I had hit a pothole on Saturday evening and got a flat tire. I called Pep Boys in Seekonk, MA to ask if they could squeeze me in on Sunday before the Blizzard to get a new tire. They were so accommodating, friendly and efficient! I highly recommend Pep Boys!

Elvis was wonderful. Came in for an issue with my tire he made sure to squeeze me in even though it was clearly busy in there.He took it upon himself to get the job done. He got it done promptly and was very professional!!

Nick was friendly and very informative on all my choices for tires. He did not push for to make me purchase them but let me decide patiently. The service was done efficiently and promptly. The mechanic was polite and did a great job. Definitely would come back.

Clean facility, great customer service and work was performed expeditiously. Only reason for 4 starts not 5 is I think they charged tire disposal fee for 2 tires but I kept 1.

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! I brought my 2012 Audi Q7 to this shop for a leak evaluation, as I had been adding antifreeze approximately every 4–6 weeks and suspected a coolant leak. My car was Not overheating before bringing it in for the leak evaluation. I want to be clear that I drove my vehicle to this location without any overheating issues or steering problems. After the technician performed the evaluation, I was informed that my vehicle had a substantial leak and was advised not to drive it, but instead to have it towed to an Audi dealership. I was also told that Pep Boys could not repair the issue. So why would ANY facility perform an evaluation on a car that they CANNOT repair is beyond me. Had they began with that I never would have allowed them to look at the vehicle for the leak to begin with. I was surprised that I was being told my car was now not drivable as I had driven in without any overheating issues other than a minor leak. If the test performed was known to exacerbate the leak or render the vehicle unsafe to drive, I question why such a test was conducted when your facility was not equipped to perform the necessary repair. Shortly after leaving the shop, I contacted the store multiple times (please review the call logs) to report that my steering had become difficult to turn. I was told this was likely due to the rain. Minutes later, I noticed steam coming from under the hood, and the vehicle began overheating. I called the store again but received no meaningful assistance. It is evident that the pressure test conducted during the leak evaluation worsened the issue, leaving my car inoperable with antifreeze pouring out of the car. Prior to the service, my car did not overheat, and the leak was minor. After calling the store repeatedly after this encounter and escalating to the store manage and Corporate nothing has been done. I'm now out of $766. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE for ANY SERVICES.

The worst customer service all I needed was a quick tire replacement. I went with my mom to Providence to a second hand used tires. Treated us better than you absolutely did. We were over looked and ignored. There is a reason why I called and found a place as you will see me faster and treated me so much better. I own a pet transport company . I didnt come home for Thanksgiving due to transport issue. You put us last and I dont make money just standing. I hope this area gets a discount tire it treats is customers a lot better than you did to me. I own one of the top independent companies who has sacrificed more than many out there. I donate time and got stuck in January in the California fires.

Was told I needed to replace spark plugs & possibly coils due to a cylinder misfire. Due to lack of experience they don't currently have a master mechanic and wrongly diagnosed my vehicle. I let them replace the spark plugs despite replacing them months ago. Was then told the Providence store would do the pressue test and was going to be free of charge well I drove there and because the Seekonk store comps the diagnostic test they tried charging me another $100 to do the test. Decided to go elsewhere as I lost trust for Pep Boys and was told I needed to replace the head gasket. Wouldn't trust the Seekonk store for anything more than tires and oil change now thanks to the lack of experience and trying to sell me something that is not needed. Still awaiting a refund for the work that was not neccssary.

I have never used Pep Boys for service but needed some work done on my car. I was able to get a timely appointment. The manager, Trevor, walked me through the process and answered my questions. He does a great job and I was happy with my overall experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I frequently use Pep Boys for all of my vehicle maintenance, and they never disappoint! I stopped by today at the Seekonk location to get my two front tires replaced. Trevor and Joe were amazing! Super professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Great customer service and good vibes all around! Highly recommend this location!

Was, overall, a great experience. Booked the appointment easy, showed up to a courteous and friendly associate. Work done was excellent. The only knock is time. It took almost 2 hours with an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation because there was only 3 people working. The staff that IS there is excellent tho.

Called up and spoke to Josh, he was able to get a great deal for me on a 4 tire set of name brand tires that I couldn’t pass up. He kept me in the loop with the service while my vehicle was there, and when I went to pick up. I would highly recommend going to see Josh at Pep Boys Seekonk. (Steve 2018 Jeep Renegade)

I was quoted $100-$150 for a trailer hitch installation. They did not know how to install it. I provided them 2 videos from the manufacturer. They left my install job for a full hr, to handle a customer issue. Came back to me in the middle of the job with a price of $278. I said no, they lowered it to 200$. Job took 3.5hrs. They should have paid me for the wait. Last the service desk attendant got extremely rude with me when I inquired into the service charge of 19.78$ extra. I’ll never go back….every conversation with the customers that came in had the same theme.”we can do the work but it gonna get expensive “ it was the living definition of smarmy salesmanship.

I want to thank the crew at Pep Boys, especially Mr. Trevor, for the honesty and transparency when the tech accidentally broke the center emblem of the car tire. It's very refreshing these days to see a place of business take responsibility for its mistakes and pay for the damages instead of ignoring them or, better yet, hiding them from their customers. I can see why this particular local has the best reviews and recommendations. That's why I chose them to replace the tires on my Lexus! Thank you once again, gentleman!

Great team! Everyone was super personable and friendly! Joe was very helpful in helping me find some tires before my state inspection. Would highly recommend!

