bernard at Acton Toyota of Littleton. He was very thorough and patient with us as we tried out multiple cars and made up our minds. He even picked me up at my home and gave me ride to the dealer to explain all the bells and whistles when my car was ready. Overall a pleasant and happy time!

Peter made sure the process was smooth and that got the car right before the holidays. I had an overall positive experience with him and John C. I would definitely work with Peter C. again and recommend him to anyone involved know looking to buy a vehicle.

I have used Toyota of Littleton for last several years. I am writing this review to capture a somewhat of a unique situation. I took my Lexus for 90K service on a Friday and also asked them to fix BSM Check Failure which the service advisor stated that it needed a $180 diag fee which I agreed to plus any additional costs which they would notify me and get my approval. At the end of the day I found out that a rudimentary diag was done with no estimates given for fixing the BSM Check Failure and I was asked to leave the car overnight for them to diag/fix the BSM problem. I apprised the service advisor of my trip coming up on Sunday and was assured the problem would be taken care of by Saturday. On Saturday early morning I called the service department to remind them of my trip on Sunday and was promised it would be ready by early Saturday afternoon. When I didn't hear back from them by mid afternoon I called them and was told that they could not get to it. They offered me to leave my car over the weekend for them to work on it next week or take it back. When I arrived at the dealer I was forced to pay the diag fee although diag was not yet done. When I told them I should only pay after a complete diag I was rebuffed and was told that if I wanted my car back I had to $180 diag fee. At this point I felt that the Saturday substitute service advisor was not polite, but decided to take my Lexus back after paying the diag fee - sometimes you just accept and cut your losses. Later Saturday evening I got a call from the service department head and I told them about the situation -- that I had paid $350+ for just a oil change/tire rotation (this was inclusive of $180 diag fee), because if I had to my Lexus to another dealer they would charge $180 diag fee all over again just to determine the problem. They were gracious enough to complete diag of the BSM problem when I brought back the car. The next Monday I got a call from the service advisor who had initially worked with me to make an appointment to bring back the car. The following Monday I dropped off the car and was told it would be fixed by Tuesday, which was ok for me and I left the car. On Tuesday I finally got the call and was informed that the problem has been diagnosed and fixed and I now needed to pay extra $500 which was not authorized by me. The service advisor and department head eventually reduced the amount I had to pay to $350 after a lot of discussions. So in total I paid $530 to fix BSM check failure which didn't need any replacement parts, but adjustment to the clamps where the sensors were held due to prior incorrect installation of the said sensors. I have a few summary comments: 1. I am happy that BSM problem is fixed and is working correctly. 2. I am not happy that the dealer didn't inform me the amount I would be charged to fix the problem. I strongly believe the dealer did overcharge me as the estimate they had showed was $360 on a paper (vs $530 I had to pay).

I went to Acton Toyota unsure about upgrading vehicles. I was extremely fortunate enough to have Junior as my salesman. Junior is very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He was literally and metaphorically running around for me. Whether it was running back and forth grabbing keys for me to test drive, or printing out multiple sheets of comparison, Junior made sure I knew exactly what I wanted. I left that same day with a beautiful vehicle. If you go to Acton Toyota, you must ask for Junior.

Oren in sales was very helpful. I really appreciated all of his hard work trying to help me purchase a truck. Even though the numbers didn’t work out for me at this time. I will definitely be reaching out when the time comes.

We purchased a new to us 4Runner and worked with Ryan on the sale after test driving. The purchase was what we excepted working through a dealership including working with the sales representative, speaking to finance and insurance representative. Everyone was friendly and easy to speak and work with. We had to wait a few days to pick up our vehicle as we were getting new plates, but pickup was quick and efficient. We picked up on 10/28. However, once we had the vehicle home, we noticed that two pieces were missing off the backseats to fold them down. We knew they were there when test driving as we have two dogs, and folded down the seats to see how much space it had. My husband and I had assumed that the car was cleaned prior to pickup, and these two small piece were accidentally not put back after the clean. We reached out to Ryan on 10/30 to see if maybe they were somewhere at the dealership that we could just pick them up. He said he would look in the reconditioning dept to see if they could locate them. I hadn't heard a response so I followed up with him on 11/8. At that time, he let us know that he did not have any luck, and we could reach out to Christina, their customer relations manager. My husband called and left voicemails for Christina on 11/8 and 11/14 with no return calls. After the 2nd unreturned call on 11/14, we also reached back out to Ryan to see if we could get something resolved as we were not getting our calls returned from Christina. As of 11/19, we still do not have resolution for these missing parts which are about $20 total. At this point, we are just considering buying the pieces and moving on. We thought that something as small as this could easily be resolved through the dealership, however that is proving not to be the case. While we were satisfied with our purchase, this debacle has left a sour taste in our mouths. It has felt that as soon as the sale was done, they no longer really cared to deal with us. As someone with 10+ years of a customer service background, this feeling has been solidified even further with the unreturned phone calls and constantly having to follow up. I am just thankful it is only about $20 and not something of larger value. It is definitely making us reconsider returning to Acton Toyota of Littleton for further service or future purchases. **As of 12/4 we still do not have resolution to our missing parts. We had reached out again prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. We have not been contacted back. At this point, we have just ordered the parts ourselves and will move on. In the future, we will be looking to take our business elsewhere.

