Shout out to Grant’s and especially Tristan. Recently, I had a dead battery. I called State Farm Road Service and Grant’s dispatched Tristan. Temporarily, I am partially disabled. Tristan went out of his way to help me get in and out and stow my walker in the trunk. His professional and his kind nature made this event much more bearable. Thank you, Tristan!!

I would like to thank Tim Sinclair for coming to my rescue. He went above and beyond his duty of a Tow Truck Driver. My car was serviced for an antifreeze leak which was fixed and I was totally satisfied. However, I didn’t even make it home when my car overheated. Obviously, I was upset and called Grants immediately as I sit on the side of the road. I lifted my hood and it was a hose that was not clamped tightly and it blew off emptying all of my antifreeze. It wasn’t quite 4pm (as that is their closing time). When I called Grants he told me there was no one there that could help me. The only thing he could do is to come and tow my car back to the shop. I told him that was unacceptable. I explained to him the problem he apologized but still wanted to tow my car. I told him to send a tow truck driver with a pair of pliers and antifreeze. He apparently wasn’t listening to my words and by this time I was tired of explaining the problem. I asked to speak to a manager. That’s when Mr. Sinclair intervened and I told him it was a simple hose blew off due to it wasn’t clamped tightly. I told him what was needed and if he could just bring a pair of pliers and antifreeze we could fix the problem. There was no need for a tow. “Tim” showed up with what was needed he fixed the problem and I was back on the road! Thank you “Tim Sinclair”! He gets a 5 star!

I’ve been to this shop before and every experience has been great. They break down exactly what work is being done and what I’m paying for. The prices are reasonable, and they’re honest unlike other mechanics who try to add other things. Highly recommend coming here.

We had a second occasion in a short time to use Grant's for AAA Roadside Service. Tristan took care of us both times - arriving quickly, treating us with courtesy, and taking care of the problems with great care.

Tristan has amazing customer service and has helped me every single time I’ve called AAA. He is amazing and goes above and beyond every single time! Also, his response time is amazing. Got to me in 3 minutes!

Always happy to hear AAA tell me Grants Services will answer my road assistance call. This time Tristan got my car to start and gave me a full battery assessment in just a few minutes, all that with a smile!

My truck wouldn't start and after replacing and expensive battery and tapping on the starter I calls Grants and Bill and crew did an awesome job figuring out what was wrong with my truck. The ignition was bad and with a new key they had me up and running in no time.

My cars battery light came on and Tristan was very helpful. He explained the whole thing to me and gave me great advice. 10/10 would recommend! Ray came and towed my car. Great Service!

Every time I have had my car serviced, I know what to expect. There's no second guessing. My car is serviced well, and I'm treated with an amount of respect. They educate me with no fluff on how my car needs to be serviced and when. They're realistic and filled with Christian value. I'm thankful for Grant's Service Center

Grants is the way to go. I got stuck on Rt50, and they sent someone right away. They were communicative, prompt, and good at their job. I don't know what you're paying him, but Ray deserves a raise. He came to the rescue and was a good sport when we changed the towing location last minute. Thank you guys for making a rough day a lot better.

Tristian was awesome and very quick with the service of helping me get back into my locked car!!! He was friendly and amazing with the rapidity of everything!! Can’t thank him enough!!

My friend and I were locked out of our car. After making the call, Tristen came out in a VERY timely manner, got the car unlocked, and saved the day. He and his copiolet were extremely kind. We even talked for a bit and got some recommendations for restaurants nearby. Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and help. Y'all were truly a blessing!

Ray showed up on the agreed hour, loaded my car and was confident that the tow delivery would be safe without my being present. And that confidence relieved me so that I was able to finish my morning tasks without rushing. The tow is a feature of my AAA account. No charge.

I had a service member Tristan sent out for a flat tire on a rental car im currently using . I was provided a fast , friendly and inexpensive repair . Tristan helped answer all my questions , and i will look to call them for my next service request

Ray was the best very kind and friendly. Some times other AAA contractors have some sort of attitude when having to come out for jump starts etc. Good all around worker not many left In the world like him!

Tristen responded to our AAA request regarding a flat tire. He was very quick and got us back on the road so we could make it to a very important medical appointment. Very impressed with his efficiency and professional demeanor.

My wife caught a nail in her tire and she wasn't at work with a flat! Tristen from Grant's was there in minutes from when my wife called AAA. He was very courteous and quick in getting the spare installed. He even put her old tire on her blanket so her interior stayed pristine. Wife was very happy with the assistance!

Called a tow for my lady’s cars this morning through AAA, and got Ray “Kittles” from Grants. Came quick, with a fast load and go and a great attitude and personality. Highly recommend!

Tristan helped me out so much! I called AAA because my car wouldn’t start and he got there super quick and jumped my car. It ended up needing a whole new battery which he did right then and there which was real convenient. Good price too, very friendly fellow. Would call this guy again if having car troubles

I contacted AAA via text messaging for a lock out. The message back said the wait would be 1 hour 15 minutes. Within 5 minutes Grants Service Center contacted me and Tristen arrived soon after. I was successfully back in my truck within a minute. Tristen was exceptionally friendly and provided great service!

AAA sent Grant Service Center to help me with my flat tire. Tristan called me to let me know he was on his way and to make sure he had all my details correct. Once he arrived he was very nice and put some air in my tire so I could make it to a shop to get my tire patched. Overall a very quick and pleasant experience!

Mr. Ray was such a great help. He helped ease my stress so that I can get through the untimely situation. He was able to get me to a safe and affordable tire place to get things fixed. He did not rush me in my decision on what do with my car. Always ask for Mr. Ray if you need tow help.

Outstanding Service! I can’t say enough good things about Grant’s Auto Services and especially Ray Kittles! He truly went above and beyond to help me when I was having car trouble. Ray took the time to help figure out what was wrong, got my car started, and didn’t stop there—he even followed me all the way to the repair shop to make sure I made it safely. That kind of care and dedication is rare these days. Ray is an outstanding guy, and the service I received was nothing short of exceptional. Great service from Tristan. I contacted him through AAA. He called me and provided me with an estimated time for arrival. He quickly changed my tire due to having a flat tire. He was extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for better service!

Tristan was fabulous! I got a flat tire very early in the morning on a Sunday morning.. I called AAA and Tristan contacted me to let me know exactly what time he will be there. When he got there he was very professional and quickly changed my flat to my spare. He inspected the flat tire and found a screw and informed me that I need to get it taken care of because I was driving a long distance. Because of Tristan I didn't waste too much time on my trip!

Tristan from Grants Service Center was very punctual, extremely courteous, polite, showed concern for me as a customer and was reassuring that my request was fulfilled in a timely manner. Although this experience (flat tire) occurred on my birthday unexpectedly, Tristan bought smiles and laughter to a frustrating part of my day.
