I brought my car to Bodywork’s Unlimited in East Longmeadow because the paint was peeling in three different spots and I also needed my front and rear lips paint matched. They did a really good job — the paint match came out great and everything looks smooth and professional. Turnaround time was about a week, which I thought was reasonable, and the price was fair as well. Overall, I’m very happy with the work and would definitely recommend them.
What a JOB!!! First of all, the 1 star reviews are all WRONG! I brought my 2022 VOLVO to them last week and picked it up last night. The car is BEAUTIFUL better than new. As an unexpected surprise, my car was detailed inside and I have to say, just amazing. Deanna was FANTASTIC at keeping me informed and when she said it was ready, it was ready!!!! Her father was colorful and a pleasure to chat with. Hope I never need you again, but if I do, I will not walk to you, I will RUN to you!!!!!!!!!!!
I brought my 2006 F250 truck to bodyworks in August 2025 to have a damaged rear quarter panel repaired. I chose this place immediately knowing their reputation for being the best. I was impressed by the amount of the knowledge they had/owner Tony had. He explained how the repairs were going to be made and a timely plan as well. Needless to say I was overjoyed when the work was completed. Brand-new and looks like nothing ever happened. This is the place to go for all your body work problems. Fast and professional just what you would expect from professional people. They did all the wrangling with the insurance people and I never heard a word from them, just "your truck is ready!" Over all this Family owned business is a great place. professional , time efficient paired amazingly with great communication skills. The receptionist Deana was polite and kind. On point and answered all of my questions . My car was Completed in about 3 weeks and I am 2000% satisfied with my services !

I’ve used Bodyworks three times, and every experience has been excellent. They’re incredibly helpful, keeping me informed throughout the process. When I pick up my car, it’s always detailed and looks flawless. I feel like I can’t trust most other shops with my cars, but Bodyworks takes care of them like they’re their own. My whole family uses them, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you need top-notch service and quality work, this is the place to go!
I have had such an amazing experience here. I have had to major two car accidents and after the first one I had my second car towed here all the way from Connecticut. I had a completely missing bumper and they figured everything out and I think even got a dent out that wasn’t from that accident, everything got taken care of swiftly and professionally, I have and will continue to recommend this place to everyone I know.
Do not recommend this body shop. Not the most professional space I’ve been to, the use of profane language in front of customers wasn’t appropriate or appreciated. Slow to give follow up information in a timely manner as promised. Other shops I’ve been to have been able to inform me on information right when I call but they do not give the same satisfaction of that here. I’m always one to appreciate honesty, clear feedback and professionalism in establishments like this. But unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Will not be going back.
I was told by a family member this place was to be trusted as a lot of car repair shops are not, however I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here I’ve never been in an accident before but I know this is not how it should have been Handled… first of all I hated the lack of communication I had no idea what was going on with my car for the first week (they had my car for a month total) so I emailed Deanne she informed me they had ordered new doors but they kept coming in damaged so it took three tries to finally get doors that weren’t damaged then week two comes along now my pillar is damaged beyond repair and needs to be rewelded on now let me make this very clear I T-boned a telephone pole right where my two doors meet HOW WAS THIS NOT NOTICED PRIOR TO EVERYTHING!!?!?! So now a month in I come to find out my car is actually totaled with two days left on my rental being covered now they tell me it’s totaled ? They should’ve known within the first couple of days if it was totaled my insurance says it’s the auto body’s shop fault as to why it took so long and the auto body shop as of today told me it’s actually the insurances fault so nobody’s taking responsibility here it’s driving me insane and so today I needed to go in sign the release forms for my vehicle/ pick up my plates I called ahead of time to let them know I was on my way and by the time I got there this very nice woman was at the desk the poor thing had no idea what I was talking about and took 20 minutes to find my release forms someone else was in the office with her and he just sat there the entire time denying every paper she picked rather than helping her just find it so at this point I was late for work and while signing the papers they received a phone call about a customer wanting to know when their vehicle will be ready and they said they keep ordering parts for it but they keep coming in damaged funny because I’ve heard that one too before!!!!
Just had my truck fixed here and it was exceptional! Not only did they do a great job fixing my truck but they also cleaned my truck inside and out. Deanna was great in communicating back and forth with me the entire time!
They do great work. They fixed my car three times now and each time it's been perfect. The owner takes the time to inspect everything before it leaves his shop, and he likes talking to the customers about the work and anything else. The office staff is great also. They keep you informed of the repair status and of any delays, and will help you set up a rental. You couldn't find better customer service anywhere.
After bringing in a perfectly good car to be painted. I've now spent $7000 reassembling it. They completely don't know how to put a car back together after they paint it. My mechanic is completely blown away of the things they did, actually endangering my life by reassembling it the way they did.
Body Works is by far the best auto body repair shop I've come across in 58 years, they truly are "Body Restoration Specialists "

When you get hurt you want the BEST DOCTOR. When your car needs work you want the BEST SHOP! What set BodyWorks apart from so many other local body shops was truthfully their honest and seamless communication. When I called to ask if they would take my Wrangler the owner did not have to but kindly told me they were going on vacation the following Monday, and would love to work on my vehicle, but reiterated they wouldn’t be able to start the work until the following week. In the meantime, he reassured me that they would pick it up from the tow shop, square away my bill, and just add it to my invoice AND order whatever parts they could immediately so when they re opened they could hit the ground running. As a small business owner myself I think it’s so important to step away from your place of business and celebrate your success and hard work with your family. The fact he was honest with me immediately sold me. Deanna in the office was ON TOP OF IT! Would greet me by name when I called, kept me in the loop and kept me updated without having to hunt for information. Before your waste your time, making phone calls and doing research. Just call BodyWorks.!! it’s clear they do genuine business, & that’s what you deserve!
Thank you Tony and the crew at Body Works for fixing my truck. Due to a previous small accident the rocker panel on my truck had begun to rot out. They got factory parts and made it better than brand new. When i picked it up was detailed inside and out. Highly recommend.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! I just picked up my car today. It was a big job and was very particular in the body shop I choose. I've heard good things about them in the past, but wanted to see for myself. I'm very pleased with the job. It came out Amazing! great customer service and they pay attention to the minor details. They run a clean shop, overall impressed and would recommend them to a family member or friend.
I recently had my car repaired at bodyworks unlimited and was very impressed. The work came out amazing, could never tell my car was even in an accident, plus it was immaculate when I picked it up. The whole team did an amazing job and when I had a paint question, the lead paint tech Mike had no problem dropping what he was doing to come out and answer all my questions. If I ever get into another accident I know where I'm going!
Having your car cracked up is rarely a positive experience. However, Jim and his team did a great job of making a bad situation as seamless as possible for me. They dealt with the insurance company and rental car people so I didn't have to. Beyond that, they delivered on everything they said, and were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Most importantly, the work they did was absolutely perfect, and took less time and money than originally predicted. It's good to know there's still companies out there that put customers first. Outstanding experience at Body works unlimited.
