I just got a vehicle from carzlane , I’m happy with the experience I got and the treatment and financing finance manager Naim literally waived everything for me l proof of residence and proof of income even with my limited credit. I hate that I must change my positive review to a bad one. We bought a car at this dealership back in October. The staff was great and helpful throughout the purchase. Once the paperwork was signed was when the nightmare began. We purchased a Jeep from them and it has been in the shop 3 times since the purchase date. It needs a new engine and we have not been in possession of our vehicle since Christmas Eve. We were unable to spend the holidays with our family as a result of this. The crazy part is that they claim that their vehicles pass maryland inspection but less than a month after we purchase this car the entire rim and tire came off while driving because they neglected to discover that there were bolts missing from the car. This nearly killed us. We did purchase their warranty and some things are covered but here it is January and we still do not have our car. We are forced to pay for ubers and it's ridiculous that we do not have a vehicle at all. All of this could have been avoided if they were actually selling good cars that will pass an actual inspection. We have contacted legal council as well as made reports with the MVA and Better Business Bureau. Hopefully they do the right thing and give us a car that is reliable and safe to drive or let us return this death trap.

⭐ 1 Star – Regret This Purchase Every Day I honestly regret ever buying a vehicle from Carzlane. From day one, my girlfriend and I had problems with the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee we purchased. We were promised things would be fixed immediately, but that was a lie. Instead of having a reliable vehicle, we’ve dealt with nonstop stress, excuses, and breakdowns. Three months later, the Jeep is sitting in the shop with blown head gaskets. This vehicle never should have been sold in the condition it was in. What makes this even worse is the dishonesty. We were lied to about the inspection, lied to about repairs, and most disturbing of all, the odometer mileage was wrong. Finding that out was a gut punch and completely destroyed any trust we had. This purchase has cost us time, money, and peace of mind. It’s been emotionally draining and incredibly frustrating. If you’re thinking about buying from Carzlane, please learn from my mistake and be extremely careful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

EDIT! BUYER BEWARE. (I was there at carzlane, nay was my sales rep and helped me get in my car the suburu WRX even though my credit was very poor. thanks to nay and his manger naim. I definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a car!) EDIT: A month ago I purchased a car from this dealership and it has been one problem after another. First, I had a 30 day warranty, as soon as I leave, the check engine light comes on. I call ’Nay’ Nader, the salesman that sold me the car and he says to bring it the next week. They keep my car for two weeks, stating the mechanic left for vacation a few days later and will be back to check in it. They didn’t answer the phone and were not in the same page with the mechanic. I am finally returned my car with a week left on my warranty to spare, and I had driven this car for at most 2 days. Second, I notice my bank loan is much higher than agreed upon, in fact it is the same price as the vehicle and all its processing fees, when I put down a large dele payment that covered more than 2/3 of the price. Call after call I get placed on hold after hold. After speaking to a very rude assistant manger, I am now wondering where my down payment is. They refuse to even speak of my down payment or anything to do with my contract over the phone and refuse to transfer me to the appropriate management.

Nay, Naim, and Hassan were extraordinarily great and helpful. Will be using them as my go to for a car. They make sure you get into what you want and make sure your numbers look great and are comfortable for you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Carzlane with the exceptional service to get my favorite Jeep the same day. Nay was patient with my father and I as we continued to ask serveral questions. My downpayment and car payment are reasonable considering the type of vehicle I have. Carzlane has a warm welcome environment and would highly recommend this place to find a car you love. Ask for Nay, he is a excellent salesmen!

I been to so so many dealerships, no one got me approved because of my challenging credit. However nay at carzlane was the most helping salesman I’ve ever seen. I’ve had the best experience at carzlane with nay, they also made my experience there fun!! I’m so excited to finally drive home my brand new 2019 Nissan rouge!!! Definitely recommend seeing him if you was in the market for a vehicle!!!🎉

I was there today looking for a Mazda CX-3, and Nay was my sales representative. He was very helpful. Nay and Naim actually got me approved even though I have challenging credit. Despite that, the experience was fun and stress free. They truly made my car buying experience wonderful.

1-Star Review — Buyer Beware This has been the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve purchased dozens of cars from dealerships of all sizes. I bought a vehicle from Carzlane on 10/10/2025, and from that moment forward it has been nothing but frustration, delays, and broken promises. One of the managers, Naim, promised that a few items would be fixed so the car could pass inspection, most importantly, the check engine light, which was already on at the time of purchase. I was told it would take a day or two. Instead, it took two weeks, yet they had no problem cashing my check the very next day. When I finally received the car, none of the promised repairs were completed. The check engine light came back on immediately. I contacted them, and they told me to bring it to their mechanic, another two-week wait. I picked up the car again… and once again, the check engine light returned. At that point, they told me to take it to another mechanic an hour and a half away. When I asked if they could help transport the vehicle, they refused completely. To make things worse, they never titled the car, and here I am two months later, still waiting. Now when I call, they tell me to “file a complaint” and that they’ll “pass it along.” This is a small dealership acting like a giant multi-location chain, but without any of the customer service. They don’t return calls, they leave you on hold, and they treat these issues as if they’re totally normal. Overall: a terrible experience. Buyer beware. I strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing from this dealership.

this has been the WORST experience yet. The sales manager KINAE is no help she argued with me this entire process within 30 days I sent the vehicle back twice and literally after the 30 the engine was ticking took it to a shop through third party warranty and they denied my claim because of preexisting now the dealership wont help because its after the 30 days. I went out of my way to buy a reliable car now I have a jeep with a failing engine from a dealership who SALES LEMON CARS.

