Please read the full review- As an auto industry professional with over 30 years experience I'm not usually impressed when I'm the customer. Hypiatia listened to what I was looking to accomplish and was very responsive to my texts. We worked out the whole deal by text prior to me coming in to the store. When I arrived the vehicle was warmed up and ready to go. I was able to take a long test drive on my own. Finishing up the paperwork took less than an hour. Edit- the car broke down the next day and was un-driveable. The dealer refused to pay to have it towed back to the store and they don't have any after hours drop off so I'm taking it elsewhere for repair. Not a great customer experience after the sale.

First car, buying experience, was helped by Hypatia and was out the door with a new car the same day. She also went out of her way to find me a deal with insurance so I could get the car home sooner.10/10 Experience, would recommend to anyone.

I believe I got a great buy on my used BMW X5 xDrive 50i! They were helpful and pleasant. There was an error, but I don't believe it was their fault and they immediately corrected it. The former owner used the wrong title when they sold the vehicle. It was discovered when I tried to register it. AutoDot did whatever they needed to do ASAP and FedExed the title to me. Hypatia (our saleswoman) was fantastic and I would definitely recommend AutoDot to others looking to buy a pre-owned vehicle. 😊😍🥰

Hypiatia helped me purchase my dream car. Gave me the keys, let me go on a test drive for 30 mins by myself. I looked the car over and studied the carfax. This was the car. I needed it. They gave me the best rate for a 25 yr old car. Even better than credit unions. Had the keys in just over an hour since starting the test drive. Thank you for having this diamond of a car.

I purchased my 2015 Subaru Outback from this dealership back in 2020, and it’s been a solid experience overall. At the time of purchase, the vehicle had around 68,000 miles and was priced fairly, which immediately gave me confidence in the deal. Fast forward to today, and my Outback is sitting at 180,000 miles—still running strong. Aside from routine maintenance and eventually needing a new battery (which is completely expected with mileage like this), I’ve had no major issues. That kind of reliability says a lot about both the vehicle and the quality of inventory this dealership offers. Like most dealerships, they do offer extended warranties—I personally didn’t find it necessary in the long run, but that’s pretty standard across the industry and not unique to them. Overall, this has been a great purchase and one I don’t regret. Based on my experience, I would absolutely return here again when it’s time to buy my next vehicle. Reliable cars, fair pricing, and a purchase that truly held up over time.

I went there a couple of weeks ago. I did the online app, they said they had a car for me. I came to take a look at it, then the tell me can't get that car but they have another one for me. Then tell me I need more down payment. I left without a car. I was told by Oz and the young lady they would call me and let me know what else I could buy. They never called. I called them a few times and they kept saying I am with a customer, I'll call you back. They never did. Communication is great before you come in, after that it sucks. I'm so glad a I did not buy a car from there. Update....I purchased a brand new car with all the bells and whistles, and everything I needed at my price point from somewhere else. I could not be happier.

Professional, courteous, upfront, no hidden agendas, no hard selling or secrecy feeling. Purchased a beautiful Audi for my daughter for college graduation and other milestones. Oz was awesome to work with and I highly recommend this dealership.

Oz and his team were amazing. He was professional, straightforward, and never played me around. He tells you exactly what the deal is and is upfront about everything regarding the car. If you have any questions or concerns, he has no hesitation in helping you resolve them. Autodot is a trustworthy, no-gimmick kind of place, and I’m thankful I found it during my search. I love my new car! I would 1000% recommend Autodot. If you are between Autodot and another place, choose wisely, and choose Autodot. Extremely satisfied.

Would post zero stars if I could. Buyers beware. Sold me a lemon of a car that was overpriced and seriously unsafe. I have spent almost $5000 in repairs on it this year on top of brand new tires ($1000) and a brand new battery. The entire bottom of my car was rusted out and the mechanic told me I'm lucky the wheels didn't snap off the axis when I was driving. Con artist. New update!! Just got back from the mechanic again (my new home, clearly) and they realized my car was in an unreported accident I had never known about. Oz is a scammer. Oz, do not text my personal phone to “make things better” now. That is harassment.

Purchased an older Niro from them online, knowing we would not see or test drive. The vehicle was delivered over the 250 miles to our home within a week and it was exactly as advertised. The detailing was excellent. Hypiatia was very responsive and helpful with the paperwork. Would buy from them again.

Had to buy my son another vehicle after his first one got totaled from a deer. Process was super easy and straightforward. Everyone was friendly and professional. Got everything done in one day. Would definitely recommend to anyone to buy a car here.

