our car broke down on the highway and someone called to get it towed to this place. he refuses to let us have it back nor the things inside. we just came in from out of state and all of my recently deceased sons belongings and memorabilia from the hospitals were in there. i let him know and he told to me “everything in there is trash”. if i could give zero stars i would.
I bought a car for $700 the guy sold it as is and let us drive the car off the lot. He could of told us to get it towed and in the process i was lucky to get off the highway and the car stalled. He doesn't want to fix it or warrenty the car and he hung up on me.
would've given a 1 star, but he let me take my $24,000 life size sex doll/multi tool out of the back seat of my 1987 honda civic wagon before he drove off, Great company!
Car was towed and I asked the guy in the truck if I could grab some stuff from the back of my car before he drove off (I had hundreds of dollars worth in sneakers in the back, Jordans Specifically) and he denied me the ability to do so. The driver informed me I would have to show up with the title in hand (I wasnt going to pay hundreds of dollars to get it out of the impound) to sign the car over to them so I could get my belongings from the car. I did just that and I was denied access to my car and lost out on hundred of dollars worth in shoes. Reardons is literally the worst.
Made the best of a bad situation. I had to get a lot of documentation to get the towed auto released but given the location of their lot and that the owner is running a tough business and has probably heard every story in the book it’s understandable. Once released they even towed the auto to Connecticut for a reasonable price.
Horrible place, while towing my car the put a fair amount of damage on the front end, some how my maui jims disappeared. the owners kid was clearly high on something and it cost me $225 to get my car out. i had $220 on me and they made me walk to the ATM for the other $5 then I had to ask for change because I received a $10 from the ATM. Guess they thought I should pay an extra $5 just because. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR CARE TREATED WITH CARE, THEY DONT CARE AND ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP. ALL THEY ARE IS A POLICE TOW COMPANY. NO RESPECT NO WORK ETHICS AND BAD OVER PRICED SERVICE. TAKE IT FROM ME, DONT LET THEM DAMAGE YOUR CAR AS THEY DID MINE
