I have refused to say anything about this company. A truck and trailer is one unit, but this company towed my truck & trailer for parking at a wrong parking area, which i do not have a problem with, but charging me $1800 for two units is diabolical for just one day. Guys, please don't park your trucks at the country ridge shopping complex on Back River Neck Road in Essex, MD. I am so unhappy. I spent part of the money I've been saving for my sons school tuition to get my truck out. I don't want to say more.
I couldn't have asked for better service at any price. They got us back on the road amazingly quick. The price to repair the truck on the side of the road was below what I would have paid my local shop. So I saved on repair cost & didn't have to tow the truck in! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Best service,best prices. Unbeatable. They have worked on my 2011 kenworth T700 many times. I won't go nowhere else. They put a water pump,shocks and wheel seal on truck 2 weeks ago.
We own a trucking company and have been taking our trucks to Rocky's since the very beginning. Everytime our trucks break down or need anything fixed Rocky have completed the job which allowed us to get back on the road. They have proven to be knowledgeable and effective. Great business to work with.
Guys, do not review bomb this shop. The RockEy’s (with an E!) truck and trailer repair in the viral tiktok is based in California not Maryland, please do a little research before review bombing on impulse!
Rocky's Truck service garage fixed the lights and the klutch on my Gradall xl 4200. They did what they said without charging you an arm and a leg.. Also Without ripping you off ! I have only met Mac ( I assume the owner's son) but he couldn't be any nicer. Definitely will be back to have them work on the Gradall again I am sure lol
I would NOT let other negative people on here sway you into not going to Rocky's..They are fair in there pricing and super nice to deal with.

My pick up is 2005 Chevy Silverado duramax. It needed a fuel pump awhile back, Rocky's knew what they are doing. They had it fixed and rolling quickly. So when the oil cooler started leaking coolant, I took it to Rocky's. They had it fixed and rolling quickly as usual. They work on anything. Big tractor trailers to cars. Cranes, dump trucks and anything mechanical. Prices are reasonably priced to the jobs that they do. I feel that they do a great service to the working class.
No matter how good you are there will always be someone to say the otherwise . On a scale from 1 to 10 I give this guys 10+ . Try these guys I don't think you will be disappointed.
Rockys garage will bend over backwards for you. In a day and age where everyone demands magical results yesterday, Rockys will take on the job and level with you. If you want your truck fixed then take it to Rockys or call to have them tow it to their shop.
When my work truck breaks, I call Rockys.
The business owner was one of the most unprofessional and rude people I ever have come in contact with. He went as far as to use the F word to me. I don't see how this man has been in business for 20 plus years with that kind of first impression. Would NEVER recommend. You would be better off to drive a mile to Baltimore and go to Brody's Transportation, at least those guys are professional.
