Just exchanged my battery that went dead. Have to love warranty exchange no questions asked. Verified with receipt and got my battery and good starts again. This cold weather killed my battery.

On a cold windy afternoon in November I was stranded on the side of 95 due to what I thought was a faulty battery. Luckily the car had let me know prior and my mother being the kind soul she is, got me a new battery and gave it to me at thanksgiving — it’s an early Christmas gift! I was able to install the battery on the side of the road and use my gps to get me to this store. The problem did not subside, so I explained the issue to the gentleman, Alejandro, and through his diagnosis it was the alternator. Alejandro discussed different ideas with me for my best option. We ultimately decided to purchase the part there and I was lucky to get it installed the same day right down the street! Without his diagnosis and my mothers recommendation to swing in there directly after installing the battery.. I would have been stranded again. BIG Thank You for his listening ear, his knowledgeable advice and keeping the customers best interest in mind. I also observed other staff being friendly and willing to help, the place was clean as I know because I paced around for a good 20 minutes calling local shops. The team working at 2643 Annapolis Rd are superb!

I am complaining about the inexperienced and negligent employees of this center because they sold me the wrong brake pads that did not match the VIN number of my car. It caused a lot of problems for my car and caused me a lot of financial loss.

Employees are incompetent. At least half the time they give me the wrong part. Somehow reading a part number off the screen is too hard for them

Ordered a battery online from this location, it arrived dead (no power to car and tested separately while not installed). The store's only solution was to bring the dead battery in and exchange it (hard to do without a car battery) instead of sending me one that actually had a 50 percent charge. Might recommend you buy from a store that's not gonna send you a faulty product. Now I get to buy a battery from a different company and spend an afternoon returning this one.

I had a great experience there. I had ordered a battery for my car online and I went to pick it up, and the gentlemen, there were very nice. They checked me out, got my battery and even installed my new battery in my car at that time.

Just a terrible outcome! On January 9th the wrong battery was installed in my car by 2 younger guys. I even said the price didn't sound right are you sure. My car takes one kind of battery and that wasn't the right one!!! January 10th while driving I loose my heat and my car is trying to run the AC. Then it's trying to stall and make a nasty noise on startup. 2 weeks go by I look on the app and sure enough it says the battery is wrong. I had it replaced to the right one but then I had more problems now that the car can run at its full function. After putting in over 2k with shops including Hyundai replacing things no one can find the answer. So I had an master scanner put on my car no one had done that yet. Sure enough it reads my BCM that runs my climate from everything I had read up on had a fault. Everytime a part was replaced on the car something else would go wrong. How this all happened I don't know but it started with the battery! You can't put a triple a battery in something for a double and expect it's going to work. As recommended by the rude store supervisor Anthony I called corporate because while I was upset didn't help by saying "what do you want me to do that's above my pay scale". I don't know guy how about tell me who to call and he said corporate. He didn't give me a store managers name at all. I called and the District leader connected me to the manager. The manager was the only positive experience I had in this. Alejandro literally went out of his way try and find someone to find the problem but they kept giving it back still broken and all of a sudden there is oil in my antifreeze. At this point I quit and I'm out over 2k in receipts from January to April trying to fix my car!!! Only to have been screwed and have to get a new one! I couldn't put my kid in that car and something severe go wrong. Now I will have to forever question anyone or anything that goes in or touches any other car! Terrible! Never again!

I would like to give a shoutout to the Store Manager, Alejandro S., for helping my sister and me during a stressful situation. Our car battery was dying, we were low on gas, and we were coming from Walmart Auto Services Center after they didn't have our car's battery available in stock. Not only did Autozone have the item, but Alejandro also did an excellent job replacing the old with the new battery without damaging our car. The entire process was super seamless, quick, and helpful (less than 30 mins). Thank you again!

We came in as our second to last resort for a car battery. We went to one autozone closer to us and it was horrible. They looked it up and got the wrong battery, so they turned us away with no solution. I wanted to try another autozone before going to the dealer. We tried here and I am so glad we did! Josue G was helping us. Their system also recommended the same battery that we had tried at the other autozone. We tried it, and it didn’t work. But Josue didn’t give up! He tried a different battery that looked like it might fit. It didn’t. So he tried another one and that one did fit! He never seemed annoyed with all the returns and re-purchases and going inside then back outside to install. He was a gem! I will not be going back to the autozone closest to us. I will be going out of my way to this autozone if I need anything for my car again! Thank you Josue! You saved us hundreds of dollars and made our lives so much easier!

