The girls at this location are amazing. They were the first two that greeted me made me feel very welcoming They know what they are doing and a very professional they had all the parts I needed
I don’t know why people like it here. They are slow and not well informed. They didn’t know the difference between LED and halogen lights. Also waited over 20 minutes for a light they didn’t have and wanted me to wait another 30-60 minutes for it to come from another store. She also answered the phone while talking to me. It was dark and quiet in there. Weird vibe, everyone moving slow. I only came here because its close to where i live. So I had to drive the town over to O’reilys.
Shane took the time to figure out the exact metric hardware (10mm×1.5 pitchx30mm length bolts to be exact) I needed even though they didn't have the bolts on hand in the store. That man embodies Napa Know's How...to take care of people and he got me back on the road to work. Thank you sir!
I would avoid this place. Just a month or so ago, I came in and had a positive experience where an older man helped me install new a wiper blade. Not the same experience I had today with the manager. I went in today and he refused to help me and told me multiple lies about not being able to help install things for over a year now and how it’s a policy throughout auto part stores nationwide due to insurance reasons. This is absolutely not true as I’ve had people help me plenty of times here recently and at various other stores in the area. He also stated he fired the person who helped me in the past (not true as he reported it was a young kid who was fired and it was an old man who helped me) He sold me an overpriced part and told me to take it elsewhere and they can help me install it. It seemed like he just did not want to help me. If I knew this, I would have stopped at another store on my way home to ensure I have what I need for the snow that’s coming. I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to another store than give this place my business ever again. Very disappointing.
This NAPA is by far my favorite to go to. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve helped me with troubleshooting issues many times. It’s a great store and would never choose to get parts or advice anywhere else.
Be careful shopping at the store I brought in all of the parts the guy was getting ready to leave so he was too busy to make sure I got the right parts they had the right parts instead he sold me a kit to make it work and it was the wrong kit all together after he tried to tell me the first time that the original fittings were right and I said no they're different so be careful because not all of them know what they are doing
The staff person was knowledgeable and courteous at the East Longmeadow location (8/25/23 11:30 am). I was looking to purchase new wiper blades and was not comfortable installing them myself. However, the sales associate was not able to install new wipers on my vehicle per company policy. “They won’t let me do that anymore”, he stated. I had intended to pay for them at a cost of $34 dollars per wiper. This is very poor company customer service! They lost my business. I went down the road to AutoZone in Enfield. They had no problem with changing them for me. Will continue to shop with this company.
I frequently go into this store specifically because everyone is always so helpful. John is a wizard when it comes to cars and always takes time to talk me through things. Today was a step above my usual experience. I didn't have my hopes up and didn't think anything was going to come of it, but the manager helped me warranty a set of brake pads and rotors that had gone bad prematurely. I always get great service here and am

Super clean store with a great selection of supplies and parts. They dont have 30 brands of an item but so carry the best versions of whatever you need. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy in and out parking wise.
Lenny and the guys helped me get all the parts needed to get my car back on the road. I shopped around other local part stores and rock auto. Believe it or not, Napa had the best price by far and everything was in stock. I work in the business and the quality of the parts exceeded my expectations. Calipers were powder coated black, rotor hats painted, and the pads look decent.
Nice little shop for East Longmeadow and the people are knowledgeable and helpful. I'd give it five stars but it's pretty small. Even though, they generally have what I need or can get it in a day or two during the week. The hours are geared towards business, so they're not open late.
Went to get a clip replaced not only did they help me find the right size they helped attach the clip and find new windshield wipers! Mark was amazing, so helpful!
No books to lookup bulbs batteries etc. Takes several minutes to get anything from their computers and salespeople who seemed to want to be somewhere else. Suggest buying online on that place named after a river in the Amazon. That way they don't try to push a $40 lightbulb on you when a $9 one will do just fine.
Napa East Longmeadow is awesome. Everytime I go to this store the staff is fabulous . They normally give 10 percent off to triple A members but this month its 20 percent off.
Was in there today to replace my brake pads, had a good laugh and service was spectacular. Considering the drive from Belchertown every time I need something now. First time in this location but definitely not my last.
This napa is very helpful, I don't know how Mark does it with the little help he has... been going to this napa for 30 years. This is the first time they have kept a good manager there. Thank u..
