Been going here for years but will never go back. Made an 11:00am appointment today for a tire to be plugged, after dropping my car off at 9:00am, I called at 3pm for an update and they said they were pulling my car into the garage next. I showed up at 4:15pm to get my car and when I arrived it was still not even in the garage. When I asked why there was a delay the lady at the front desk told me “you can just take your car with you if you don’t want to wait”. Absolutely floored by the lack of customer service and attitude I collected my keys and left without any service. Best of luck to you all. Hope it works out.

I have been a long time customer at the Salisbury MD Firestone organization . I have referred a number of people here including my son, Christopher Hotchkin. The employees here have been wonderful! I spoke with Grant on the phone yesterday and his kindness and helpfulness was wonderful on the phone! I would like to give a shout out also to Justin and the other employees who have also been so helpful. I recently had a tire issue occur and was on the fence about replacing the 1 tire or all 4. I spoke to Justin several times about my options and each time he was more then helpful. Professional and had a good attitude which seems rare these days. I ultimately went with 1 tire and they had me in & out in an hour roughly. Good experience from start to finish. Firestone Corporate should be grateful to have Justin representing their brand.

I had a 3 o’clock appointment when I dropped it off. The girls said it would be two hours so I left came back two hours 40 minutes later. My car never got into the shop. Nobody bothered to call me to tell me the progress or that they wouldn’t be able to get it done in the time frame that I was told. This is an update. I did go back Saturday morning at 8 AM to give them another chance to correct and they did. My car was pulled in and within 45 minutes it was done.

Came here suddenly after a surprise flat tire. Had to come just about an hour before closing after the first place I went to turned me down. Grant was great and got me a new tire right away. Definitely will come again.

Great experience for an unexpected tire replacement on a Sunday! We were on our way home from Ocean City when we heard a noise and our tire started to lose air. Many other places nearby were closed or could not squeeze us in. Salisbury Firestone took our vehicle right away, located the leak (that was not repairable), and quickly replaced the tire at a reasonable price. In and out in about half an hour. Excellent service!

I have been going to Firestone in Salisbury for over 10 years. Be very careful using Firestone for repairs. I had a license plate light bulb out and told them to change both bulbs. Two small screws no more than 10 minutes to repair, the charge was $107.40. They did discount $40, but $60 was a lot of money for what was done.

This place is terrible if your a woman they try to take advantage of you they are not trustworthy they will surprise you with bills that you didn’t authorize and they have terrible communication they will not call you when they car is done or if they have problems you will have to call them a million times if they get your car in their possession to get anything done..

This place has consistently done a terrible job on anything that ive ever asked of them... their markup is insane their communication sucks... this is the 3rd time they have not completed a job they said they could and never even called to tell me they couldn't do it i call to check on their progress and then they tell me they couldn't do it...please stay away from this building... go anywhere else!!!

My mother was charged an additional $133 for roadside assistance that she did not request or initially realize she was being billed for when purchasing a set of tires. She was advised over the phone that the amount would be refunded if she returned to the store. However, after a 45-minute drive to do so, she was informed that the refund would not be issued. This situation was quite frustrating, as clear communication beforehand could have prevented the unnecessary inconvenience. Unfortunately, this experience has impacted my perception of Firestone's customer service, and it has reduced my confidence in choosing their services in the future. --- Update: Firestone did call us back and issue the refund as a "courtesy". But we had to return to the store a second time which was another inconvenience. They should have done that from the beginning.

Firestone always provides excellent service. They are courteous, hardworking and solve the issue. A special thank you to Grant Amrein Sale and Service specialist and his mechanics. They had a full service schedule but fit me in and took care of the problem quickly. Thank you

Came in for an alignment and oil change, and was lucky to be helped by Store Manager Daniel Baltezegar. He recommended a bumper-to-bumper inspection, which uncovered serious issues I never would’ve known about. Daniel took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options. Outstanding service and truly above and beyond! I definitely recommend this Firestone location, you should ask for Daniel, and tell him I sent you!!