I took the afternoon off and made the drive down to acton Toyota after a great online conversation with one of the “internet sales” specialists. I came to the dealership to potentially sell a vehicle I owned and when I arrived I had a good meeting with one of the sales people. So far, so good. The problems began once the “sales manager” got involved and not only did they NOT stick with the agreed upon sales price, they undercut it by over $10,000. I was told that this was because there was an accident on the “car fax” report. Interestingly, acton Toyota has a number of vehicles on their lot with car fax accidents on their report and they aren’t selling for $10k below market. Long story short I was lied to and “bait and switched” by the management. I ended up wasting 3 hours and missed a half day of work. I would not recommend this dealership at all

Excellent experience with Jimmy and Emma. Very professional and pleasant. Not pushy! Felt very looked after. Jon and John were very knowledgeable and made the process efficient and enjoyable. I look forward to servicing my new RAV4 there. Glad to be back in a Toyota after a poor Nissan experience-many thanks!!

There are very few salesmen who are not giving you a deal ONLY if you are doing the deal on your first visit. Ronald Lee not only was reasonably easy to work with but also very sincere and professional - for him, you are not a number in making sales. He was very much working on the customer side and help made the choice very easy for us. Amazing no nonsense guy at Acton Toyota and very respectful. Highly recommended.

Thank you Francisco (salesman) and Wellington (manager) for this smooth process of getting my new 2026 Camry XSE. Coming in from New York, we were greeted and treated well (better than any NY dealership would). Our car was delivered by two men, one of which stayed with us in the DMV the two hours we spent there. Definitely going back if I purchase another Toyota in the future :)

When I first walked into the dealership, I did not like the sales associate that I was with. We were negotiating prices and he asked me how did I come up with the number I offered and I told him that's how much I wanted for the car. He asks me if I had been to other dealerships that were selling the same exact car for a cheaper price and I said yes. He then responds with "Why are you here then?" From that moment, I felt disrespected. He made it seem like I was wasting his time, and made it clear he didn't want my business since he didn't bring out a floor manager so I ended up leaving. My parents went to the dealership on a different day and they were dealing with Junior. Junior and my father were going back and forth with their negotiations but they couldn't agree on a price so my parents ended up leaving. As they were walking to the car, John (Junior's manager) ended up taking my father's offer so he tells Junior to get my parents. It was pouring that day, Junior ran across the parking lot to get my parents to come back to the dealership and they ended up making a deal. I came in 2 days later to finalize everything and I met Junior for the first time. He greeted me with kindness and respect and he told me the whole story with my parents and how he ran in the rain to get them to come back inside. From that moment, I instantly had respect for him. If Junior was treating me very well, then I can only assume that he treated my parents with the same respect. From there, everything was smooth in terms of the whole buying process and payment. I am rating my experience a 5/5 stars because I'm not going let one sales associate dictate the image of all sales associates at this dealership. If you ever plan on buying a car at Acton Toyota, I strongly recommend dealing with Junior!

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE They sold me a car specifically Oren and they told me I was getting new tires, only two were new and of course there’s no notes on the tires from the car I purchased, I had to replace them myself. There was a nest under my engine cover that supposedly cleaned

Proactive and extremely helpful! I had the pleasure of working with Oren and Samantha from Acton Toyota. The communication was concise and on point. The whole process felt like dealing with a friend who knew a ton about cars; particularly the ones I’ve been interested in over the years. Highly recommended the team at Acton Toyota!
