HH&M metals was a great place to bring your scrap metal with great prices and good service. Recently came here only to find out they have closed and sold the property. Having come here for over 20 years I will really miss the place.
God awful customer service. Called and started talking, person cut me off and said we don't accept that then hung up. Called back to explain and when i did he said we do accept steel but he was too busy to talk and hung up. If that's how they handle the conversation on the phone i couldn't imagine how bad the service is. Maybe other have had better experiences but I will not be using them for any of my scrap needs based on this interaction.
Great company. Always give the best prices. But please update your hours on Google because when you Google HH and M metals it says that there open until 5 PM. I came by today January 22nd 2019 I arrived on site at ten past 4 and everything was closed up. Maybe I should’ve called but I was going by what the Internet said and like I said it says open until 5pm. Thanks, Happy New Year
CALLED FOR PRICE TO SEE IF IT WAS WORTH DRIVING THRU TUNNEL, GOT THERE ,TRIED TO PAY LESS Guy takes 2 bags of wire into separate room to weigh out pf my sight .No slip offered, When asked for slip guy couldn't make numbers work because he forgot how much he tried to short me.Will not go here again ,will go to A street metals or guy across street.
Been coming to HH&M for years now, the guys working the yard are friendly and will help unload anything you need, quickly. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the PRICING is in my opinion the best around. Usually by 10¢-20¢/lb. for precious metals like copper and wire, brass, ect.. Highly recommend using them on your next scrap run!
Been coming here since I was a bright eyes and bushy-tailed 18yr old working my 1st real job at the shipyard in nearby East Boston. This place is a staple. Always in and out, always happy to explain the process and show you what your goods weighed in at. Most importantly ya' never have the feeling your being torched! I always recommend these guys...
