White’s Auto repair in Stevensville, MD are excellent professionals and caring people. I strongly recommend them, particularly if you happen to need an unexpected urgent repair in the Bay Bridge area at any time of day or night. We were about halfway from Ocean City to our home. Suddenly instead of normal acceleration my BMW began to react with trembling, check engine light went on. We stopped at a small shopping center. I called BMW road assistance. They instructed me to have a diagnostic scan at the nearest auto service. At the same time my wife asked for advice the driver of the car parked next to us. That lady happened to be a very helpful local resident. She not only called around to multiple shops but found the only one that was still open in the evening. We arrived in about 20 minutes. After thorough inspection with advanced scanner equipment the root cause of the problem was identified, namely the aged spark plugs, particularly the dying #4. To double-check the finding, even an old style non-electronic test was made which I could appreciate as an amateur auto mechanic in the very distant past. I fully agreed to the recommendation to replace all the spark plugs. It took my technician about an hour to drive to and get them from the place where the right ones for my BMW X3 were available. By midnight we safely came home.

So today, my car started shaking at 5:30pm-ish. Jiffy Lube said I had a bubble that was “very dangerous.” Another shop with tires sold me a replacement but couldn’t put my tire on. AAA said someone was coming, said they were calling them, then said no one was ever assigned to me. Around 10pm-ish (after restarting my AAA order), a guy came out to say they only put on donuts and left (sorry to that guy for slamming my door btw). All of this is to say that I was completely stuck until White’s Auto Repair. I called, they sent a team to the shop, and they were the absolute nicest and best people ever. I cannot recommend them enough, and I wished I lived closer so they’d be my mechanics permanently. Absolutely 1000% recommend!

Everything about White’s is right. Rolled in 20 minutes before closing and they handled my emergency tire repair in no time at all. Professional, friendly and efficient. 5 stars, hands down.

I’m not from MD and when making a move it’s always difficult finding a trust worthy mechanic shop. I’ve been to a few before I found this one and let me tell you. 10/10 for Whites Auto. They took the time and made the effort to figure out exactly what was wrong and explained step by step what they did to diagnose the problem (that multiple other shops could not get right). Very friendly and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg either. They diagnose the actual problem instead of trying to get you to buy a part and install just for that to not be the fix. Very knowledgeable shop and feels more homey than most shops in my opinion. I don’t write reviews for places but I am so ecstatic I found a mechanic shop to go to that I can trust that I figured I should share.

White’s did a fantastic job on a Saturday night when my front caliper failed due to a faulty brake job by another shop. We can’t say enough about their detail in checking our other brakes to insure a similar incident would not happen…we highly recommend them!

I was having problems with my car and I was prepared to leave it for a couple days at whites auto repair. When I pulled up Adam came outside with no hesitation and popped open my hood to my car. He looked around for 10 minutes and. Leaned off 1 of my spark plugs and changed a $5 fuse which was an oil light indicator. This was done within minutes and Adam didn't even charge me. What a Respectful, professional and moral ethical mechanic. These are the types of people that help businesses grow and build customer relations. I will definitely tell all my clients,friend, and relatives to deal with Adam and see him first if anything goes wrong with their car. If I could, I would give you guys 100 stars What a Class A y Body Shop!!!

Far and away the best mechanics in town. Communicative, honest, very skilled. They warranty their work and stand on that warranty too. Labor is slightly more expensive than other shops, but for a good reason. This is where you want to take your car

White's is the best Auto Shop on the Island, plus its Veteran owned and operated; they are hardworking, dedicated, knowledgeable, and determined to stay up all night to get the job done. It was a Friday at 4pm when the 'Center Support Bearing' or as some people call it, the 'Carrier Bearing' on my driveshaft blew right before crossing the bridge. All other shops said they would look at it on Monday, but White's is open 365/247. They are an awesome group of people that made me feel like family hanging out with them all night. They had me back on the road at 3am and I was able to pick up my camper and take it the 4 hours back home. Thanks for help guys, you knocked it out of the park.

I was in quite a bind after my car snapped a belt in half. After calling around to multiple shops that were closer to where I was sitting, no one was open or available. The owner at White's Auto was about to go home for the evening (on a Saturday) after finishing a vehicle he was working on and told me to come right over. As soon as I arrived he dropped everything and came right out to repair my vehicle. He actually had the part there in stock and even changed my oil. I will definitely be back. Exceptional customer service!

When our car’s battery died in the Cracker Barrel parking lot, it was already after 5 PM and we were on vacation. When we found the Google listing for Whites repair shop, it said 24 hour service so we decided to give them a call. It turns out that the shop is not open 24 hours, but the owner stayed open for us to replace our battery so that we could go on our way without losing a day of vacation. Friendly and professional service. We are glad that we found them!

Traveling from upstate NY to VA for vacation, late on a Friday afternoon, the car started to shake and after pulling over we realized that 2 lug nuts on a back tire had broken off. We called our all over looking for anyone who could assist before Monday. This shop offered to stay open for us, (we arrived after 5pm), and he determined that every tire needed adjustments, with one needing replacement parts. He drove all over to find what we needed and then stayed open until 11pm completing the work to make sure our car was drivable for the rest of our trip. He and his team, consisting of his son and others, were professional and highly skilled. We are tremendously grateful for his skill and kindness, to ensure that we didn't need to stay in a hotel until Monday delaying our vacation. The backend of my 2015 Xterra was failing along with some shock and engine issues. As we had planned on giving it to our son I knew we would have to find a competent, quality shop to manage the repairs without breaking the bank. I read reviews online about White's Auto Repair in Stevensville and with a perfect score of 5 stars I figured I would give them a call. The work was done in a timely, professional, and quality manner and Richard the owner kept me appraised all along the way. Excellent quality work within budget and on time. Richard's estimate on the costs were also on point. White's Auto Repair has our business from now on. Glad I found them, thanks!

