My car was failing emissions testing for over a year. I brought my car here as I heard of this place through a friend. They fixed my car in less than 48 hours and I went and passed my emissions test. Vince and Zac were wonderful and very friendly. They were very communicative and listened to all of my concerns. They did not over charge me or do anything unnecessary. I will be bringing my car back in the future with any other issues. Thank you for being so fair, kind, and reasonable. It is good to know that there are still good honest hard working people out there. Thank you again. I will be recommending you guys to everyone.
Me and my family have been taking our cars to Vince and his team for years now and they are the BEST OF THE BEST!! They have consistently provided reliable, honest, and thorough service, all done with genuine kindness and care. They actually recently just saved me from wasting $1000 on a repair that a different out-of-state dealership said I would "need" for my car. It turned out to be a repair that was absolutely unnecessary and double the price of what Vince would have charged if I needed it anyways. I am extremely grateful for this. I cant say enough good about Vince, Zach and the team. I've done a lot of my own work for years, but as a business owner I don't have the time anymore. It's an absolute dream to know that they take care of my Jeep the same way that I would, never pushy with deadlines, always great communication on diagnosis. One of the hardest things is to find a mechanic that is reliable, trustworthy, and affordable. OTM Co. is all of these things and then some. They've worked with me to diagnose problems, made recommendations, and even talked me out of repairs the dealership recommended. As long as they are open, I will be taking my vehicles there for any work.

I have not found any other place like Vince and his crew of mechanics. You feel welcomed when you walk in and not just another $ sign. Whatever I need to have done they've always given me a fair price and expert service. Im unable to bend and put air in my tires. All i have to do is stop by no matter what time of day and they gladly come out and check and fill them up. They give old time customer service which is rare these days.

The team at Olde Town Motor is excellent. This is the first place we have taken our cars in years where we don't feelblike we're being bamboozled. They explain everything and take the time to get to the bottom of the problem. It is a pleasure doing business there.

One of the most honest companies out there. They always do a great job and are so honest. Example: I was ready to buy new breaks and pads for my SUV. They said I can go two more oil changes before I need them replaced. Saving me at least $800.

Had work done at Old Towne a number of times. They took care of our Dodge Ram and both of our Grand Caravans. Prices were always very reasonable and the work was done very well. If I need sometime done, this is the first place I go.
Honest, patient, polite, timely, detailed, competent, reasonable, etc. They spend time explaining findings and options. You are able to talk with the technician unlike other places that separate customers and technicians. Their invoices are detailed. They're not trying to meet quotas, upsell or use scare tactics found at chains and other places. The staff are cognizant of the rest of your vehicle so as not to cause collateral damage to other areas while servicing as the risk with many other places. In other words, if you park your car in corners, consider this place for service. I have a decent understanding of vehicle maintenance and used to perform more of my own when I was younger so I have an understanding and appreciation of the variables and skill in this realm.
Our first experience, my girlfriend came in to get an alignment done. She had hit a piece of wood that had a nail sticking out and it punctured the tire and threw off the alignment. I had fixed the puncture with a kit to the point that it was fine and not leaking what so ever (the repair is meant to last the life of the tire according to the kit). When she came in to have the alignment done (by herself) she was talked into buying a new tire for a very high price that I felt strongly she did not need. Tires were all replaced less that 7000 miles ago. Still against our better judgement, my girlfriend went there again at a later date to have her breaks changed. After getting another bill higher than expected that had a bunch of "gravy work" as they call it added on we had about enough. As if that wasn't enough, the breaks are grinding and scratching terribly at not even 6,000 miles after being changed. When we brought the car in to get it looked at we were told the breaks were so worn down that it ruined the rotors. After not even 6,000 miles. Ofcorse they wanted full price to fix everything that they said they fixed the first time. Definitely would not recommend. Be careful
In response to your reply: Your shop had done all the previous break work on the car less than 6,000 miles ago. You even charged us for you to "clean the caliper" now it is broke 6,000 miles later. There is no reason I should be paying to get my rear breaks and rotors changed this soon. The work should have been free or discounted. 800 for breaks is a joke
Vince and his associates are fair in all aspects of the business. Accurate diagnostics and fair pricing in repairing the defects. Been dealing with them since 2010.
I hate to let the word out about this garage, because they are already busy due to word of mouth. They are reasonably priced and straight about the repairs recommended. I only took off one star because the lack of Saturday hours and how busy they are, can effect getting your car in and serviced.
