Ordered truck tires to be installed. After installation two of my wheels are left with scratches 270 degrees around them. Truck rode terribly. Took the truck back hoping for problem to be corrected and it was only worse.
Took the truck to a different shop to correct the issue and another 120 dollars later I finally have wheels properly balanced. Good place to buy dump tickets but wouldn’t trust them with a vehicle.
Terrible customer service. The two old dudes upfront were both rude and on both attempts I gave these people to obtain my business.
On two separate occasions, I tried to purchase a tire from them and on both occasions they were rude, tried to rip me off for twice the cost of the tire and tried to make me wait an hour unnecessarily.
They must think they’re the only ones on the island or that people are afraid to drive off of the island?
Got a better tire online for half of the price with free shipping and found a professional shop to mount it in minutes for a fair and reasonable price. No appointment necessary.
I only stopped by to get new windshield wipers. I asked at the parts window and the gentleman there looked up the model, picked them off the shelf, installed the new ones and disposed of the old. It took about 5 minutes. Now! that's service with a smile 😃
Last minute call in for a road side emergency and they took me right away and definitely saved my life because my tire was about to blow. Thank you so much for being a caring person and making sure my vehicle was safe to drive!!
Fantastic customer service and repair. Needed my main family vehicle repaired for safety with minimal down time and Western Tire and Auto checked all the boxes. Happy I called them and will do so again when needed!

Must have been a bad day when I went there because many of the employees were shockingly serious jerks! I didn't know these people to be like this. I now feel like they are 2 faced people just to get your money. Typically, this was a pretty good place to go to but a bit pricey tho. Still, I don't appreciate being treated like I did regardless of what was going on in there at the time. I've never been treated like that at Auto Zone or Advance Auto. No excuses Western Auto...you're not the only game in town!
Took my car here for a realignment and my appointment was at 8. Got not calls until I called at 2 and they told me my car had not even been started on and that it would hopefully be done at 5:30. If your not gonna work on the car when a client has an appointment scheduled, please have the common courtesy to call them before 6 hours passed to let them know!
I dropped my car off for service. I thought everything was taken care of. 8 days later, the same lights on my dashboard came on. I rearranged my schedule to have them look at it again. I dropped it off the night before the appointment. When they were called to check on the progress, they said they hadn't even looked at it yet and wouldn't be able to until the next day. I already paid $400+ dollars for them to fix a problem that apparently they didn't fix. Then, not even so much as a phone call to let me know that the service would have to be postponed a day. I rearranged my work schedule, among other things. To not be informed is inexcusable. To have the work not completed is forgivable, but in this instance, not so much since it's the second time for the exact same service/problem.
Took my car in for an oil change and because my car was shaking. The charged me for a tune up but didn’t do everything for a tune up. Only replaced 1 coil and 3 plugs, did the oil change and a tire rotation.
Went in on a Sunday looking for a needle in a hay stack for my trailer. 2 employees (Older male with glasses, younger woman) were beyond helpful, lucked out on a hub (1 in stock) and was able to get my now fixed trailer 1.25hrs home over the bridge!

Caught a nail in one of my tires of my Tesla on Friday afternoon. Originally, I had contacted the Tesla service center but their first opening wasn't until a week later and had a quote of ~$120 for just a patch.
Western Tire came in and saved the day. They are the only shop on the island that is willing to touch a Tesla and were able to get me in on Saturday. Quick, friendly service and literally a quarter of the price. Should have been coming here from the beginning.
Excellent service. Always get quality support and quick answers. Have been using them for at least three or four of my last repairs and have always been satisfied with turnaround time and quality.
I was traveling home with my family, and our van was making a horrible noise at high speed. They took a look while we waited (even gave our little dog a treat). They worked us in and found the problem, and we were back on the road in less than an hour. They were so kind and professional. I highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks again everyone.
Got new tires on Monday. Tire light came on that night. I called them and the immediately told me to bring it back. Dropped it off that night. 9am the next day Will called me and told me what happened and they took care of it. Outstanding customer service. Great work. My truck wasn't covered in finger prints when I got it back. Estimate on original work was spot on. I will absolutely go back to this place for more work.

Great Customer Service - I had an emergency today and made a stop at this location — they found someone to help me with my car and they attempted to fix the car — but because it was a speciality part they could not and recommended the dealer — however, they explained what needed to be done, made the car safe and drivable and did not charge me anything since they could not do the work. I did not have cash for a tip and the gentleman said please no tip we just want you to be safe. WOW — what a great experience my family will definitely be returning and I am sure to tell others about my experience!! The manager needs to thank his staff you should be proud!!!
I had my oil changed, the mechanic asked plenty of questions such as what type of oil I used last and would I prefer synthetic or non-synthetic oil. They also offered me their synthetic brand and saved me some money on my oil change! They a have a comfortable waiting room.
The best on the island... Thank you Western Auto Service Team for always taking care of my car and getting it in and out swiftly. My car broke down Friday night, and as I had a wedding on Saturday, they were able to take care of fixing the alternator and battery first thing Saturday morning and get my schedule back on track. Thank you!
Staff are very helpful and friendly. They stick to their schedules and don't take longer than what's needed for the work. I've sat in the waiting area a few times and there's snacks you can buy and a tv to help the time fly by, bathrooms are clean, and the staff keep you updated on the mechanics progress on your vehicle. I'd say their prices are pretty darn fair for this area too.
I went there today to get my motorcycle inspected. i made an appointment a few days before hand, i showed up an hour early not expecting to necessarily be seen yet but the inspector skipped lunch to accommodate me. They were all very helpful and professional, I feel confident they wont sell you parts you don't need or service you don't want. They're a good business you can trust! A+
Awesome staff and service. I blew a tire traveling through the area and found them online. I brought the car In after putting on my donut and they put a newer Michelin tire on it to match my other 3 and I was on my way in no time at pretty good price. Great people!