My kids and I were on our way to ocean city on a Saturday when my transmission went out on the bay bridge. Richard was the only one that answered the phone that day as I was terrified! My truck did need a new transmission but he did it way less than other shops would have, and got it done in a reasonable time frame. He even drove us to a hotel that night! It was a great experience and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anybody that needs work done.

My car broke down before the bay bridge on a Sunday Afternoon. Richard was the only shop to take me that day. Needless to say he fixed my Acura RDX at a fair price and got me safely back to my family all the way in the Pittsburgh area. I cannot thank the young man enough that came to my 80yo parents rescue at 9pm on Easter evening after their tire and car was damaged coming off the Bay Bridge from a tractor trailer who's tire blew out!!!! From what my mother told me , he had to make several trips to the shop to fix things and get them back on the road and it took a few hours, but he did a fabulous job. They were on their way back home to Salisbury from our family gathering in Harford County when this happened. I cannot thank White's Auto Repair enough!!!!! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Richard is absolutely the man and I will continue to support his local business. He bought my zombie car back from the dead due to my neglect and was always 100% upfront about whatever issues he encountered. This will definitely be our go to shop for maintenance and repairs. We couldn’t ask for a more friendly and reliable place to take our car. My brake line broke and my car was stuck in Annapolis. Richard arranged to have it picked up and taken to his shop. He explained everything that would be done and his price was far better than what I was quoted over the bridge. Suburban brakes ruptured crossing the Bay Bridge on Saturday afternoon. The truck was towed to Richard's shop and he replaced the front brake lines between Saturday evening and Sunday evening. Nobody else works those hour anymore to help a traveler in need. He was up front with the cost, very professional and did an excellent job! I only wish their shop was closer to my home for my regular maintenance needs.

We are Eastern Shore locals who had just spent 3+ hours sitting in bridge traffic trying to get home on a Friday. Our car was making some alarming noises and it was getting late. We called Richard and he said he was stuck in the same traffic and would meet us at the shop. We got there and he ran a full diagnostic on our car. We were worried that it was going to be a cost we couldn't afford and worse yet, we would be without a vehicle (our only vehicle) while it got repaired. There was possible talk of having to go through the engine. We were getting pretty discouraged when on a whim he asked if he could check something else. Turns out the last place we had gotten an oil change at ( a major chain which will remain anonymous) hadn't filled up our oil and it was practically empty! Richard and Chad stayed late and took care of us right on the spot. I am beyond grateful that they took the time to check for a small issue before it turned into a major problem. They took the time to explain everything to us and treated us like family. I can honestly say the prices were extremely fair and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. My husband and I have found our permanent auto repair shop! Thank you Richard and Chad!

Richard is a great guy who really knows his stuff. Stands by all his work and everything is done the right way with no short cuts taken. Had me right in for brakes and rotors, done in the time frame given. Has my business 100% i refuse to take any of my vehicles elsewhere. Great work and the best prices in town.

I went to White's Auto for the first time to get my GPS antenna replaced from a failure. They got me in, took care of the problem in a very timely fashion and the job price was lower than anywhere else I checked. They were great people to work with and they go out of their way to be hospital while you are there ! Great job, great people, great prices and they do what they say they will do ! White’s Auto came to the rescue when our AC went out over the Fourth of July holiday. We needed to get it fixed ASAP and Richard was able to get the problem diagnosed that same day and fixed everything over the weekend. He was communicative and very accommodating. I want to give a huge thanks to whites auto repair. I called them last minute looking to get my trailer bearings fixed before I went on vacation and he was eager to help me when no one else could. He got my trailer squared away for me at a very good price and a lot cheaper than most. I would highly recommend anyone looking for auto work to use whites auto repair, very good quality work and great people to work with.

Richard is absolutely amazing. He is excellent at what he does. He works hard, he is efficient, professional & extremely knowledgeable. Richard went above and beyond our expectations to help us. We had a brake line break at 1130 pm. We called him and he came to our location within 10 minutes. Now that's service!!! He assessed the situation and luckily we we r able to make it to his shop which was only a few minutes away. He worked so hard to get our truck fixed and we are good to go now. He explained everything to us in detail. I would highly recommend Richard. He is honest and his prices are great especially for an emergency call. We were an hour away from home. Flat tire on the side of Rt. 50 in July! Yuck. Within minutes Richard happened to be passing by and pulled over to help. Within two hours we were back on the road with a new tire. FYI this was a Sunday 4th of July weekend so nobody was open. Richard managed to get a new tire on the rim and back on our vehicle under those circumstances. I would highly recommend Richard and his shop White's auto repair in Queenstown Md. for all your service needs . He is professional and goes above and beyond to assist when he can. It is a family buisness and he even had his young son helping. For a bad day it was a very positive experience.
