Having your car towed is always going to be stressful; especially when it is done wrongfully, but the towing company is just doing their job. When going here, I was under the impression that this was a company that was working with the company that had our vehicle towed & trying to get as much money as they can, but I was, fortunately, wrong. Before going there, I did some research about the laws & regulations with my specific situation so I wouldn't be taken advantage of. When I first got there, my aggravation from life & the bs car situation was at a tipping point & ready to meet someone who was probably going to try & scam me. When you finally talk to someone about your car, there are obvious frustrations & feeling of being taken advantage of but after talking to Wayne, I realized that he must deal with angry people ALL OF THE TIME, since he is towing peoples vehicles. There were a few times where he could have snapped or raised tensions more but at some point I think he understood that I wasn't mad at him, I was mad that my car had been wrongfully towed. When people are trying to explain their situation, he has to balance understanding your situation & the towing company. After talking for a little while & the minor tension died down, I tried to explain to him why I was defensive & why I felt like I was being bullied, picked on & mistreated by the people who ordered for the car to be towed. He didn't have to listen or even care but he actually did & tried directing us in the right direction. In my opinion, it showed how many times he has dealt with people & understands that people are going to be defensive, especially in his business (Not that tensions were that high or anything but they were just risen at points). If you are able to talk to Wayne & tell him your situation, I believe he will be more than willing to help you out, if he can. He offered to hold the car for a little while, until I was able to figure out the situation that is going on & said he would stop the tab. He definitely didn't need to do that & it doesn't sound like someone who is only looking to get the most amount of money he can. He even offered a ride for us, so I didn't have to pay for a ride home. I genuinely felt bad for assuming he was with the same company that had my car towed. I just assumed that since that company had illegally requested my car to be towed, he was apart of that company & was there to do "damage control" for them. Once I realized that he wasn't working for that company, I felt like he thought I was attacking him & his company. After talking about everything & finally being on the same page, I think there was a mutual understanding. Like I said before, he didn't have to be as generous as he was & could have easily just told me they were closing and/or tell me to pay now or have the tab keep running. I don't think it is fair to rate a tow company based on someone else having your car towed because they're just doing their job, like the rest of us. People should base it on the people you deal with at the tow company & how well they treat you & your vehicle.

Advanced Towing helped me shovel out my parent’s mailbox on Saturday, Feb 28. The gentleman driving the flatbed (sorry I don’t have your name) saw us out there, pulled over, jumped out with a shovel and helped out of the kindness of his heart! It was so kind! Thank you for making a difference in this world!!

Best towing company ever on time good prices. Been using them for years now.
