Bernard was amazing welcomed me at the door LISTENED to me! Was extremely professional and not only looked at my car but took care of the issue immediately without having an appointment. Would 100% recommend this Firestone best experience in a while. By far deserves a raise and whatever it is to retain him.

I was able to get a same day appointment. The guys were super friendly and helpful. They got me in and out very quickly. I ended up needing more work than I originally planned but I feel like they did a thorough job.

I always have a great experience with Firestone in Mansfield. Its the only garage I trust with all of my vehicles. Clayton is the reason why. He is honest and goes out of his way to make sure my vehicles are fixed properly and in a timely manner. His associates are extremely helpful as well. GB

wasted my time had to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours and they got nothing done i was told he had to get a new wheel from another place town and it would take a couple hours. i come back 6 hours later and was told by another worker that they never got me a wheel and they had to order it online. lied to me over and over and look at me as nothing but a hole because im a woman yet i know about cars. i know other people with bad experiences too.

They charged my 82 year old father. Almost $1400 dollars to replace an alternator and a battery on a 2013 toyota corolla. They take advantage of the elderly. And rip them off. Granted my dad didn't have to go there. But unfortunately he trusts them. Its not the first time. They wanted to charge him over $500 to do his rear brakes. Telling him because some rust was on the drums. Took the car home. Popped of the drums. Brakes were brand new. Did not need to be replaced. Stay away!!!!

I got my tires replaced. The service was great! I really appreciate Patty and Bernard. They were really going through it. Despite that, they were super friendly and professional. Patty explained everything very well and made me feel comfortable. 10/10 would recommend

My mom called them because we had questions about our car. The mechanic, TJ, was very disrespectful, gave my mom an attitude, tried to insult my mom's intelligence, and has been price gouging the hell out of us. They are definitely not honest. The work I needed done now, they tried to charge us 1,200 because I need my headlights fixed. Because of how my car is, they have to take my bumper off to get to my lights. We called Jimmy's mechanics, and they quoted us $500, not 1,200. They now lost a loyal customer.

Bernard and the team at Firestone took great care of my family and I as we ran into a tire/TPMS issue on our drive up to NH from RI. They squeezed us in and was able to identify the problem caused by another tire care center that replaced two of my tires and did an alignment on the vehicle earlier in the week. Got us back on the road and didnt even charge us for the diag and remedy. Highly recommend this location for all of your tire and vehicle services.

Service has always been fantastic. Bernard was friendly and clearly explained my service. We prefer to go here for regular maintenance instead of the dealer. Firestone does what is needed and doesn't try to sell us anything we don't need.

This is my second time coming here for tires and I am always happy with the service! The staff is extremely welcoming and ready to assist. The prices aren’t too bad compared to other places. I would definitely recommend Firestone to family and friends.

Decent enough people. No sales pressure nonsense. Only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is if you have an appointment and you plan to wait for your car. Clear your docket, because you'll be here a shockingly long time, for something as simple as an oil change.

I brought my car to this Firestone location for a simple oil change with a 3:30pm appointment. I initially planned to wait, but when I arrived the shop was extremely busy. Trying to be helpful, I told the man at the front desk that I could leave my car overnight since they were clearly overwhelmed. He asked when I needed the car back the next day, and I said 10am. He told me that would not be a problem. When I returned at 10am the next day, my car had not even been looked at. The woman at the desk then told me it wouldn’t be ready until 2pm. It was obvious my vehicle had been completely forgotten. To make matters worse, they then tried to upsell me on over $1,100 worth of repairs, claiming I needed a tie rod replacement, new tires, and an alignment. I declined and took my car elsewhere for a second opinion. Turns out I did NOT need a tie rod at all — I only needed a ball joint replaced. My tires are in good condition and should last another 4–6 months based on my driving. Between the poor communication, failure to honor the promised timeline, and misleading repair recommendations, I will never return to this Firestone location.

Always great service. I have been bringing all my cars there since they opened up. They go beyond what they are supposed to do!! No surprises!! Clayton is a top notch manager!! Techs are always friendly!! Would recommend them to anyone!!

Been going here for years, with 4 different cars and never had an issue. Mostly oil changes, tires, and alignments, and did have one diagnostic service. Work has always been of good quality. Have never tried to oversell me something I didnt need. Rates are generally comparable to most name brand/dealerships. If you want a great deal, you can find one at a smaller independent shop for sure. For this particular visit I purchased tires from tire rack and shipped to the store for install. Super easy process, and convenient considering this tire wasn't in carried in any other shop around. It can be busy at times, and in my experience they generally will finish earlier than they say, which I respect. Id rather expect to be there for 2 hours and be done in 1, than the other way around.

