We were told 15 min ETA… He showed up in less than 10 minutes to tow my husband’s truck back to our house..
AND stayed a few minutes just to “shoot the breeze” with us. We’re not used to such old school service, and DEF appreciate the kindness. (We come from old school upbringing ourselves).
To top it off- the price we were quoted was MORE than fair.

Co-worker got stuck in the mud recently with all the rain we had and needed a tow. Called multiple local tow businesses, one didn't answer, 2nd put me on hold for 5 minutes, so I hung up. Third tow company call was a success. Adkins answered! The driver was there in less than 15 minutes and the driver was very friendly and quite skilled at his job, of course. We were on our way in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend.
Richard answered quick, showed up in the time he promised, and was under half as expensive as the next towing company. He' didnt try to raise the price for no reason, the company is available 24/7 365, and hes been towing in this area for 40 years. Adkins is who Ill call anytime I need a tow from now on
