Este ayer es un desastre mele cambiaron el motor aún Chevrolet spark lt modelo 2014 les pagué todo de un solo y lo subieron un año desarmado y Melo dejaron malo tube que llevarlo a otro taller xq no Sele kitava la lus del motor en el tablero no lo recomiendo
First let me start by saying how extraordinary the staff at Guate Auto body is, and you can feel the loving family environment they have there. I've been going to this shop for about 3 years now, and this shop has worked on every car in my household. Let me tell you I've brought them small jobs and big jobs, every single time I'm more in aw in how quickly and efficient these people are. You are in great hands !
Terrible customer service. My car has been in the shop for over a year now. I have paid for all the repairs and labor to be done and still have not received any updates. They were very pressing on getting paid before the labor, that’s understandable. Now, what’s their excuse? Every time I’ve spoken to them it’s always a “we’re working on it” or “we’re still missing parts”. I really want the work on my car to be completed and returned!! I’m really disappointed in their service