Amazing dealership! Josiah was a big help in my process and explained everything to me very clearly and carefully! He helped me explore all my options and gave the best advice! Josiah was the perfect salesman felt really great and comfortable with him the entire process. I’ve had experiences with other dealerships that was awful and took days. I was there with Josiah no more than a hour. Great business, definitely recommend!

Once you go here you understand why this place is rated so highly. Car was exactly as advertised, good selection to choose from, friendly staff, fair prices. I've bought over a dozen cars and this was the fastest I've ever gotten in and out of a dealership. From the time I said "I'll take it" to the time we drove it off the lot was less than a half hour. My nephew couldn't be happier with his first car. *5 STARS*

Enjoyed buying a car here, and others obviously do as well. I’ve been to their lot three times and all three times cars were flying out the door. This is a nice, clean dealership. Every single person with whom I spoke was friendly. Josiah in particular was helpful before, during, and after, and got me out fast. The buying process was straightforward and enjoyable. I like no-BS deals and that’s what this was, 100%. I look forward to buying more cars here as they continue to get good stuff in.

Great car buying experience with Autodot! I found the car listing via Autotrader and contacted the dealer Autodot with some questions. Oz responded quickly, answer my questions, and provided a quote that I asked about. Several of the text/email exchanges were well after their business hours. Oz coordinated with Hypiatha for me to come out for a test drive the next day ( Oz was off that day ). She was also fantastic to work with. The deal Oz quoted me was exactly the deal they were offering in person => no extra add on hidden feels. I complicated the matter further by bringing in a vehicle to trade in, which wasn’t part of my original deal. That was not a problem for her and she arranged for my vehicle inspection/appraisal while I was out on my test drive. How she handled the test drive is also good. They take your information, give you some directions about the roads in the local area, then let you take the car by yourself for 30 mins. When I got back she had the appraisal and all the changes ready for my new deal. They gave a me good price for my trade in ( actually, a little more than I was expecting ). She had all the paper work for the new deal ready quickly and answered any questions that I had about the whole process including dealing with the MVA. She walked through different options of financing as well as extended warranties. However, there “No High Pressure sales tactics” for any of that. She simply laid out the benefits of it after I declined that was it. I was pretty much out the door within 30mins after coming back from my test drive. Finally, as I was leaving I noticed a minor problem with the car that I didn’t catch during my test ride. I went back in, told Hypiatia about it, and she immediately had one of the mechanics come out to take a look at it. He was also very friendly and good to work with ( Sorry, but I forgot his name ). He resolved the issue quickly, showing me what exactly the problem was and how to deal with it => mainly the window track needed some lubing. In Summary, I have bought several cars over my lifetime and have rarely had such an honest and “no surprises” experience. I will definitely be considering Autodot again for any future vehicle purchases I have. I will make one small criticism though => your sign out on MD32 is way too small. I blew right past it the first time. I would suggest a bigger sign! :>). Thanks!

Amazing selection of used cars for any budget , super easy buying process and very friendly and helpful. Drove from east Baltimore out to Sykesville to get away from the city dealerships and it was well worth the travel 10/10 highly recommended

This morning we went to Auto Dot in Skyesville and let me say this was the best car buying experience in my 52 years. Josiah greeted us with a warm smile. Offered us a beverage and he knew we were aiming so we hot straight to business.

OUTSTANDING!! Oz and his team provided top-notch customer service! They answered all my questions, shared several pictures, allowed my brother to test drive (in my absence), found an enclosed trailer, helped with CA registration and more. All this within a tight window before I went on vacation. AutoDot made this car buying experience easy and quick because of the knowledgeable staff that work there. I don’t think car buying has ever been so easy!!! Hypiatia was quick to answer all of my questions before we made the trip, the car was pulled up and ready to go! Signing the paper work just just long enough for them to fill it up with gas and off we went!!! I love my new Range Rover and will be a return customer in the future. In around February of this year I purchased a 2016 340i from a gentleman named Britt, and the car has been phenomenal for me so far. I purchased the car at around 62,000 miles, and it just hit 82,000. I just recently changed the transmission, differential, and brake fluid; Oil changes every 4-5k. I live in Ohio and drove to pick the car up from their Maryland dealership. I will probably be a returning customer because of how pleasant my experience has been. Had a great experience purchasing a 2016 Tesla Model S from AutoDot with Steven! The car was clean, had a good maintenance history, and drives amazing! AutoDot was able to apply the used EV tax credit at point of sale and overall the experience was smooth and seamless.

We had a great experience at AutoDot. Britt and Oz were very nice and helpful. I ended up test driving an older Toyota Highlander and fell in love with it but I was going to go home and think about it, and Oz set my mind at ease and sealed the deal for me! We will definitely go back to AutoDot if we are in the market for another used car!!
