These people are so unprofessional
Towed my truck even with a updated parking ticket they still towed even when landlord told them this is why they cancled contract and they went in my car and said there not responsible for missing items i bet keep it got on on cam buddy
Had these guys for 4 of my building don't do it there lazy and to add to it, they're miserable take there fee and do no work charging me for over a year and never came to property even if call if u get there service it might be wise to install cameras.This is a company you keep track of
Got into a fairly bad accident and they had a tow to this place. I have to say they were fantastic in helping me get things out of my car, and even dealing with them on the phone everyone was very pleasant.
They towed by card by mistake..
they gave me a heart attack but after like 1 hour and half I got my car back and they apologized to me lol
No damage or scratches I didn't have to pay either.
I just called them
Told them I was from out of town and was stuck on high street in Holyoke and needed a tow to Hadley. Asked if they took visa or master card the dispatcher Darin said they prefer cc payments and if I wanted to tip the driver that would be ok in cash
When I said what happened to someone else who was told only cash I got called a sneaky c…t
These people really are horrible code my car out of my driveway even though it's registered and insured without even leaving an O of why because we didn't have a sticker for housing because housing will not provide it because of covid sneaky despicable somebody he used to bring them to court justice
Unsafe truck drivers! Last week Southwick/Agawam, speeding and running red lights, not to mention the tailgating. Luckily not towing someone's car. I would never use this business. Be careful if you want your car in one piece.
I own a CVS in West Springfield. Hampshire towing towed the store manager's car without my consent. I was then told to "F off" by the owner when I said him this was unacceptable. Awful customer service. I do not recommend working with this company.
If I could give 0 stars I would ! These people are the most unprofessional and money hungry people I’ve ever met! It was a run around and waiting game to retrieve my personal belongings after a car accident. Their receptionist or whoever answers their phone is extremely rude ! Becomes agitated if asked questions! At the end of the day they did everything they could to keep my vehicle for as long as they could to rack up a higher bill.