I did not like being told I would get a $150 rebate when actually it is only $50. I would have purchased a cheaper set of 4 tires. My max to spend was 850. Tires were $1080.

Pulled up to see my car sitting in the same spot, untouched, as when I dropped it off the day before. Zero communication. Was told “I’m next up” after calling to check in, then when I show up 6 hours later to see what’s going on I hear “sorry about that”. Yea buddy me too. If other appts or staffing is preventing you from completing appointments, just tell the customer you can’t do it. People need their vehicles. Do not recommend.

These guys and gals are always extremely busy working in a hot garage. There's always a line and always a wait. This, to me, speaks volumes. They did a great job on my jeep, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the end result. 10/10 recommend. Just be prepared for an extended wait.

The Firestone in Salisbury has a great team of people. They were able to diagnose our vehicle after another shop made a dangerous error. We cannot thank them enough for fitting us in to their already tight schedule, for their honesty, and their patience with us as we navigated our options since we were 4 hours from home.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received at the Salisbury Firestone location. After spending thousands on front-end work, and despite having a lifetime alignment warranty, the store is refusing to perform the alignment or honor the tire warranty. I have made four separate trips between Ocean City and Baltimore to resolve this issue. Each time, I've been told that the tie rods need to be replaced, with an additional estimate of $2,800 to fix the situation. While Firestone acknowledges that new parts were installed, they claim these parts are defective. Given these repeated issues and the significant additional costs, I no longer trust the Salisbury location, including Grant and Brandon. I initially gave this location a 5-star Google review, but I have since amended it to a 1-star, hoping this will alert corporate to the serious problems at this store. I understand the value of a 5-star Google review, and it is clear that Firestone does not. Sincerely, Ronald Max Previous review. Excellent service from Daniel and his staff. On vacation in Ocean City someone hit our car and ruined the front tire. No shops were open in Ocean City, called Daniel and he said to come over and he could help. We got there and they didn’t have the tires we needed in stock. Daniel sent someone to get the tires we needed. Very much appreciated the willingness of Daniel and his staff to go above and beyond. Thank you!

These guys made sure my Vibe is safe after a complicated brake line issue. Although it took over a week to repair and they ran into so many snags, they kept me updated along the way and repaired it the right way. Some mechanics cut corners but not these guys. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend. I'll be getting new tires there next!

I visited here yesterday for a tire rotation on my Tesla. The manager and staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. They have experience working with Tesla, so you don't need to worry about anything - they know what they are doing. I also have another truck, and this will be my go-to tire center moving forward. Highly recommended!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. However for 3 tires and alignment was over 4 hours. I totally understand they were busy but didn't expect that long of a wait Having coffee available would've been nice

As a long-time Firestone visitor, I often think of Firestone when an urgent situation pops up and it happens to be a SUNDAY!! This happened last weekend when my daughter and I needed to have a loud roaring noise inspected before she went on a 3+ hour drive home. We made an on-line appointment on Saturday evening and were warmly greeted and warned that it was a very busy day and they would do their best to fit us in. To our surprise, not only did they diagnose our wheel bearing problem correctly, they procured the replacement part and had us on our way within a few hours!! Many thanks to Grant and Matt(?) for their expert service. High marks for good communication, expert diagnostics and a reasonable price for the repair. Nice clean interior where we waited. Very pleased!!

Robbie / Robert came in for me on his day off and aligned my drag car. It needed a drag spec alignment and I trusted him after working on my car in the past. He did an incredible job and thoroughly explained everything he was doing to me. I’m very detail specific about the way things are done to my car because there is a ton of money wrapped up into it. I will definitely be returning when I need an adjustment and will be referring anybody I can to Firestone in Salisbury.

0 stars would have worked. Truck in for 2 weeks with barely any communication. Only fixed 2 things that needed to be fixed and actually broke the passenger window. Returned just like this. Absolutely ridiculous will never be back.
