Nice clean rooms welcoming staff and location handy to 495/route 2 and local restaurants. They do have their own "bistro" though I did not try it. Quiet and comfortable.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted with a friendly and courteous reception. Every Marriott employee acknowledged us, creating a warm and welcoming environment.||The highlight of our stay was the Bistro in the morning. The three women working there were incredible, patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure our order was exactly to our liking. The food was excellent. Our room was clean, spacious, and inviting.||I have stayed at many Marriott properties over the years, and this staff was the most welcoming and courteous I have ever encountered. I was pleasantly surprised.

Unbelievable how beautiful this place is! #1, If you have back problems the beds are very comfortable vs all the other motels and hotels we have stayed at in the area! Staff were simple, kind and made check in a breeze. Then we saw the room and my god who ever designed this place should be given an award! Appliances are hidden in the many places you can put and store your things. An Actual good size premium brand SMART TV! (roughly) 42" I would say. With Netflix, YouTube And all the apps you would expect on a smart TV. (You do have to sign in under your own accounts to watch Netflix/YouTube etc) but it's very easy to sign in, especially if you have the app on your phone. You just scan it and Bam! Your watching your favorites in minutes : ) the bed comfort is the best I've personally had at any the man local hotels/motels we have had to stay it temporarily during our time trying to figure life out in general after losing our home and vehicle to a bad accident. So we have been staying all around for roughly 5 months now! And this is by far the nicest, cleanest, we'll made, we'll put together, everything you want PLUS a Starbucks in the courtyard! And the bathrooms/water here are so clean and nice! With special high end large refillable shampoo, conditioner and body wash that leave you loving a nice comfortable CLEAN bath that leaves your skin soft and your hair feeling great! No itching, no hard water, no worries about the bathtub needing an extra cleaning before getting in. Luckily they really keep the rooms in like new condition and after rashes from hard water, dry hair and itching at many other Motels, this was a HUGE change to what we had been use to. And we have been to the special hotels with full kitchens etc (unfortunately these rooms are your average MICROWAVE, TV and Coffee Maker only) but I would rather stay here then the alleged high end hotel we tried due to having a nice looking kitchen to cook in! Unfortunately that place failed on bed comfort and the rooms smelt of cigarettes and was very cramped for space. This however was full of space, probably about the same as any higher end motel but the bathrooms were great! The bath left me feeling refreshed! The room felt like it had clean air to breath, the beds comforting my bad back and everyone just simply loving the designs and overall experience here! The only downfall was the pillows! Very cheap, regular pillows, and with my spine issues they were the only thing I wished we had brought our own pillow for, as it would have been such a perfect stay if we had just brought our dang pillows with us hahaha I'm EXTREMELY picky about pillows, so most people including my daughter said they were fine for her. So it might just be me hahaha! If the place was cheaper and allowed our ESA's (Emotional support animals) we would still he living there today happily! But with our bunnies and finances being an issue, we sadly couldn't afford to live there. But I stand by this being the best hotel in the area by FAR! Highly recommended to anyone looking for CLEAN Air, CLEAN water, CLEAN rooms overall and even smart TVs! Oh and if you have back problems, GO HERE! The beds are wonderfully comfortable while still being supportive : )

Facility well maintained. Rooms clean, comfortable, roomy. Staff considerate, professional, helpful. They always had smiles and greeted us. They were exceptional. Food excellent. Located near music hall in Groton. I will definitely stay again and will recommend.

I booked a reservation at this location for a business trip. The day of my reservation I had an emergency dental issue that required immediate surgery so when I tried to cancel the reservation, The management team was beyond unhelpful. They tried to stick me with the reservation and forced me to come or lose my money. All of this even being a platinum elite member… Absolutely zero customer service skills.Debbie needs a retraining on customer service essentials. That being said, I did call the corporate entity and was able to successfully cancel the reservation without a fee. It's unfortunate that you have to reach out to the corporate customer service number in order to get appropriate service after being a loyal member to Marriott for years. I'll be staying at Hilton the next time I'm in the area for business.

The hotel itself is nice, but I would not recommend booking your wedding hotel block here. They work with a third party vendor LaFrance Hospitality for hotel blocks, and they made this the most stressful part of my wedding planning. I got bounced around from person to person and my emails and calls either took days to be answered or went unanswered. If I could do it again, I would book somewhere else.

Had hair in the shower and issues with hot water on a peak December winter morning. But good location and overall a fine establishment.

Quick overnight stay at Courtyard by Marriott Boston Littleton. Right off of I-495. Grocery store, pizza restaurant, coffee shop, among other stores in the same shopping complex. Stayed in room 231. Clean and modern hotel and room. 2 queen beds. Microwave & fridge. Lots of outlets - which included USB plugs. Plenty of hangers in the ckoset. The room faces I-495 but we could not hear the traffic. Hotel reception was friendly.

