I hate having to order from imc. Unfortunately sometimes I have to. And yet everytime I'm disappointed with delivery time. Driver's take 6-8 hrs to deliver parts. This is not once in a while, it's every order. Tried numerous times to get ahold of management with no response.

Tiffany made my first experience with this location awesome. She was knowledgeable and displayed great professionalism. Tiffany makes this store run like a well oiled machine. I went to the Laurel location first. They were rude, cold and not helpful. I Walked in and everyone sat like a bunch of lazy bumps on a log. No one wanted to help me. This is that new lackluster customer service that seems to be the norm these days. Take your business to the Hanover location. Tiffany and the crew will take care of you.

Terrible Delivery system and Drivers. Truck Leave Time should be deleted. Same excuse EVERY time " we are running Behind today" The Stars are Only for some of the brands they carry nothing to do with the actual warehouse.

The best parts of all time the people are great especially the ones at that front desk what are you walking

Every auto part you need in one place

In our local area, we could not find a radiator for a decent price. My Husband checked with RockAuto, LLC and found the right one at a great price. It arrived today via Fedex and I first thought - too big of a box and probably the wrong one! I was so very wrong! It was the right radiator and enclosed with an immense quantity of bubble wrap! Thank you RockAuto, LLC and you have a new very satisfied customer who will recommend you to anyone in need of quality car parts at a decent price!!!

Always get the parts you need

IMC strikes again! I ordered a part to be delivered by their Saturday truck with an hour and a half before the cut off time and it's no where to be seen! I am not surprised, really. This is typical. Trying to find out whether my part was never shipped, despite being marked as such on the invoice, the warehouse number on the invoice does not work. The only contact I can make is on the west coast in the socialist haven of California. So, here I am... my customer is livid. I am livid. I would never order from this joke of a company if they didn't have the only source for the parts that I need.

Not the first time, but definitely the last.