This location White guy (manager) He so Rude and unprofessional also not friendly also other employees Black guy also same. I brought battery core Auto Zone and trying buy new battery white guy was almost sleeping at front desk so I went to counter ask for new battery he even say hello just asked are u bring the core I said I need new battery for Toyata camry but he not pay attention and annoyed then called other employee (Black guy ) said " hey you come to here ask what he need" so Black guy came in front to me ask same question. I said I need the battery Toyota camry 2009 4cyl. Also he not friendly also rude!!!!! He told me he not understand my word !!!!! This is Ridiculous!!!!!! I never come back your location Annapolis Auto Zone!!!!! This is insane!!!! Let me ask one question why your employees such Rude, unprofessional and Rude!!!!!!!!! So I never ever recommend this Location forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got off my job from DC this Sunday morning and headed straight to Autozone Hanover. I got in the store at about 1:59 AM. Met this guy at the desk(whom I strongly think is the manager coz he was not wearing the usual red uniform) and cheerfully greeted him goodmorning! He looks at me like I wasn’t a human and told me the store was not open yet. He said they open at 8am. I got his energy so I asked him if he wanted me to go back outside or just wait right there in the store. Rudely he said I shld do whatever I wanted. To be respectful and cordial, I stepped outside. After a few seconds, it was 8AM so I walked back in and met this young African dude dressed in the red uniform. Cordially greeted him goodmorning and he just stood there and was staring at me. I told him hey I just said good morning to u. He just kept staring like I didn’t even existed. Once I felt his energy too, I decided to leave the store. Pls watch the cams. I regret not stopping for my car parts in Laurel. I rlly don’t know what they cld be going through in their private lives on a Sunday morning, but whatever it is shld have been left in their cars once they showed up for work. If they don’t like their jobs maybe they shld improve on themselves and get a better one. As for me I’m never gonna spend a dime at ur store anymore! Thanks

I purchased a car battery on 12 Aug and one of the guys that work there put my battery in my car. While doing so, he said that my coolant bleed hose was leaking. When I looked at the hose, the coolant was coming out rapidly. How could my hose have a leak and It did not before? So, that means he had to do this. He made it seem like it wasn’t his fault. Which if that was the case my car wouldn’t have been over heating like it did after I left auto zone. Because of their inexperienced worker, I now have to spend a lot more money to get my car fixed. I will never go back to Autozone for any service.

I am leaving this review because I arrived to the AutoZone on Annapolis Road with intention to come in the store and be able to use the scan tool to read the codes on my car/truck. Upon arriving and entering the store I had to wait in line for 20 minutes and once it was finally my turn to see the cashier I was very rudely informed that the scan tool is broken and I will not be able to I use it. There is about 10 different different types of scanners hanging on the wall which could easily be accessed by a manager to replace the broken one. Overall, my experience at the store was very poor and I do not recommend anybody coming here if you expect good and kind service.

I drove to AutoZone this morning after my car wouldn’t start and this lovely gentleman by the name of Edwin helped me out tremendously! I first inquired to see if he could check the voltage of my battery, and after confirming that I did indeed have a bad battery he assisted me in finding the best one for my car. Edwin even went a step further and installed it for me, talk about top notch service! I always applaud and appreciate amazing customer service and after asking if I could observe him putting in the new battery he even talked me through the process. I cannot say thank you enough to Edwin for his excellent customer service again and for honestly helping me get through what I thought would be a disastrous morning/day. Thank you again Edwin!

I purchased an alternator to replace my dead one for same day service across the street at the Exxon. Exxon said it was defected. I called AutoZone and explained my issue and how I needed to make sure it was pulled for me to pick up right away and that person told me to just bring it back and another one will be waiting for me. Took it back to AutoZone and nothing was waiting for me. Out of the 7 employees there, not one claimed they spoke to me and they knew absolutely nothing. Then I was told whoever I spoke with misinformed me because they don't have anymore in that model. I was asked if it was a man or woman that spoke to me. I replied a man (no woman was even there). I had asked if any employee had left after 3:52 PM, because that is when I called. They were clueless and some carelessly responded no. I'm thinking this is CRAZY! So no one knows who I spoke to or cared to find out. Not only that, no one even thought to test it! Some customer service and poor management. The person I spoke to previously could've made sure one was available and noted my account. They sent me to another location to get my alternator, so I had to inconvenience my ride who was on the clock on her job. UNBELIEVABLE!

I came into the store worries I would not be able to get my battery changed but luckily I came to this location and met Edwin and he was able to go above and beyond to help me out, I’m very grateful for his wonderful customer service and the extra 100 miles he went just to help me out. 10/10 recommend to come here you won’t regret it.

My experience with this store has always been outstanding. I was assisted by the manager Edwin today when purchasing windshield wipers for my car. Edwin not only provided me with a better understanding of cost/benefits of wiper blades but installed them for me at no cost and with a smile. The time before this ,I was assisted by another employee when looking for the right type of battery to buy. Again, I was given good information and the associate installed the battery for me at no cost and again with a pleasant attitude and a smile. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for anything auto related with a welcoming customer experience. Thanks guys! Keep up the outstanding service!

This location is excellent and the staff are extremely helpful! Edwin was kind enough to replace my battery despite the old one being extremely corroded. He not only replaced it but also walked me through how to change a battery. I really appreciated the fact that he took the extra time to explain everything. I’ve been to this location multiple times and each time I’ve had a great experience. If I could give this location 10 stars I would! Will definitely be returning for anything I need for my car!

The employees are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They were able to find the part I needed in just a few moments just by looking up the car. There were a few different options and they explained the differences. The gentleman at the counter even offered to help me install my new air filter.

I had a great experience here with a battery replacement. I believe it was John who helped me. He was great in going through the battery replacement step-by-step in case I ever needed to replace the battery on my own. I was in and out of the store in probably about 15 minutes on a Friday at lunchtime. I very happy with my experience and would recommend this AutoZone.

Very helpful with getting my low beam replacements. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and explained everything about the bulbs and where they went inside the car, he was very patient with me as I had a number of questions. Wonderful service, will definitely be back!

I can't say too much of the place because all I got there was a headlight restoration kit. Place looks like it has a wide variety of products and Ali from the staff was friendly and helpful.
