Ordered 2 Rear Brake Calipers for a 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Never seen one with 2 rear left side calipers. I didn't know any better & yes it bolted right onto the right side but wouldn't bleed. So took it to a mechanic. $100 later he swaps in the Right one & suggests I also do the brake lines. I go back & they give me front brake lines. Nice. Then tell me the Attleboro store has them. 3 visits to the Attleboro store being told they don't have them before I call and someone actually goes and finds them. Go to pick them up .... nope don't have them. Oh wait but yes they do....... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! Amazon is way too easy. Not even worth 1 star. I'm out over $200 to install and uninstall wrong parts!!!!

Use to be a good place for commercial, I don't know what happen but they are terrible now. I wish they can come back with good service.

Needed a battery replaced on a Sunday night on a car we were selling. Advanced Mansfield MA was open. Found the right battery & installed it quickly. Saved the sale!

I won't shop here anymore! I brought a battery powered LED light at Advanced auto parts in Enfield Ct. The light didn't work even after replacing the batteries and the next morning I went to return the light with the receipt and they wouldn't take the return saying that the package was opened. Yes that's how I know that it's defective. Now I am stuck with a light that I paid good money for and it doesn't work. Don't buy anything from them when they don't take returns with the receipt.

Starting your day with a car that won't start, dead battery, is usually an indication of how your day is going to go... But thanks to the folks at advance auto parts my day wasn't bad at all.. the whole process was simple and problem free. Everyone was efficient and friendly, what a refreshing change!!!!!

I went there to pick up windshield wipers he asked me if I wanted the cheap middle or most expensive and didn't just give me the most expensive ones. Also they installed them on my car. Also they sold me windshield deiceer if your doors freeze or window freeze spray it perfect. It's awesome service.

I bought headlight bulbs under warranty. Replaced them with that warranty. Bulbs died again(probably another issue) assumed they were still under warranty. Not once was it mentioned that it could only be used once. Customer service person was rude and even hung up on me. How rude.

I went to the Mansfield store and the guy that helped me was Fantastic i went in to get brakes for my sister's car all the other store gave me the wrong Pair of backbreaks and I went to 3 different Advance stores the guy in the Mansfield store found the wright pair for me this guy had a Beard I didn't catch his name though But again I just want to say he was fantastic and is fantastic and found the right part I just want to let the manager or Regional manager how pleased and how grateful I was that he found it Thank you very much again

I am a mechanic and I used to shop for parts and supplies there often until I bought a portable Led light and when it didn't work I went back to the same store with the receipt And they wouldn't take it back because it was opened and not resalable! So apparently they want me be able to try and resell a bad Led light and they wouldn't give me a credit for the bad light even with the receipt! Now I go to NAPA AND AUTOZONE where they honor returns with the receipt.

Had to replace my battery I let them handle it for me since I have health restrictions the gentleman from the cashier to the one that installed the battery were very professional. I hope corporate reads this they deserve some recognition ?

Super nice employee at Advanced Auto Parts helped me that my car battery, starter and alternator. He also helped me testing my check engine light using OBD2 scanner. It's very convenient to drive up and get someone to help you.

I went in there with a friend to purchase a battery. The person behind the register told me I could save money online and I would receive the battery immediately. And then went out to install the battery they let me use their tools and even though it costs money to install a battery someone came over and did it for me. I have to say they have the best employees and they actually care about their customers. They both went above and beyond for me and I'm sure they will for you too.

went there to buy a sunshield for my car. upon check out i was told it was x amount of money when on the display said it was alot cheaper. the guy walked with me to see the price and he pointed out that it was in the wrong place and i had no issue i grabbed another one that was a bit cheaper and again the price was different when it was rung up. annoyed i bought it and left. when i went back to return the item because it was to big for my window ( WITH MY RECEIPT) the guy started inspecting it as if it wasnt the item on the receipt. He then called a manager for some kind of "approval", he to started inspecting the item and wondering why the package was detached from the item ( duh how was i suppose to try it on?) he started asking me if it didnt fit, and was hesitant to give me my money back and instead asked me if i wanted to get a different one which i refused and that when they did a return. this was the worst experience ive ever had, these people made me feel like i was doing something wrong for returning the item with my receipt. and the look they gave me and they gave each other was just unprofessional. trust me i know looks and can differenciate them and their meanings i work in retail. and not to toot my own horn but i can promise you i am the most honest and trust worthy person ever. what a shame

Great I was able to buy the correct model of windshield wipers. There are 3 models listed for my car, but only 1 type is the correct one. You would never know that unless you bought each type or had the knowledge about that. It was raining out and the driver's side was broken. The sales associate went outside in the rain and installed them for me. Great personnel at the Mansfield store.

Expensive for many common items on the shelves. Average price for behind the counter parts. Average selection of products for a brick and mortar store. Staff is friendly and are well intentioned and helpful, if not always knowledgeable. If you need windshield wiper fluid, oil, filters, batteries, etc., go online, Walmart, or AutoZone. If you're in a pinch and need a serviceable part or just need new pads/rotors, give Advanced a try. You will be left neither impressed nor disappointed.

Excellent service as staff directed me to exactly what I needed. However, they offer mail in rebates which delay receipt for several weeks...a way to forget about rebate and pad company pockets. Just provide the discount in store and don't play the game.

I was working next door and when leaving found that I had a dead battery. I went to Advance Auto parts and Leah helped me get back on the road. She was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Great store and employees.

Understanding, patient employees . Very helpful Make sure you keep your receipts You will only get store credit for items being returned without receipt, even if you have the same debit card and or bought the item 20 min prior. (Ridiculous store policy, however not employees fault)

Battery died, 13 degree weather, AAA not answering phones. got car jumped, drive to Advanced Auto Parts for battery, they had one in Stock and installed it in about 30 minutes. Every employee we encountered was pleasant and engaging. Definitely will go back.

Prices and service are on par, perhaps a little better, than other auto parts stores. It’s new, and the staff is pretty friendly. They also accept Apple Pay / Android Pay, which is is very convenient.

I ordered two truck batteries online the website said they would be available in 30 minutes at this location, I had some errands to do and ended up showing up approximately one hour later. The counter help seemed a little disinterested in the customers. After a short. Of time one of the gentleman Started waiting on me when I informed him what I had ordered he looked at me like I had a third eye. One of the other employees informed him it was an internet order and he was able to pull it up on the register after some confusion one of the employees went to pick the batteries off the shelf for me, that is when they found there was only one available. There was no explanation there was no apology but there were numerous phone calls that interrupted my transactions with a counter people. I had to ask another battery be available the next day? I went back to pick it up at noon with no Fanfare whatsoever again no apology I picked up the battery and left. I am not sure if I will be a returning customer. Not great inventory control and mediocre customer service

Shop on amazon. Don't give an evil corporation like this your hard earned money. Watched them fire a guy for wearing an extra hood because it was 7° out. Also, Make them give you a readout if you have your check engine light on. What they said was over $700 in parts. I replaced the spark plugs for $14 and everything was fine. Careful out there, folks.

Went in for the first time today and was greeted and asked if I needed help right away. I had The gentleman price check the air filter and cabin air filter for me. I browsed around the store which was stocked well and prices were good. Purchased some oil and washer fluid too. Nice place. Check it out. They are open for Biz