Online tech support is all false information. Had an appointment for an alignment. I spoke to a rep online and was told I was able to get it done. I had to ask in advance because I have high end suspension lift. Apon arrival we are told completely different information. They said if the vehicle is altered in any way they wont touch it. Went to a shop up the street and told them Firestone wont do a alignment because of a 3inch lift and they started laughing and called Firestone a joke which I agree with now. I have now called 3 different smaller businesses that all stated that a 3 inch lift isn't really a challenge at all. Not to mention everything through Firestone. Support chat. Online booking, its all done with Ai and its garbage Firestone is just lazy at the end of the day.

If you're thinking about making an appointment here, don't. I came here for an oil change out of convenience but I am now regretting my decisions. At the oil change itself, my appointment was pushed aside for someone who was late to their appointment, when I showed up 15 minutes early. Her car was taken back almost immediately and I had to wait even longer for mine even though I got there first. It seemed like she was well known by the workers but that really shouldn't matter. If you're late, you missed your appointment. There are other people waiting who showed up on time. My car was eventually taken back and the service was quick... however it took about another 20 minutes for me to be called up to pay for the service after my car was parked because the people up front were chatting... I noticed when I got home from the oil change that my hood was still slightly popped open. Cool. Imagine if that had fully opened on my drive home? I close it and go about my business. The next day I drive to work and the hood is popped open again. Even better, so my hood latch is now faulty immediately after the oil change. This has never been an issue for me before. I take it back to Firestone to have it fixed (because clearly it was their fault) and I was completely dismissed. First, they didn't even apologize for the issue, in fact I was talked down to like *I* was the one ruining *their* day. No accountability was taken at all. I was told it "wasn't going to be a quick fix" so I asked how long it might take and was told, with extreme sass, "well it's not like an oil change where it would take 45 minutes, it could be a few hours, so you'd have to drop it off and come back later." Mind you, I showed up right at open. I was one of the first customers to walk in and they were already rude as hell. I didn't even come in hostile, I was extremely polite. Based on that interaction, I knew if I had agreed to drop my car off, they were totally going to charge me for the fix when it should absolutely be covered by them. Needless to say, I took my car somewhere else and guess what? They fixed it in FIVE MINUTES for FREE and I was shown how to fix it if it happens again. Firestone is an absolute joke.

Don't com here if you have a warranty just avoid this place unprofessional and a waste of time. If you come here to get work done you'll end up having to do more work. i came to get my brakes looked at was given a brake flush and now my brakes are grinding. I bring the car back to look at suspension they never even inspected my suspension or my brakes they are clueless about everything mechanically relate only thing i would do here is buy tires which even that they cant get right because they don't know how to look at the side of the car door to check correct tire pressures. Just avoid this place there understaffed and flat out atrocious when it comes to helping with vehicle issues.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I asked for a simple installation of a new rear shoe under warranty, but my request was completely ignored. The staff showed no willingness to help, which is unacceptable. I do not recommend this branch at all.

I can’t say enough about Firestone in Mansfield, Massachusetts. I am one that gets very real anxiety when a car isn’t working right from the lack of the ability to have a car and also the money it will cost and bogus repairs. I was cautious to use a commercial brand like Firestone, but interested in it because it was so close to my home. I can’t tell you how happy I was, and I made this choice. The staff there is honest, hard-working, kind the general manager of the store makes you feel so great and safe and his staff is just as nice and accommodating

This location provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Back in June, my girlfriend and I were on a road trip from Cincinnati. The evening that we were heading home, our car had a flat tire that I was pretty sure needed replaced. We were fairly close to this location at the time, but it was within an hour of closing. We called & explained our situation & I fully expected to be told that it was too late in the day & we'd have to wait until the next day to get service etc. which would have been a huge problem for us. However, we were told that if we could get the car there, they would do their best to get the tire looked at and replaced if necessary. I put some air in the tire and we drove over. Clayton, the store manager, was amazing. I was not expecting to be greeted with a smile & to be treated so kindly that close to closing time. He got our vehicle looked at & the tire replaced very quickly. He even took the time to show us the sidewall damage to the tire & why it did in fact need to be replaced. We were able to get back on the road with just a short delay. I cannot say enough good things about Clayton and how well we were taken care of. Thank you, Firestone!

The Mansfield MA Firestone is great! All of the customer care reps are good, but Clayton is a stand out!! He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He listens well and takes the right amount of time and approach to make you feel comfortable with the work needed.

The Mansfield store is the best!! Every time I need help they address issues so effectively and quickly. The people are very friendly, honest and helpful. Firestone is the best place for comprehensive auto care. I had a stressful car issue with my BMW and the manager, Clay was incredibly reassuring and provided valuable assistance in repairing and addressing the electrical issues I was experiencing, including blown fuses throughout the vehicle. Despite not having an appointment, I walked in and stayed for a total of one hour. To my surprise, my car was completely fixed, and they also identified and resolved other issues that I was unaware of. I highly recommend Firestone to anyone in need of car care services. Additionally, the option to apply for a Firestone credit card is a significant advantage, especially for expensive car repairs that can be costly out-of-pocket. It’s quite remarkable and seems to be gaining popularity in 2025.
