This is the worst dealership we have ever bought a car, and we bought quite a few. 1- The took forever to get me the car registration, even though it was a just a plates transfer. 2- The took forever to send a check to the bank for my pay off, any they sent it to the wrong bank. 3- The owner told me the mistake they made and that he was gonna cancel that check and issue another one to the right bank, and send via right away using express mail meaning they will receive it the following day. That was last week. The other bank had not received the yet as July 30th. 4- The purchase was on May 29th, and today July 30th, a lady told me on the phone that she send the mail via regular mail, and that she doesn't know what happened, I told her the owner said he was gonna mail it via express mail, and she well I sent regular mail. 5- So, they don't know where the check is. Meanwhile, I keep getting calls and letters from my other bank. 6- I called back today after one hour I spoke to the lady, and she said she gave him a note to call me but he is busy doing important stuff, that he will call me, I guess my issue is NOT important to him. Even though they are the ones who messed this whole thing up. SO IF YOU CAN KEEP AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Very satisfied with service and vehicle. They helped me with paperwork for registration in my state after the purchase, and were transparent and helpful with everything. Highly recommend.

They now have a customer for as long as I'm in the area . They made the process very easy through transparency and communication. There were a few hiccups, but they were quick to ease any of my concerns and fix whatever I needed to be fixed. They performed a decent amount of work on the truck I purchased to make it solid and so I was leaning with a dependable vehicle. I would recommend these folks to my friends. Thanks iconic auto !

I purchased a 2015 Ford Transit van from IconicAutosMD (A Y2K Company) November 2023. There were a few mechanical issues that I discovered shortly afterwards. Here's what I was told- "We stand behind our vehicles", "Whatever it takes we'll make it right", "You're in good hands". Let me tell you they are 100% correct. The level of customer service is unmatched bar none! Do yourself a favor & visit these people, buy some vehicles from them, you won't be disappointed. Update- 04/16/2024 I've driven the van approximately 5,000 Mi since purchase. Flawless operation. Thanks again IconicAutosMD! Paul M. Update-06/16/25 November 2023- June 2025. I have never had such a great experience buying a vehicle than I have with Iconic Autos. At no fault to their own, a truck I bought from them had a transmission failure. They stood behind their warranty and covered the entire replacement free of charge. I couldn't believe it. No questions asked. They kept their word saying "you're in good hands and we'll get you taken care of". They did and the truck is running strong to this day. 100% would do business with them again. Thanks Iconic Autos!

Iconic Autos is a dealer with morals. Honest people with integrity! 5 stars on all aspects! Iconic autos is one of the best dealers I have dealt with. They never asked me to write a review or asked for recognition of what they did for me. I feel compelled to write this because I believe they deserve this recognition. I bought a truck from iconic autos October 7th I dealt with an older gentlemen. I believe to be Zack’s father. (Forgive me for not remembering your name.) He made the whole purchasing a breeze. Very honest and made it super easy to purchase a truck. I take the truck home day 1 it had an issue where the truck was smoking out the exhaust signs of engine failure. I called Iconic Autos, spoke to Zack and he did not hesitate to say to bring it back to get it checked. In this time I was in the process of moving to Texas. The issue was checked at the ford dealership and the ford dealership blew off the issue as something insignificant. Having to leave to Texas I drive off hoping ford dealership fixed the issue. The issue got worse durning my 20+ hour trip. And I call Zack immediately and he says he’d have it checked in Texas. They check the truck say it needs a new engine. Zack ask for me to get a second opinion and they say the same thing. Zack immediately started to look for a resolution to get the engine replaced in Texas. Things did not work out as planned but we were able to figure something out and I brought it back to Maryland to get repaired. The truck was repaired with a new engine and Zack provided me with a rental car while repairs were being made. I cannot say better things about iconic autos. This is by far the BEST dealer I have dealt with ever. Zack thank you very much you are a honest man with integrity. I pray your business prospers more than it has. Thank you Iconic Autos!

I can't speak highly enough of the team at Iconic Autos and my experience with them. I purchased a vehicle from out of state and they made the process as easy as possible and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I found my vehicle on their website and within an hour had put down a deposit for them to hold the vehicle for me so I could fly in and purchase 10 days later. During that time, LD coordinated a new radio and backup camera being installed on the vehicle, so it was exactly the way I wanted it at pickup. LD offered me transportation from the airport to their office and even had the vehicle fueled to the top for my 800-mile drive home. Unfortunately, the morning of my pickup, a new service light came on in the van. LD called me immediately and let me know about the situation and presented options to me. Ultimately with it being a Saturday and their mechanic being unavailable that weekend, Iconic Autos agreed to pay for the repair after I had taken the vehicle home. The repair ended up being, in my opinion, more than I thought it would be, and Iconic Autos didn't hesitate to still pick up the bill. No matter where you are in the country, I would highly recommend purchasing from Iconic Autos. Their pricing is on point and purchasing from them is an incredibly easy process. I spent 15 minutes in their office as they had all the paperwork ready to go. Thank you to LD and everyone at Iconic Autos.

I recently purchased my 2017 F250 at Iconic Autos and couldn’t be happier. Very good customer service. After being to countless other dealers in search of a truck the process was low stress and easy. Not only that but when the vehicle needed a couple small things afterwards they made the repairs quickly and on my schedule. I highly recommend the company if you are looking for a truck. If you are looking for a good used pickup I highly recommend taking the drive out RT 70 to see Zack at Iconic Autos in Sykesville. He gave me a great deal on a 2018 F150. The truck looks and runs like new. I'm 75 and just had my hips replaced so Zack threw in a set of running boards. This dealership gives used car sales a good name. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

This place is amazing! This was hands done, the easiest truck purchase ever. The truck I bought is incredible! This family owed/ run shop has got trucks down! Check'm out!

