Please don't bring your vehicle here after the original owner (Jerry) sold the business. We have always had our vehicles worked on by All Phase with no issues.
We took our 2014 Chevy Traverse on on 9/13/25 to be service for multiple issues. The check engine light was on, ac was not working, power switch for windows wasn't working and the cigarette lighter wasn't getting power. Also needed a tune up.
I didn't know Jerry had left, but we still wanted to support the place that always worked on our cars. It took only 2 days and we were happy with the time frame.
On the drive home, the oil pressure light came on and the check engine came back on. So called the shop. The person on the phone sounded unsure and dumbfounded as to why that would happen. He said to give it a little more drive time.
The next day drove it about 5 miles to the gas station and back. Again, the oil pressure light and check engine came back on and the AC stopped working.
Waited a week and took it out again. No lights were on and ac was working. This time after an hour of driving, I got an error on the dash board 'Transmission hot, idle engine' We had never had issues with this before.
So we took it back. We were told there was a leak and quoted 300.00 to repair. Ok'd it. We were charged 550.00 intead of the orginal quote. Got it back and was ok on the drive home. Took for work this morning and after a while, it started overheating, all lights came on the dash and I couldn't drive more than 20 mph. This is unreal. I called the shop and they said to bring it back. No thank you! Everytime it comes back worse.
Interesting that they did a tune up on 9/13, but yesterday's receipt says we need new spark plugs, and cabin filter. Also both receipts say we need new tires. All tires were replaced in April and it wasn't driven by 2000 mile if that because we needed to get AC fixed so it just sat. Also, the window control panel does work, but now the power mirrors don't.
Please avoid at all cost. We have disputed all charges with our credit card except for the cigarette light. That's the only thing that worked correctly. If that is denied, we will be going to small claims court.
Had work done on my vehicle here last year and it was one of the smoother experiences I had. The staff was friendly, accommodating to my schedule and requests, the price was refreshingly reasonable, and most importantly the work was professional. Even though they are a bit of a hike from me, I will continue to bring my vehicles here for any general needs.
I got there when they first open so I gave them 10-15 mins to get settled then I went back inside sat there for 25 mins while they taking pictures of cars going up in down the street so rude never again
During our road trip to New York, the engine suddenly started acting up, so we stopped by this shop just five minutes before closing, at 4:55 PM. The owner kindly inspected the car and cleaned the filter. Thanks to that, the engine returned to normal and we were able to continue our trip. We're truly grateful!
I was let down by other shops as I tried to get my new truck inspected. I decided to drive to work and find a place in the way to try again. All Phase was super helpful from start to finish and even followed up to make sure it went well and I was satisfied. I'll be coming here in the future.
All Phase Auto Repair is a good and honest repair shop. I will always use them as my repair shop and recommend them to all my friends and family. The staff is polite and was very honest about my vehicle. My sister recommended them to me because she had a great experience with them as well. Ladies these guys will not try to get over on you. They are good people.
Jerry was able to squeeze me in the same day, diagnose the issue in a few minutes, and have my vehicle repaired in a few hours. I would definitely recommend all phase for your automative repair needs.
I was scheduled in within a couple days for some fairly extensive work on my Toyota Rav 4. The work was completed efficiently, and in a timely manner. Cost to me was very reasonable! Location was also convenient as there are a number of bus routes available within easy walking distance. I would definitely use this auto shop again!
They did an amazing job on my car. I will forever be taking my car to them for maintenance. My sister has been going to them for 14 years and I will be spreading the word around to everyone I know with a car to go to this place. Thanks again guys for the incredible service and work on my car!
Very Professional & Kind Both Jerry & Dale . They had awesome communication skills , they kept me in the loop of everything that was going on Dale made sure to have my car finished christmas eve for me and my family and even was able to accommodate me as a new customer. Our very first time to have our Toyota Camry 2024 inspected. They are quick, efficient and trustworthy! The moment I called, they tried to accommodate us right away since it was close to Thanksgiving Break. They inspected our car with care and gave their best recommendations to pass. After the Thanksgiving break, we called to get an appointment to come back with all the recommendations completed and in no time we passed with flying colors! Just got my car back. What I like about the shop is they are clean (for an auto shop) and efficient. Have a 2016 Subaru that had a power steering failure. No pumps or fluids. All electronic and was determined that the control module failed. So was quoted $800+ to remove and replace. I figured this was about right (what do I know?) so I approved the repairs. I should have done some sleuthing online though. The MSRP for the part is $507. However, Subaru is discounting the part at $397. Per the cost breakdown on the receipt, I paid almost $570 on the part. I expect a little mark up on parts as profit for the shop but a nearly $200 markup is a bit much. Even still, I will give them 4 stars (-1 star for seemingly pocketing the savings from the discount). Another shop probably would have charged the same. In order for me to enjoy the discounted cost on the part, I'd probably have to take it to a Subaru dealership. The closest one to me would have cost me $150-250 to tow, negating any savings the discount would have provided. What I have learned from this experience is don't discount using a dealership for repairs and service. There was a time when independent shops were the economical way to go. I am now not so sure that is the case any longer. I wish getting quotes for work before you commit to a shop was a bit easier so you can choose what is best for your budget. Once my car was towed to their shop, I was kind stuck. To get it elsewhere and quickly, I'd have to pay to tow again. I'd still use the shop for routine maintenance work since they are closer to me than a dealership but for the bigger and more costly work, I will take a look at the dealerships 1st.
