I took my car to Mansfield Auto Care for a second opinion after Firestone in Mansfield told me I needed a new tie rod, tires, and an alignment—over $1,000 worth of work. Mansfield Auto Care was honest and thorough and explained that I didn’t need a new tie rod at all. I only needed a ball joint and an alignment, which ended up costing about half of what Firestone quoted. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Save yourself the pain and go to Mansfield Auto Care first!

Mainsfield Auto has always done a terrific job for all of our vehicles. Recently had a major issue with our Infiniti QX 60 rear differential. I knew it was going to be a big ticket repair. Mansfield auto took the time to give us options and priced out a used or new rear differential. For us, the age of the vehicle, we went with the used differential which was significantly less than the new option. It’s been over a month, and the vehicle feels better than it ever has. Really appreciate Mansfield Auto investigating other options for us And appreciate their workmanship

Got brakes and rotors here. After dropping off my car, they called me quickly with the estimate and did the work well before I picked it up the next day. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend

These guys are great and fast. The Audi dealer told me I needed to get a rear brake job and fluid flush. As Mansfield Auto was close by I decided to give them a try. Dropped the car off with them in the Morning and after a couple of hours I got a call from them saying I didn’t need a brake job right away as there was some useable life on the pads and rotors. I decided to move forward with the brake job and it was finished that afternoon. Saved money and found an auto shop that cares about its customers. I’d highly recommend them.

My check engine light came on. They were able to quickly diagnose that it was related to the emissions system and recommended a new gas cap that they ordered. New gas cap quickly installed and check engine light reset. So far it has not come back on. Very short waits both for the diagnosis and repair. They have been my go-to auto service for 12 years and always do a great job.

Great experience at Mansfield auto Made a online appointment and they pulled me right in and out. Did replace my battery which the tech recommended, but it was going on its 7th year and knew it was time Honestly shop would recommend

Was an absolute pleasure to work with Joel and his Staff they were very efficient and professional, I had my exhaust repaired, dropped it off by 8:00am and they called with update and cost by 10:30 .! Next thing i know they have completed the work and ready for me to come pick it up. done before 4:00pm. Excellent pre-trip inspection and service on my Subaru Legacy. On my next visit, I brought my Forester in with a concerning steering issue. They identified the problem with the electric power steering, and had a new assembly installed the next day. Steering is right up there with braking on the safety scale, and they did a top notch job fixing it. Very happy with the service!

Mansfield auto Is one of the most honest and reputable auto shops I’ve ever been to. I don’t feel talked down to or Oversold for products or services that I don’t need. I recently had an alignment and oil change done as well as a brake job last year and both were competitively priced, very quick and done well. 10 out of 10 could not recommend this place more.

Very satisfied! Have a 2001 Toyota Camry that had a loud exhaust issue. Requested an appointment online, dropped the vehicle off and received a phone call shortly thereafter with the diagnosis. Received an estimate for the repairs and alternative options. Work was completed promptly and I received a phone call when the vehicle was ready.

I've been going here for a few years. They are honest, their pricing is fair and they do a good job. They leave the car in better shape than it was. They catch things the dealer can't fix. I had an issue with a drain plug that was the wrong size head from the manufacturer and you would have thought that the dealer would have caught that, but no these guys did.

Honest mechanics here! As a woman who has fell victim to the “you need all these repairs that you don’t actually need” scheme before, I get nervous going to new mechanics! When we moved to town, we heard good things about this place, so when it was time to get my car looked at, I brought it in! They were honest with me and did not encourage me to do any unnecessary repairs! When I asked questions, they would answer and they would help me understand what was and wasn’t necessary. They also did my oil change for a good price. I was throughly impressed and will be coming back.

They are honest, straightforward and fair. They know and respect that safety is my primary concern. We’re on our second car, and it always runs great with fantastic maintenance.
