I’ve been meaning to post for a while, as I’m a newer customer—have used Freedom twice now—and have been happy both times (well, as happy as someone can be whose beater is trying to die on them 😉). Will is kind and trustworthy, and unlike pretty much everywhere else I’ve been, I haven’t once felt the need to question whether I REALLY need everything he’s telling me I need. I’ve lived in the area a long time, so I’ve been to a number of other local shops and I can honestly say I don’t think I’d trust anyone to be as honest and reasonable as Will.

I can always trust Will at Freedom Automotive to do what needs to be done and not add on unnecessary extras. He is a mechanic you can truly trust!!!

Finally a tech that knows how to repair things instead of replacing a bunch of parts. Had a brake vibration just replaced the rotors and not a bunch of not needed brake parts. Actually repaired the trunk latch instead of replacing it. Fair prices for honest, high quality work.

During lunch today, I was driving on a flat tire trying to find an auto shop, or anybody that could help me. I ended up at Freedom Automotive. I did not get the mechanic' name, but he was my hero today. There are nice people in this world. I highly recommend the shop.

We have owed and operated automotive repair facilities for 50 years. Freedom Automotive was kind enough to check a customers car we had worked on and repaired a leak we caused. He was honest enough to tell us exactly what was wrong and repair it, The only payment he would accept was thanks! This type of person/ Business is rare. I am an "advanced" shade tree mechanic and I do almost all my work on my vehicles. But when I don't have time or have a big job Will and his team are the only mechanics I trust. Great shop rates, only uses HIGH quality parts (which can add to the cost of repairs but you get what you pay for!) and lighting fast work.

Will is professional and honest. Great shop, and it is the only shop I will take my vehicles to. They will fix only what is needed and are up front about telling you exactly what is being done to your car. Highly Recommended.

My wife and I have taken three of our vehicles to Freedom Automotive for various checks and repairs over the past two years. I'm one of those guys that knows enough about vehicles to be suspicious of any automotive repair shop and their work recommendations. My previous experience is that they consistently overstate or even invent things that need to be repaired. I've experienced this way too many times. Freedom Automotive has truthfully changed my thinking. I've always expected to hear what truly needs to be fixed, but I also expect to be told of a whole collection of newly discovered 'pseudo' problems. These guys have proven multiple times that they don't subscribe to this scrupulous business model. They give you the honest truth...what really needs to be repaired and nothing more. They carefully explain what needs to be repaired, what can wait and what to watch for - how refreshing!! Freedom Automotive and their team subscribe to a different business model...tell you the TRUTH, and let that honesty make you a loyal customer. In the end, they have my trust and my repeat business. I trust them so well that I have my daughter drive almost thirty minutes to their shop for any diagnostic or repair work because I know they'll do what it is right and my daughter's vehicle will be safe, as well as my pocketbook. Exceptional indeed!!!