Made an appointment after purchasing tires online at the Seekonk location after my Trailblazer got a flat.(Friday,) Arrived to Pep Boys only to find out they didn't have the tires in stock but the young man at the service desk was somewhat helpful. He told me a few other locations that had the tires in stock and also told me I could wait and come back in the beginning of the week, that he was saving all of the information in the computer. I went to a different Pep Boys the following day (Saturday) and the kid working was so unpleasant I was relieved when he told me that could t help me. So I called Seekonk back (Monday & Tuesday) and the woman who answered told me that they could not find anything under my name/ no orders BUT they have this deal and that deal, blah blah blah. I cut her off and told her I would just go elsewhere. It has been almost a week trying to replace my tires with them even though I was able to buy them and book an appointment online, such a headache and in the end, they never even kept their word.

I was 90 miles from home on a Sunday. Had a gash in sidewall of tire. Called Pep Boys at 9am on Sunday and told them I was towing my car there. Even though they were fully booked, they replaced my tire in less than a hour. The managers were very helpful and courteous

The service today at Pro Boys in Seekonk was fantastic. They diagnosed what everyone thought was a serious issue, turned out to be a simple fix! Thank you for such great service

8/5/25 I visited Pepboys here in Seekonk and was met with outstanding service. I worked primarily with Joe at the front desk but also spoke with Trevor and Nick who made the whole experience that much better. Will 100% come back

I never went to PEPS BOYS before this is my first time. I really have a bad experience. I went there for a AC recharge freon. After the service, they charged me $55 plus which is fine. They told me cool air is on now. I'm walking out to my car and turning on my AC cool air did not came on. So I walked right back-in and told customer services, he came and check there was no cool air. He went grab the mechanic came out and check. He was telling him there was a cool air. They went in the back and talked came and told me it cool air and then hot air. I noticed they changing story, so I told them I want my money back. He said unfortunately we cant return your money back unless you are the manager. The manager will be here in 20 minutes, give your number and he'll you a call back. Later that day the manager called me back and told me it might your compressor. I said, I don't to do anything with guys I just want my money back. He said he cannot refund my money back you'll have to talk to corporate. It's a scam to make money told me to back to repair a compressor $700 -1500. They think I don't do my research for a compressor.

Lesson learned to just go to the dealership because taking my car here was a mistake and waste of time. First strike was I inquired about tires and the girl working there stated she would call me back the following week when the tires arrived in shop. Never received a call. Weird, but okay. Final straw was I received a brake service here and my brakes are still squeaking and make noise when I brake. The manager, Trevor I think his name is, stood outside of my car gaslighting me saying he could not hear any noise coming from my car. Stated that there was nothing more they could do , so believe me when I say just stay away and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I needed brakes ASAP. I was able to get right in the next day but needed it back that day. Everyone was kind and courteous. Trevor worked with me on options and pricing which I truly appreciated. He also made sure my Explorer was back to me the same day.

The service writer Nick was awesome!, he helped me order my tires as they weren't in stock, let me know about when they were due in, when I went on my appointment time he was very concerned as it might take a while, he continued to check on me if I needed anything. kept me updated on what was going on with my truck. overall a great experience!!

Purchased my tires from pep boys in Providence and about 3 weeks in one back tire needed air every other day. I brought the car back to Providence for a 11:00 scheduled appointment at 12:20 they had still not looked at my car. I had another appointment and needed my key back . The employee sitting at the desk called the tech and asked him to bring my key out. A moment later the tech came out with my key and was extremely rude. I asked for his name and he lit into me with a string of vulgarity that I don’t feel comfortable putting in this review. He was in my face screaming telling me to get out of his store as he had real customers to deal with. I did not care to engage him and walked out. I spoke to the manager a week later and he asked me to bring the car in and he would look at the tire. I agreed the and brought it in and they could find no reason for the tire to be leaking air. I confirmed the tire they looked at was the correct one and the said yes. Confused that they found nothing and I was still needing air someone told me to try the pep boys in Seekonk. I called and was able to get the tire looked at immediately. Not 5 minutes into looking at my tire he found the reason for the leak. The rim has a small crack that the air is escaping through. Although they are not able to repair rims at least I know what the issue is. The employees at seekonk are competent and were kind and helpful. I highly recommend pep boys in seekonk but if you like rude, incompetent employees go to pep boys Providence on Main Street.

Nick today was amazing! I had a flat tire that I brought in just before closing time. He didn't get my hopes up high but told me he would do the best to take care of me. He had my flat fixed in no time and I was back on the road again right away! Awesome job!

Nick was very kind and helpful in assisting with scheduling my appointment, and ordered the part needed to repair my vehicle before my appointment. I also appreciated his transparency with the cost of parts and labor. Overall I was pleased with the service I received.

They used the incorrect balancing technique and color weights on my vehicle. They didn’t use the right size weights and did not inform me of this.

Absolute joke! I called around 11am for an oil change, guy on the phone said i should come in around 30 minutes to the Next Hour. I said ok. I dropped the car of around 12pm. Ariana told me the car should be ready around 3pm I went in around 3:40pm to get my car and i was told they where a bit late! I mean what kind of service takes 4 hours for a stupid oil change! It shouldn’t take more than 20-30 minutes tops! Absolute joke never setting foot to this place ever again! I also forgot to mention the oil change still wasn’t ready i had to go to a different oil service centre to get an oil change! The other guy i went to had my car ready under 15 minutes!
