My Honda Odyssey broke down on the freeway (alternator failure) while I was rushing to catch a flight for a 10-day trip. I had four kids in the van with me. It was chaos. I called P2P Towing at random simply because they were the closest on the map, and I'm so glad I did.
Darryl answered and calmly walked me through everything in a quick phone call. He couldn't get to my car immediately, so he guided me to leave my key and promised he'd handle the rest. It was a handshake deal over the phone, built entirely on trust.
He came through. He towed my car, coordinated all the repairs, and kept me updated throughout my trip. I never even had to talk to the mechanic. His tech fixed the alternator and checked the whole vehicle, catching additional issues I didn't know about. Darryl managed the whole thing for me while I was over a thousand miles away.
My return flight got in late, and I couldn't pick up my car until after 11 PM. I had all four kids with me again. Darryl offered to meet me that late so I could get my keys and drive home that night. Then it took me longer than expected to get out of the airport and over to his location, and he patiently waited over an hour past when I told him I'd be there. He made a situation that could have been really stressful was easy and smooth instead.
Then a few days later, the check charging system light and battery light came on again. Same initial symptoms as before. My heart sank. But when I contacted Darryl, he stayed in close contact with me and guided me through diagnosing the problem. The offer was always on the table to send his mechanic out to Baltimore (where I live) or tow it back to his shop if needed. Turns out it was just the car's computer taking time to reset after the repair. The work was good in the first place.
The price was fair. Darryl is a guy whose word is his bond, and he did his best to take care of me, even though I was in a desperate situation. If you need a tow or you're in a tough spot, call him.
Everything was great. I was in such a bind but they towed me when i was stuck and had no where to turn.

I called and spoke to the owner around 9:15AM and he assured me he had a worker that can get to my car ASAP. My car didn’t get towed to me until after 3pm. 5 hours of going back and forth with him and no communication at all. He would tell me he would call me back in 5 to 10 minutes and it turned into a whole hour and I would have to reach out to him myself. & some of the times he didn’t even answer. When I did speak to him he said he has bad service and his phone kept hanging up but when it did hang up he didn’t even call me back besides one time. He would tell me one thing and then another and just seemed like so many untruthful excuses. He said every time I would call him he was about to call me which just sounds like a whole bunch of BS. After all those hours I started to get angry and Daryl THE OWNER begin to argue back w me... saying “you think I care about your little $150” when I expressed to him you must just care about the money when I let him know I could have found someone else. He is the absolute most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, as a business owner and professional he should have handled the situation totally different. He told me he didn’t care just as much as I didn't, he was not apologetic AT ALL for what has taken place. My whole experience with the company was very poor, seems as if it’s just the money they were interested in instead of actually trying to help. My advice is to avoid this place if you have a urgent towing situation, there’s so many other options!!!!!!!! Do not waste your time.

Wish i could give then NO stars they dont even deserve 1. Most terrible service i have ever experienced. Called to have my truck towed thos morning. Darryl Harrison was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL he does not return phone calls and he will ignore you for hrs. Was arguing with me about the ETA of their driver. Everytime i called the driver was 10-20 minutes away. I called them around 1030am they said they picked up my truck which was only 15 minutes away from the mechanic shop. I was waiting at the location where my truck was being fixed at and they didn't drop my truck off until 5pm, the mechanic shop had closed?. Then when the tow dropped off my vehicle. My axle on my vehicle was bent and my bumper was barely hanging on. They still were trying to charge me full price for their services. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY. I WAS BETTER OFF PUSHING MY TRUCK MYSELF.
