All of the staff were incredibly friendly. I loved being able to book an appointment online. Honestly, probably the best overall auto repair experience I’ve had in my life.

Wonderful experience overall. Brought in my V60 T8 Polestar, which is not something most shops know about, or know how to work on, but William and the crew didnt bat an eye and were able to help out and answer all my questions. Something tells me this shop could start a rock if you asked nice.

My wife and I have been going to this shop for the last couple of years decided to give them a shot being that they’re down the street from our home and we’ve been absolutely satisfied with the customer service and their work I’d recommend to anyone who’s looking for work on their vehicle.

Will and his team are great to work with. Communicated about all our needs and got the job done in a timely fashion. From an oil change and some bulbs, all the way to bearings and diag.

Had my vehicle serviced and was not disappointed by the great work done. Will is very knowledgeable and does very well in explaining any questions that you may have. Will be returning for future services!

Very easy to book an appointment for new breaks. Knew they weren't great but turned out the rotors needed to be replaced and the sway bar broke in half. Will was incredibly friendly and efficient. This garage offers the best services I’m talking about great customer service. Whenever I drop my car off to get repaired, it’s always done very quickly. The mechanics are very Professional I’ve been Coming to this garage for years. It is also in a very good area. These people make sure to take care of you correctly. Very respectful, hard working and amazing prices

East side Auto was wonderful! My daughter completely broke down while at school- car wouldn’t even start (not battery!) - I live hours away. dealing with Ethan and Will made the process so much easier! They were helpful, knowledgeable and understanding! They spent time to diagnosis the issue found it - gave me an estimate “ of course that was “as long as nothing else is wrong once we get there” . They got it fixed in 3 days after the part came in and they called. Of course I expected “more issues” there always are! Nope! In fact it costs way less! Because when he got there it wasn’t the sensor in the transmission that was bad it was actually just the bracket holding the sensor!!!! The garage could have totally still charged the higher price - I would have no clue - it’s not somewhere anyone can “see” the changed part. So the fact they were so honest and it was our first visit amazes me! THANK you! I know know where she’ll take it whenever she needs work done in the future!

Ive taken my car to Will at Eastside Auto 3xs for repairs and a tuneup in the last year, he’s been wonderful with any work he’s done and explained everything so i could understand it! Two repairs were for work someone else had done, which were not only done incorrectly, but one could have eventually caused an accident. I have already recommended him to family and friends

After Felix closed, I needed a new mechanic. Will is the real deal! He fixed a stressful situation (brakes) in a timely and affordable manner. He is friendly, genuine, and easy to deal with. Happy to have a new mechanic that I can trust. 100% recommend!

Car was serviced by Will. I could not be more pleased about the service. Car now drives so smooth after the service. Will called with details of exactly what he saw after the initial review. He left it up to me to determine how much I wanted him to do. I am very pleased with his service and I would not hesitate to call him again in the future.

Will has been taking care of 2 different cars for me. His ability to adapt to my wonky schedule/changes has been such a relief. I thought I wrote my review a while ago but I guess I didn't. I said oh I'll get to it and well at least I finally am. I heard of Eastside Auto works threw an expose online. I didn't have anything major done what a synthetic oil change. Will does his multi-point inspection and was very kind and straightforward and honest. I've already referred a friend and I'm on my way to referring more. My friend was very hesitant to change mechanics but she does like to give local businesses a try. And upon my recommendation she did go to Will. He came in underprice for a radiator that she needed. She was ecstatic and thrilled with the service and honesty that was provided by Will. Definitely will continue to patronize Eastside autoworks based on goodwill (pun intended) & honesty. He doesn't talk down to women and is thorough in his explanations. Thank you Will- keep up the good work and your business will continue to grow.

So I rolled up on this kid, Will. I'm a new customer, no call, no appointment and brake probs. I dropped it at 2pm on a Tuesday and drove out at 5 Wednesday. Very quick since it wasn't scheduled. I live nearby and was grateful he took the time to advise me to not drive it. I do believe he saved me $ on a tow that advice! Tues at 445 he called to let me know what he found. It was well within what I expected. In fact I was shocked it didn't go into more parts...been around long enough to know some places will! I paid $200 more for a similar job (diff car) last year so he is def fair and reasonable. He had cars in shop when I arrived both times but I felt a sense of urgency from him. I recognize he did not have to juggle 3 jobs to help me. He could've put me off to another day or mechanic. I was able to observe/hear 2 phone calls while waiting and he is straightforward, honest, realistic and understanding in his conversations. My car was fixed by a Knight in shining concrete ( or maybe metal and fiberglass??), my brakes feels safe again, and I found a local HONEST, reasonable, skilled mechanic. Couldn't be Happier!!!! I'll be back, but I'll call first next time? ⭐✨⭐

First off, I couldn't be happier with the work that has been done to my vehicles at Eastside auto works! Will can diagnose and troubleshoot your vehicle, and tackle any repair. Communication is amazing, he keeps you in the loop throughout the whole process of repairing your vehicle. Paying your bill is easy, and convenient. Found his shop last Fall for my business, and plan to use him for years to come!

A+ experience. Will is a great, honest guy who really seems like he wants to provide his customers a great service. I took my car here for an oil change and couldn't have been happier. The service was speedy, Will still fit us in even though we have kids and are always a few minutes late to our appointments ? he was also wonderful talking with our little ones as well.
