I am very dissatisfied with the recent service I received from NTB. I am currently out of town and had to schedule an appointment for my wife to take our 2015 Camaro in to have its oil pressure checked using a mechanical oil pressure gauge because the in-dash gauge was stuck at 70 psi even when the vehicle was off. I also asked them to perform an oil change at the same time. When I called the shop on Sunday, I was told only the master mechanic had the proper equipment to check the oil pressure and that he would be available Monday, so I scheduled the appointment for 1:00 PM. My wife took the car in at 1:00, and after waiting an hour, she was told the mechanic would not be in until 3:00 PM and did not have the necessary oil pressure gauge.
Since they had already started the oil change, she told them to simply complete the oil change and replace the oil pressure sending unit. At 5:00 PM, she called the shop to check on the status of the car and was then told they could not access the oil pressure sending unit, even though it is in a very accessible location. It appears the mechanic may have confused the V6 with the V8 engine layout. On the Camaro V6, the sensor is located under the oil filter housing, whereas on the V8 it is at the back of the manifold and much more difficult to access.
What should have been a straightforward job that takes about an hour at most stretched into the entire afternoon, was never completed properly, and cost far more than it reasonably should have. The lack of clear communication, inaccurate information, and apparent unfamiliarity with the vehicle were extremely frustrating. I am now concerned about whether NTB properly changed my oil and oil filter. While NTB may be a good place to replace tires, it is clearly not a reliable shop for other mechanical work.
Thank you very much to the staff at NTB in Eldersburg! I thought I could replace my battery myself, I dropped a piece of the harness into the car, and I had to beg for help from NTB! They pulled the battery, retrieved the part, replaced the harness, and sent me on my way. I couldn't be more appreciative for their help! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I came in not knowing what was wrong with my car at all, and the team at NTB was incredibly patient and helpful. They took the time to explain everything in a way I could actually understand and didn’t make me feel rushed or dumb for asking questions. They fixed the issue quickly and my car has been running great ever since. Definitely recommend if you want honest and respectful service.

Tayvon is an awesome manager. I used to be a regular here but the service wasn’t the best . Stopped in a few weeks ago to get new tires , your manager tayvon was very very helpful along with his staff . After experiencing that great service I am back only getting serviced at NTB.

Stopped by NTB for a new tire and was helped by Kaleb, who was patient, professional, and took time to explain the best options for my car and budget. After leaving, I noticed my tire pressure light was still on and returned a bit frustrated. Kaleb immediately checked all four tires, found three were low, fixed the issue, and apologized. Great customer service and I appreciate him making it right. Would return.
Arrived on time for my appt. Was told it would be 2 hours to replace 4 tires. There are 6 vehicles on lifts and I've seen them put 2 tires on in the last 30 minutes. Guys mostly just wander around. I am now at 2.5 hrs and all they have done is take my tires off. Was just told it would be 30 more minutes. WHY do they take appts if they dont have appropriate staff. NEVER AGAIN NTB.
I've only ever had good experiences at NTB in Eldersburg, from routine oil changes to getting a whole new set of tires. They always call to review and explain pricing before doing any work. Pricing seems fair, and they often apply small discounts to services if you just ask. Front desk is friendly and helpful!
Very caring crew! Took care of my tire rotation and gave me an estimate for brake pads easily! Never had any anxiety and did not overcharge me/take advantage of the fact that i came alone as a young women.

I went into the Eldersburg NTB to get my first set of Michelin tires for my 2021 Toyota RAV4 back in October 2025. The prices and service that i received were fantastic. My tire light went off the other day and i discovered that my tire had picked up a nail and i quickly took it back into the Eldersburg NTB were they quickly patched my tire and i was back on the road again. The service and counter folks were friendly and efficient. I will use them again if needed (hopefully to not patch my tire)

I was at the Eldersburg store on Sunday afternoon. Had an emergency tire repair upon arriving I dealt with one of the employees name Caleb, who is extremely professional helpful, very friendly and understanding. Being a Holiday weekend and a Sunday I was extremely impressed with the quality service. Thank you Caleb !
I had a great experience at this NTB. I had a coolant leak, and was able to get my car fixed the day of and returned within hours. The prices were great, and they don’t pressure you into any extra services. Andy the manager made sure I got a good deal and was very kind. I will definitely be back!

Lisa and her crew were extremely helpful and friendly on my most recent visit. I had break issues first thing in the morning. Lisa made sure I knew everything that needed to be done to mt car and ensured I got any available coupons towards my service. She also made sure while I waited on my car that I had wifi access and checked on me periodically. I'm very happy and grateful to the staff at this location!
Great customer care and quality work. The service techs do good work and the manager is awesome. He goes the extra mile for the customers. I was actually surprised because I was expecting the callous treatment big box outfits usually involve.