This was my first purchase of a vehicle from a professional dealer. I was impressed with how they took the time to work with me and actually explain all of the legalities. Satisfied with my Acura TLX and the dealer certifications all were legit. I would definitely recommend a friend or family member to come here if interested in a used quality vehicle. Nay and his manager Naim were only professional and helped me through my first official vehicle purchase from a dealer!

I went to Carzlane to look at a 2018 Ford Explorer. When I arrived everyone treated me with respect, however there were several things I was not happy with. 1. They tried to sell me a car I did not want, and tried to push me into that vehicle multiple times. 2. I ended up buying the Explorer for $15,000 cash. I get 3 miles from the dealership and I get a TPMS light. 3. 1 day later I get a check engine light for an O2 sensor. 4. They did not change the oil, or fill the car with gasoline as promised. 5. The Sway Bar is cracked in the passenger side, and the end links are pretty much gone 6. The vehicle stutters on acceleration 7. The serpentine belt and tensioner was shot. At the end of the day I did buy the car as is, however it’s a good practice to let a customer know all the issues the car has when you sell it to them. I was very unhappy with this experience.

Carzlane 1 star review: I would leave 0 stars if that was possible. I’m sure the only people who give this place good reviews are lucky that their used car had no problems at the time of sale. Otherwise you will experience the worst possible customer service and communication. Read on. The first issue we had was the fact that this shady dealer included thousands in fees that you would miss without reading the fine print (about $5000 over the advertised car cost). We made the mistake of purchasing a car with a check engine light on with a manager promising to fix it “even if we have to replace the engine”. After three tries in over a week their repair shop could not fix the problem that our local repair shop was able to diagnose in a single morning. On the second repair attempt they offered to drop the car off to me at my work which was close by (would have been a nice gesture), however, when the check engine light went back on during the delivery attempt, the driver turned around and went back with no attempt to get in touch with me - literally leaving me waiting outside for a car that was never coming. Three times, it was supposedly "fixed" by their repair shop, with the check engine light returning before we even made it home. On the sale day which had us stuck in their office for hours, we left quickly and didn’t grab our folder of signed paperwork. It took a week of multiple attempts to get them to understand that we were asking for them, and then at least another week before we found out that they shredded the papers without retaining a copy, which is unheard of in any business. Of course included in the papers is the promise to fix the check engine light. They included a fee of over $2000 for a certification safety inspection that missed a glaring violation - the windshield washer reservoir was ripped in half from an accident the car had been in. Even the basic MD state inspection would have required this be repaired if their auto shop was actually capable of doing decent inspections/repairs. The combined cost to fix this and the issues with the check engine light will be thousands. Four attempts were made to speak to one of their two managers for compensation, but only managed to speak to a manager on one occasion with no resolution. Despite the promise of return calls to discuss compensation, No manager there EVER returned a call or email at any point for anything. STAY AWAY!!!

Nader(nay) my sales person and naim sales manager was able to help me buy my Infiniti Q50. They both were really helpful, helped me get approved for my first car. I definitely recommend

Not gonna lie, this is a very shady dealership. I prefer to drive alone to get a feel for the car and listen to the engine for any issues. When I tried to test drive, they said there's a new law that requires an employee to drive with the customer. That's a lie, I just came from 4 other dealerships that let me drive solo. Also, there was some kind of mix up regarding the safety inspection? Sales guy really expected me to test drive in the tiny cramped lot they had lol. The WRX I tried was is in bad bad shape. Like it just got saved from a chop shop bad. Missing the steering column cover, random bolts where plastic clips should be, hood latch needs to be pried open, missing skid plate, scratches on all the doors, 2 wheel well liners were shredded, and there's a random plastic part in the trunk. Salesman wouldn't stop talking during the short 1 mile ride, so I couldn't hear anything regarding the engine, but it most likely has rod knock. They wanted $13k which is laughable. It's worth $8k max. Found a better condition one in Frederick for $12.5k that let me drive solo. I would steer clear of this place guys, based on previous reciews and my experience, looks like they only carry lemons.

My big mistake was buying a car from this dealer. They only want your money. Once you buy your car, they will never answer your calls. The cars come with the dashboard lights adjusted. In a few days , your car will give you problems. I bought a two-year warranty on my car. They never wanted to fix it. I had to do it myself with my own money at another shop. Please don't buy a car from here. The worst experience of my life buying a car is from this dealer.

If I could put a 0 I would, I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer Utility, was lied too multiple times for example I asked if the vehicle was already inspected when I test drove it on Friday after I came back on Monday to pick the vehicle up he said they had to inspect it so they took the tint out. Also apart of the deal was to pop a mirror trim piece back on not a big deal is what they said and they said. After I showed up to sign paperwork I get in the vehicle the piece was sitting in the trunk hidden where the spare tire would be which it didn’t have and as soon as I pulled out the whole glove box fell out. Buyer beware. Only reason I bought the vehicle was because I sold my car and need this specific model for work.The only great thing at this dealership was Kinea she was extremely helpful and communicated great with my wife to make this deal happen.

I bought this car from carzlane. I got an amazing deal. The team was very helpful. All the sales staff was very respectful. They really took care of me and cut me a good deal. They have a lot of other vehicles sitting on the other lot in Manchester I visited that place as well They have decent inventory. I’ve been wanting this car for a very long time. I did my research but I was not able to find this car! After speaking with one of sales staff at Carzlane who helped me get into this vehicle by researching across United States hunting the car down and getting it for me I’m very thankful and I appreciate Carzlane team.
