Spectacular service from all 3 mechanics and the head man jamie in the repair shop. Always amazing work from the whole Pro’s compound.

I have been going to Auto Repair Pro's for about 20 years with a variety of vehicles. Jamie, Rob and team are the best. Responsive, fair, honest and the team does great work. I have been told that I need certain things at dealerships when our vehicles were still under warranty (ex. brakes). I would have Auto Repair Pro's check, and we would not need the service at all. I feel very confident in them, their advice and the quality of service - and this is coming from someone who really takes care of vehicles and is picky. Highly recommend! - John C. from Mansfield

I could never have a complaint about this place! They are always so welcoming, and will never trick you with a price not needed! Very honest, reliable, and will try to fit you in quickly. Every time I talk to Jaime or Rob they are so nice!

While visiting from out of town our vehicle broke down. Not being from this area, a resident who regularly uses Auto Repair Pro's gave a high recommendation for this establishment. Jamie and team skillfully diagnosed and repaired our alternator (at a reasonable price) and we were quickly up and running -- we returned home (600+ mile trip) without issue. We are very grateful for their professionalism and efforts! Thank you again Jamie and team! ****UPDATE **** After close to 2 years (June 2022 install), have had NO issues with Auto Repair Pro's alternator install. Quality work from this store in my experience!

Very clean professional waiting area. Diagnostics were explained to me very clearly and what repairs were necessary. All work was done in a timely manner and professionally at a reasonable price I could afford. Everyone had a great attitude towards making sure my needs were met and I was satisfied. Nice place to be when your having car issues and want the job done right the first time. I will absolutely be making Auto Repair Pro's my #1 stop for car care needs.

I own a business with a fleet of vehicles. I bring ALL my vehicles to the Auto Pros for ALL my service needs. If they cant cover something because of dealer warranty they make sure I get it taken care of asap. The amount of detail that goes into taking care of their client's needs reminds me of a primary care doctor. I cant say enough. I trust this establishment with my livelyhood!

Jamie and Rob are the BEST!!!! These guys do excellent work and at great prices. I took my boyfriend's truck into their shop to have them go through it and fix everything that needed attention. When my boyfriend got back from vacation, all he could say, "My truck feels like a new truck". This was a couple weeks ago and he's still talking about what a great job they did. I highly recommend them. They do quality work and are upfront and honest. I've had many shops try to rip me off, not these guys!! I also had the truck detailed, and let me tell you it was a mess! Truck came out looking like it was new. I was so impressed with what they did as I didn't have any hope that the paint would shine or the rims would shine again. Much to my surprise, it turned out GREAT!!! I am so happy and pleased with Pro's Car Care. Keep up the great work!! We are lifelong customers!

My daughter's car was stolen and although recovered, the interior was filthy. Auto Repair Pro's were terrific and di a fantastic job of cleaning her car and made it look like new inside!

I never write reviews, but I had such a wonderful experience with Auto repair pro that I had to share. I chose them from a list provided to me by my insurance company. From the very first call, I received excellent customer service, Traci is amazing!! she kept me informed almost daily about the status of my vehicle repair. I could ask her anything and she would get right back to me. This was extremely helpful, since I didn't know where to begin :( The body work was amazing! any concerns I had was immediately addressed. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work!

I was greeted in a friendly, professional manner. My issue (a tire problem) was handled quickly and it was less expensive than I thought it would be. The waiting area was clean, and if I have more issues with my car, I am heading back to the Pros.
