Thought Randy was a good dude but apparently I was wrong. I bought a battery here 8 months ago for 165 and paid for installation. He sold me a used battery when I was supposed to get a new one. Just came to the Glen Burnie location I found out I got got. He didnt do his job properly. Took advantage of a young man in a bad situation. Y'all might wanna keep an eye on him.
This is such an amazing place. They fixed my kids power wheel car and only charge very little money!! Almost feel like they are altruism or they just want to be kind to the community!! They are so responsible, professional, and we are so happy about it! If you want to fix toy cars, like power wheels or toy jeep cars, please come here. I highly recommend!
Great customer service!! Due to unforeseen circumstances with my car system battery, I had interaction with at least four employees and they all were excellent!

In addition to lower cost of battery, they provide quick and low cost installation immediately on site. Highly recommend going there for your battery needs!!
First time at Battery Warehouse in Eldersburg. This morning I went in to purchase a watch battery and lithium batteries. When the transaction was almost done I said that I need the battery installed in the watch. At that point the employee got rude and told me that I should have made that known. He said it will cost money. I went to pay for the installation and he told me to stand aside so he could help the next customer. When it appeared that this was going to take awhile I left the store. Horrible customer service.
Steve was awesome. Ran tests, installed new battery out door in 20 minutes. This type of service is hard to find. I buy all my batteries from BW, Eldersburg. Just good people.

Very nice lady answered the phone. So knowledgeable and actually talked me into trying to save my old battery by bringing it in so they could charge. Nice to work with a specialist over general auto parts stores.

Had exactlly what I needed and beat all the others with their price . Even double checked my old one to make sure it was definitely bad , which it was .
Replacing 12v 2003 Prius battery was $215 (installed) here. Dealer quote was $345. 'Nuff said. (Call ahead to determine availability of what you need.)
Nobody was available to help me. I waited at the front desk, walked behind the counter to see if anyone was available, listened to a lady have a personal conversation with someone else in the side office, and watched a man stack batteries on a pallet. We did stare at each other 3 or 4 times while he stacked, but he never offered to help or get someone to help me.
Great service and price.
Noticed my truck had a slow crank starting in the morning. Went to auto zone to get a load test on my batteries (diesel), and they didn't know how to do it. Went here instead. Tested my batteries determined one was weak and one was dead. Bought 2 batteries here for cheaper than auto zone and had them installed free of charge. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