I stay here frequently, as it is close to my son‘s house. The staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms are fine for the price. My only objection is that they do not provide enough glasses in the rooms.

Very comfortable, clean, with excellent amenities, very nice staff, and a perfect location with a movie theater and restaurants within walking distance.

I always schedule my executives to stay at The Courtyard by Marriott in Littleton. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and amenities. Most importantly, the staff is always kind, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are extremely clean and well stocked. When I have multiple executives travelling from overseas, I am always accommodated with room blocks and never have I run into any issues I will continue to use the Courtyard by Marriott in Littleton and highly suggest you do as well!

The room lighting is great along with the set up if traveling for Business. A desk is available to work on along with large mirrors to ensure you are Business dressed ready before going to the office. Showers have amazing pressure like a massage. Small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker available in room. Great location near restaurants, grocery store and a Starbucks that opens early. Gym onsite along with parking. The staff is super helpful, kind and prompt. I love the water at the Lobby and availability to refill your water bottle at their gym too

Rooms are well maintained and have everything you need..... one of our favorite stays all time!

Nice property in a very convenient location right off Interstate 495. It is also surrounded by a number of good restaurants and shops right down the road. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are very comfortable, however, the walls are paper thin so expect to hear your neighbors. Only bad take away is that if you are a Bonvoy member Gold Elite or higher, your status means nothing. We were not offered any of the benefits that you would expect in Marriot properties. If you are not a Bonvoy member, its inconsequential, the hotel is great for the money, and you will have a comfortable stay.

Excellent location, with a large shopping lot across the street. Very nice rooms for the price.

We stayed two nights and had a great experience. The hotel and rooms were just right - comfortable, clean, and up-to-date. Everyone on the staff was welcoming, friendly, and happy to help. We would recommend this hotel.

We like this location when we drive north to Maine as it is right off 95 and is surrounded by trees in its backyard parking ( free) and has a Starbucks and other choices for restaurants a short walk away .|The rooms are clean and spacious , though air conditioning is a bit noisy , and the expected large TV and clean bathroom are a relief. There is a coffee and tea maker and a small refrigerator.|What is getting tiring is that these Marriott Courtyards don’t honor higher status elites who are frequent guests of these hotels years in and year out.|They don’t give a water bottle or two, nor is there is a bathrobe .

We hosted our wedding guests at the Courtyard Boston Littleton and they were great from start to finish! They were super accommodating responding when we had a number of questions about our contract and even provided a small shuttle for our wedding party. We found the facilities extremely clean and pleasant and the food at the cafe very tasty! Thanks for a great stay, we recommend to anyone looking for wedding accommodations in the area!

This was my second stay at the Courtyard Boston Littleton, for a long period of 10 nights due to a family emergency. I was literally visiting a family member in the hospital every day I was here, and, naturally, very stressed. When I got back to the hotel, though, every member of the staff had a warm, welcoming smile, and a genuine desire to help out to make my day better. Thanks to their caring, I was able to get through my ordeal. I can't begin to thank them enough for their true hospitality. I enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the Bistro, which is quick and tasty, and especially loved sitting out on their patio, where you can enjoy a virtual serenade from the many birds in the area, and even have a visit from a wild rabbit (see the picture). When I felt like it, an easy walk too me to several local restaurants which were all quite good. And the location is perfect - right close to the 495 ramp, and just down the hill from Littleton Common. I will definitely be back!

Received an email early in the day I could do a digital check-in, but I waited until I arrived. Was warmly welcomed and checked in by 3. The room was ready and clean. Would stay again. Nicely situated close to expressway and a plaza with restaurants, a grocery store, stores, and a movie theater.

Location was great. Not in a real busy area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The Bistro was perfect for a late meal and drink and breakfast in the morning. They offer a good variety including lots of healthy selections. The price was good for this area. I would stay here again.

Best value and location for your dollar in the area. Clean, comfortable, convenient location to everything. Staff is great. Great gym and amenities. Coffee at the hotel cafe is not great or hot and could use some improvement.

We hosted our wedding party and guests here for our weekend wedding. Everyone was amazing to work with and Elizabeth was extremely responsive and helped with all of our questions. All of the guests loved the hotel rooms, staff, and location. The room I used to get ready in was so large and they set up a floor length mirror and desk/chairs for us to use for hair/makeup. We also used the shuttle to transport the bridal party to the venue and that worked great! The shuttle was on time and warm! The driver was also super friendly. Would highly recommend booking the hotel for guest/wedding party accommodations.
