I had a really great experience where I needed some pretty savvy experience after pushing a piston off of a caliper when trying to use the EBS mode on a Toyota from inside the car. The parts I got and advice I got saved me an easy thousand dollars. I did have to go to the dealership to clear a parking brake malfunction though, but worth it.
Thank you Autozone staff for getting me the correct wiper blades after I purchased the wrong one. The return was easy and the staff were great. Linda F was great along with Randy and Patrick. Definitely will be shopping here again.

I went to the Seekonk AutoZone needing help with my key fob battery and a slow start issue in my car. Patrick, the assistant manager, stepped up in the rain and expertly replaced my fob battery, checked the alternator, and ran a full diagnostic. He was professional, patient, and explained everything clearly.
I’m truly grateful service like that is rare. If you need reliable support done right, ask for Patrick at this store.

Just wanted to give a shout out to associate Johnny K. I had an issue with the East Providence store where they initially gave me the wrong rear wiper blade for my vehicle then insisted another one should have been used. It was installed and it was too long as I suspected. Johnny was wonderful in looking up the correct wiper blade for my vehicle. They did not have it in stock at the Seekonk store but he checked the computer and found one in providence. He went above and beyond to help me find the right wiper blade for my car. Although I live closer to the East Providence store, I will definitely be going to the Seekonk store next time I need something. He was wonderful and I just wanted management to know.
The right part, at the right price when I needed it. Expert advice and assistance from the staff at the Warren RI store. Called ahead to the Seakonk store to make sure the part was there.
I bought two batteries. Both were dead and my truck still won't start. Now it's up to me to pull the batteries out bring them back to the store to get them charged. They didn't offer to come out and lend me a charger or any other help besides taking the batteries out and bringing them back to the store
Ever time I have oder part tell me it will be there at 300 not there go next day still not there go to any other auto zone no problem this store not know what their doing
Great place to shop, staff is on point and helpful. Wish I knew they were there earlier asked the staff how long they have been open they said alittle over a year. Surprised the company didn’t help them out and have a grand opening or something so the community knows they are here. Help the store out and the community out and do something for them so we know they are there Autozone !!!!!! I will be back for my auto needs.
I went here on a recent Sunday because it was raining all day and I needed new wipers for my car. I was helped by a young man named Johnny who went above and beyond the call to help me. He guided me through the selection process and even put the new wiper blades on for me, all with a smile! Johnny is a valuable asset to the Autozone team in Seekonk. He really understands the importance of top shelf customer service!

I went in today and purchased a turn signal bulb and the women cashier was helpful and awesome!! I was going to have pep boys to help me put it in. She offered to help me and was able help me out and put it in! I have left rear turn signal because this women had awesome girl power! I wish I knew more about cars! Thank you much!
