Ryan did a great job communicating with me on the progress of my repairs and why there was a delay. He worked hard to get the car to me by Friday and was also helpful in suggesting that I could drop my rental car off at the repair shop instead of returning it to the rental facility.

Smooth transaction and no dealer adds to the price. There were typical extended warranty/protection offers from the finance department which are easy to decline. All dealerships do that anyways, as everyone needs to make a profit to stay in business. Sales Consultant Jared was responsive and helpful, thank you! Also a big thanks to Finance Director Cuneyt and Sales Manager Ralph for promptly answering my questions and facilitating everything to make the process easy. I was an out-of-state buyer, yet they handled everything very well so far. Kudos! Finally, I love that this dealership has plenty of room to have their inventory garaged within the property's four-level building. I'm sure their detail department loves that as well!

Eric Sanchez works in the service department of Chevy Chase Acura . I have known him for a few years now- He’s always respectful, attentive and solution oriented. My car has always been attended to with the utmost care. The folks in the repair department do a wonderful job! A few days ago, I had to leave town emergently and had to drop my car off for a knocking sound in the right wheel well. Eric took my car and squared it away . He kept me informed via text and phone message on the progress and held my car until I could get back. Finally, he even called an Uber for me at pick up! I highly recommend him and Chevy Chase Acura for your Acura service needs.

When I first entered the service department, everyone present said good morning. The service advisor, Richard Aldridg, was friendly, professional, he remembered me from my last visit, and he went over the services needed. My car was serviced and washed within a reasonable timeframe. I was very pleased and will continue to have my car serviced at Chevy Chase Acura.

Richard delivered a truly top-notch experience from start to finish when purchasing our MDX. The pricing was transparent and straightforward, with every fee clearly explained and no surprises. I do not recommend this service center! (I would give zero stars if that were an option). I dropped off my vehicle on January 15th for an open recall and to diagnose a whistling noise coming from the driver’s side. At drop-off, I was told the recall would be completed the same day, and I would probably have the diagnosis by the next day. A couple of days later, I was informed that a seal was needed, it had been ordered, and would arrive the next day. When the part didn’t arrive, I was told the wrong part had been ordered and I would receive the correct one the following day. That day came, but the delivery truck didn’t show up, so I had to wait until the next week. The seal was eventually installed, but the whistling noise persisted. I was then told that the driver-side back door appeared to be misaligned by about an inch and would require an adjustment to see if that resolved the issue. I heard nothing for two days and tried calling for an update. My calls weren’t answered. I eventually called from my work phone and got through immediately. It was frustrating to learn that they had caller ID and were essentially ignoring my calls. Andrew, the service director, was supposed to send photos of the misaligned door to the insurance company. This didn’t happen for two days. When I asked him for an update, he claimed he sent the email to the wrong address, though I don’t believe he made any real effort. Eventually, the insurance company received the photos and approved moving my vehicle to the body shop. At the body shop, my vehicle sat for two days with no communication and no updates. Calls went unanswered. I was then given the number of the general manager, Kaveh, whom I called a few times before finally reaching. He explained that he was out of town but would contact the shop for an update. Less than two hours later, I received a call saying the door had been adjusted and they would test drive it to check the noise. I got another call stating the noise had disappeared, but Andrew wanted to keep the vehicle overnight to let the adjustment “settle” and test drive it again the next morning. Finally, on February 4th, I was told my car was ready for pickup and that the noise was gone. However, no sooner had I driven down the block than the noise returned, loud and persistent. When I dropped off the vehicle, the odometer read 38,836 miles; when I picked it up, it read 38,837 miles. How were they able to do all these supposed test drives and only put one mile on the car? It’s clear they lied about the work completed and kept my vehicle for almost three weeks with no valid reason.

It was my first time purchasing an Acura from Chevy Chase. My overall experience was great. The purchase was smooth and hassle free. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Carlos Correa, Mr. Tayon Dawkins, and Mr. Elijah Baker. They were very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I was very happy and pleased to have had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle from Chevy Chase. WOW, what a wonderful experience at Chevy Chase Acura! Google sent me to their body shop for the insurance claim when I ripped my bumper off in the snow. The service guys were thoughtful, helpful, fun, and (most importantly) FAST. It was such a huge relief! I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from Chevy Chase Acura. I can confirm that there is a reason they are ranked the highest amongst Acura dealerships in the area. This time I had the pleasure of working with Sam. He was very patient and diligent as we worked on a vehicle and price point. I am very pleased with my experience. The service department is great as well. Rick is my go to guy and because of his great work my first Acura is still in tip top shape even after 9 years of driving. Chevy Chase will continue to be my place of purchase and service. As this is my second Acura I am excited to purchase my third when the time comes.

I had my car repaired at Chevy Chase Acura after someone hit it on December 21st, and I just got it back a little over a month later. Throughout the entire process, the body shop team was absolutely excellent. One of the things I appreciated most was the consistent communication. I received text updates at every stage of the repair, so I was never left wondering what was happening or where my car was in the process. That alone made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. My main point of contact was Richard, and he was truly outstanding. Every time I called, he was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions—which, admittedly, I did. I was very particular about the difference between what Geico wanted to approve versus my preference for Acura OEM parts, especially when it came to the parts of the car that actually protect me. Richard took the time to explain which components were mechanical and safety-related versus which were more cosmetic, like the bumper. That education was invaluable and helped me have informed conversations with Geico about why OEM certified parts mattered to me for the areas that affect safety and protection. I also appreciated their integrity. They made it clear that any aftermarket parts ordered by Geico were carefully inspected and test-fitted, and if something didn’t meet their standards, they wouldn’t put it on the car. That gave me a lot of peace of mind. In the end, I felt confident that the parts that mattered most—the ones that protect me—were OEM certified and properly installed. Chevy Chase Acura’s body shop team, and especially Richard, made what could have been a frustrating experience feel transparent, respectful, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them if you want quality repairs and honest communication.