Zach has been very helpful. The Ford F150 we bought needed some additional TLC and he took care of all of needed work. I would recommend Iconic Autos for anyone looking for that special truck.

Great experience so far! LB and the Iconic team were very accommodating when it came to helping me get an independent inspection, and they were quick to answer my questions and help get the information I needed to feel comfortable. It took a bit of time for the title/registration to come through but I think that's standard. Love the truck!

I did not end up buying a truck, but the staff were very friendly. The young man whom I spoke to (Zack I think), was very helpful. He took time to explain their inventory and their process in assessing vehicles before they add them to their lot. He even shared inventory not yet arrived. They don’t sell clunkers and I would feel comfortable buying from them in the future.

Searched for nearly a whole month for a 2015-2019 diesel GMC Denali , stumbled across this place on Carfax and decided to give “Iconic Autos” in Sykesville MD who had exactly what I was looking for, a call. Right from the start , before even seeing the truck in person , the staff at “Iconic Autos” were very helpful and polite , giving every detail of the truck I wanted to know and also sent me any type of pictures I wanted of the vehicle , they were 100% genuine and honest and I was amazed when I saw the condition of the truck in person. The customer service was outstanding , we dealt with it im correct “Zack” , who was super easy to talk to and has us in and out of there in very good timing , unlike most dealerships where you sit for 2-3 hours doing paperwork. I must say this was a pleasant experience and i STRONGLY recommend giving them a try if there’s any specific trucks your interested in , they’re fair priced and they STAND ON SELLING HIGH QUALITY VEHICLES!

Great quality vehicles at good prices. Very patient and understanding. Both of the guys here are beyond friendly. Had a minor problem with my truck a week after I bought it and they fixed it free of cost! I’ll definitely come back here when I need another vehicle.

We drove from out of town without even speaking to anyone over the phone first; just based on what we saw and read online, we liked what we saw and we went for it. Everyone hears “don’t judge a book by its cover” or maybe when it comes to seeing a vehicle online “don’t judge a vehicle based off of what you see online”. Well, you can definitely trust Iconic Autos based on the photos and detailed descriptions of their vehicles. LB and Zack were a huge help and we can’t thank them enough. Their ongoing kindness, continuous patience, and efforts to go above and beyond go greatly appreciated and will not be forgotten. Because of them we were able to purchase not only the truck my boyfriend has been looking for for years at a great price and in beautiful condition, but also a vehicle that we hope will be passed down to our son. I purchased a 06 Ford F 150 from this dealership about two or three months ago. I had a few things that needed to be addressed and some warranty work. They were not small issues. These guys stood behind their warranty and went over and beyond to get me taken care of even out side the shop. There was no hesitation in getting things done. LB and Zack have a great operation at Y2K Auto Sales and I would get another vehicle from them again. I appreciate the great service I have received from them.

I purchase my 2012 dodge ram mega cab 2500 pick up from Y2K dealership. It’s a beautiful truck clean inside and out no issues I did run into one little problem. I called them up took the truck back. They took it a problem and I will always go back to them. I recommend all my friends and family if you looking for a nice pick up this is the dealership to purchase from. They are very friendly and treat you like family.

I’ve purchased plenty of cars from various large and small dealerships, this was by far my favorite experience. The communication and customer service is what set this dealership apart. I flew in from FL, they arranged transportation from the airport to the dealership at no cost to me. Absolutely no pressure at all, they handed me the keys for a test drive, they even gave me a full tank of gas at no cost to me. Some well known huge car dealerships didn’t give me the same customer service and care that this local dealership did. I highly recommend Y2K, very upfront and honest, top notch customer service.

Y2K is an amazingly friendly used car dealership. They sold me my 2018 Ram and it was quick and easy. Since then they’ve been maintaining my oil changes and made it quick as well as painless. Zack and LB treated me like family and this is where I’ll be coming back to if I ever want to buy another truck.

Excellent customer service. They were super knowledgeable and got me the right information in buying my first truck (F150) which is the perfect fit for me. This is my 5th vehicle and by far the smoothest process ever and the fastest! No waiting for hours like other dealerships. I highly recommend Y2K and would purchase from them again.

I would highly recommend LB and Zack at Y2K to anyone. We took our 16 year old daughter in to buy her first car. She was unsure of the purchase as it was her first major purchase of her life. LB was patient and compassionate, never pushy at all. He encouraged her and talked with her. She did not buy the car the first day we were there because of her uncertainty. But due to how we were treated, we went back to see them a second time. She found another car she wanted and is very happy with the whole process. They were awesome and handled everything they said they would without any resistance. Would definitely go back to see them and would encourage others to as well.

Really friendly and approachable team at Y2K Auto Sales. My partner and I purchased a 2008 Honda Fit with only 69,000 miles that was in great condition. We were able to take our time with the decision without being pressured, and everyone was really easy to work with. They also sell the cars with state inspection which is awesome. Unfortunately, about a month later we experienced an engine problem on the highway and needed to have the car towed. Y2K fixed the issue (turned out to be a lose spark plug that wasn't fully tightened), replaced the coil and all other spark plugs, and changed the battery. This type of care and follow through on their car really set them apart. Great experience!

To be real with you, that guy "MIGUEL" is the best. He took his time to explain everything for me. I got the BMW 750i at a very very very good price. I mean it and the mileage was just 66000. they made the car new. Y2K motors thumbs up
