I went to grab a few things from my car today at noon from the lot. The man that was there to help me with the process was very kind and knowledgeable. They made a stressful situation feel better and lightened the mood. The lady I called on the phone earlier was also very helpful! I wasn’t sure what to expect when I had showed up, but I had a very good experience here.
They are not friendly at all, besides that, there is something called door fee and if you want to tow your car with another tow truck, you still have to pay 95 dollars to them, I tried to reach customer service, they are not helpful at all, they speak aggressively and vulgarly
This business is absolutely horrible, the staff are rude, not helpful and horrendously mean for no reason. They keep all of your belongs with no fighting chance of seeing them again. The worst company I've ever experienced
Absolutely highway robbery quite a scam they have going our truck made a mistake a dumb one went under overpass to low local police called red's they pulled it back not a major tow at all charged 8526 dollars
Tried two times to get to our car that was in the impound lot after being in an accident. First time waited over half an hour and had to leave before they came. Second time waited over half an hour when they said they'd be here. I don't have time for this. No working person does.
My car was towed due to financial difficulties but that's no one's problem. My Toyota Camry was taken to your lot, I wanna thank Cheryl the girl I spoke with on the phone, she was great and cordial with me and I appreciate that. She answered every question to the best of her ability and kudos to her!!! Ty for listening to me hopefully I can get my property soon.. And also to the guy who towed my car, God bless you.