My car was hit and damaged while parked, so I was pretty upset; however, their team made a bad situation more tolerable by being friendly, efficient and doing high quality work. They communicated frequently to update me and completed the repairs a week sooner than estimated! They were extremely helpful and made my car look brand new! I highly recommend them.

My service was scheduled right before Christmas Day. The service department was very busy but attentive. I didn't feel rushed & I received an estimate, which is very important to me as a retiree. Joseph was very accommodating and made arrangements for a loaner car since my service required additional time. When I picked up my car, most of the staff was on leave but I still received excellent service. As always, my car was washed. ?? I need a cane due to arthritis and everyone was very accommodating but I wish the bathrooms were closer. ?

Maurice, my sales rep, welcomed me like family. His warmth, patience, and attention to detail made me feel seen and valued from the moment I walked in. Ralph, the lead sales manager, went to bat for me—transparent, fair, and genuinely committed to getting me the best deal possible. No games, just integrity. In finance, Maciring was a calm and knowledgeable guide, walking me through warranty and service options with zero pressure—just clarity and care. Lesly in parts was on it, ordering all the high-quality accessories that took my Integra straight to beast-mode status. Andrew, the service director, was a true MVP. My vehicle was badly damaged and Stan was terrific in explaining to me the process to determine whether to repair or total. Ultimately he recommended to my insurer not to repair. He and another gentleman helped me transfer what was in my car to a rental, including a 42-pound item. Everything was done quickly and everyone was very friendly and thoughtful.

When I arrived Rick said someone will be right with you and that set a great tone. I was checked in for service B and also requested someone from the Body Shop to look at an area that was scratched on my car. They came right over after I went to their office and received a separate estimate, very courteous person as well. I asked for a Lyft and upon my return I was checked out by Rick quickly asking me if I had any questions. The experience was great and the customer care was excellent in both the service and body shop.

Good experience getting my tires installed and an alignment. Waiting area is nice and comfy with plenty of snacks and the associates are all nice and helpful. Only gripe is the wait times I arrived at 12:45 pm and didn’t get my car back until 6:30 pm. Super long wait time to install 2 new tires and to get an alignment. My service advisor was Richard and he was very helpful!

Princess was absolutely amazing. My car wouldn’t start and I had my kids with me, and even though I didn’t have an appointment she went above and beyond to help. She made sure my battery was replaced quickly and got my car out faster than I expected. I’ve honestly never had a great experience here before, so meeting Princess was a breath of fresh air. She truly cares about her customers and deserves all the recognition. Highly recommend asking for her!

10/10 Experience With Exceptional Service from Sam and Mass at Chevy Chase Acura I recently purchased an Acura MDX from Chevy Chase Acura, and I can confidently say it was a truly outstanding experience from start to finish thanks to Sam, my sales associate, and Mass, the finance manager. Sam was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, he was genuine, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Coming from an older Acura without all the modern technology and features, I had a lot of questions and Sam answered every single one with clarity and care. He took the time to walk me through the differences between the various trims, explained every feature multiple times when needed, and made sure I fully understood all the tech and safety systems. What stood out the most was how he made sure I was completely informed and confident in my decision, without ever feeling rushed or pressured. He offered his professional opinion when I asked, but never pushed or steered me into something I wasn’t comfortable with. He made me feel like a priority throughout the entire process. Equally impressive was Mass, the finance manager. He was firm, transparent, and fair. 2016 I was rear ended, tow truck driver decided to drop off CCC body shop. Had the car checked out estimate written. The day I got my back I couldn’t even take it off the lots. I stepped on my brakes and my rear view camera came on with many other lights. I left the car there, I’d come to pick it up and found more issues. Paint, alignment of body panels, water leaking badly into my trunk. After finding so many issues I was laughed at by the body shop advisor. I was told in a laughing matter stop fishing for things stop finding issues. Yea I would have but sadly I’d continue to have issues. Items installed to hide a water, rust popping up everywhere. Tried getting them to search for a water claiming the didn’t find I’d get my car back with a nice size foot print on it. Sadly as many times I returned with issues that were never fixed never address and again I was told nothing was wrong. Yet I’d find large amounts of water in my truck. You might be asking why am I leaving this review years later. Well 3wks ago I was hit and surely I knew then the cats was gonna get out of the bag and everything I spoke of then to CCC automotive body shop would come out and be known. They’re parts that were not fixed or replaced that if I would’ve gotten rear ended it would’ve been seriously bad and possibly life threatening. I will NO longer give any good word or any word to use them or their facilities. This place has lost my trust and anything they can say to even come close to fixing this. My car is at another body shop and I’ve allowed insurance to handle this. When I put the trust in CCC automotive body shop they laughed at me and made their claims. Well pictures don’t lie and it’s the reason my car has sat more through the years and only driven on sunny days because of issues I had I was told weren’t there. Heed the warning because this body shop isn’t it. Picture are there to prove my point. Sadly I thought knew all those who worked there then, those same folks were the who laughed when I spoke up and I was brushed off each and every time. And still windshield glue stuck in my seat since then.