Nice neighborhood shop. Run by a guy I went to high school with. Fair prices, friendly staff, quick service, and I’ve never finished a transaction feeling taken advantage of.
They have fixed things on my beater and on my Cadillac. Treating both cars with the same care.
The owner is just as hands on as any employee and very engaging with his customers.
They send coupons for services you will most likely need and always make the time available to fit you in.
All in all they make using a mechanic a little less intimidating for those of us that don’t know much about that stuff and are kinda going on blind faith.
10/10 would recommend
Had my car towed for a clutch issue, my pedal was sticking to the floor, this happened in the past and was a slave cylinder issue. They gave me an estimate for about $2300 that I paid $240 for and was WRONG. I mentioned to the woman over the phone my clutch had been replaced and this was disregarded. I took it to another mechanic with the parts they suggested and only needed to replace the cylinder. I was contemplating junking my car because I didn’t want to spend that much getting it fixed and they were over charging for parts and labor that was not needed. Do not recommend, take your car to 4 sons in Dundalk, they get the job done right and honestly and you’ll prob save a few bucks.
This is one of the most honest shops that I've found over the years. Definitely give them a chance to let them show you first hand how good their workmanship truly is and the best part is if your having financial issues they can help by offering you a line of credit to get your repairs done and get them done right...
Vehicle inspection was very quick and thorough. Repairs that were needed were made the same day. The customer service rep, Terri, was one of the friendliest people who’s serviced me in quite some time. I would recommend this business to anyone.
I recently brought a vehicle I purchased for a state inspection. The staff was very helpful and the prices here are more reasonable. They were able to get my car in and out quickly and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need like most shops in the area. Very honest and respectful people. 10/10 I will definitely be bringing my vehicles to All phase for any services needed in the future. Highly recommend
My son is living in Rosedale going to college nearby and his car was having issues starting. We had the car towed to All Phase and upon arrival of the car we had non stop updates and detailed communication. The fixed all the issues with the car and offered reasonable prices. I highly recommend this repair shop.
I have had three transactions with all phase, and I don’t believe that they are malicious or have any ill will towards their customers. I will say that if you’re looking for a vehicle to actually pass inspection I would look elsewhere. They use a rigid interpretation of the inspection book, against what common sense would dictate.
Secondly, I dropped my truck off to them around 9:30am yesterday to have a front end alignment done. I made sure when I dropped it off that it would be done before the end of business and was told it would be done that afternoon. At 3:30 I got a call saying they weren’t going to be able to get to it. That is unacceptable and is bad business. I will not use all phase again.
I had made a horrible mistake while changing my fluids out on a Saturday and put the wrong oil in my transmission, now I had just bought this truck so I didn't want to mess with it, I called all phase auto and even though it was a Saturday they had a tow truck to me in a couple of hours and said they would work on it first thing monday morning, sure enough it was done at 12 o clock and they had thoroughly checked the rest of the vehicle for any issues as well as provided pictures for proof, I had some issues that if they had not shown me I would be stranded on the side of the road soon enough! They helped me out greatly, located my problems and showed me. Honest and fair prices. Looked at other parts of the vehicle for free where other mechanics on the same street would charge at least $80 to look at. I will definitely be returning for any future repair!
I have had the best experience at All Phase Auto Repair. It took an hr and a half for them to complete the md state inspection but literally felt like a half hr. Their customer service was outstanding and if u know me I am huge on my customer service and how you treat people. I had my son with me they even treated him amazing. I had a lot wrong with my vehicle it did not pass and the pricing was beyond legitimate and fairly priced especial with how much was wrong with my 19 yr old car. Terry explained to me everything that was wrong along with the pictures to prove the problems. While even waiting in the office area Terry held conversations with me bc ima big talker lol. Dale I believe is the one who inspected my car and he did and Amazing Job. And on top of all of that I will be sticking with them as my permanent personal mechanic. I had no way home. So I was going to take an Uber however no, one of the owers Jerry-he took me and my son home. If I could rate them higher than a five I would’ve 100/100. I definitely recommend this place. And this place will be my new mechanic to take my car for anywork ever needed on it. So Terry Dale and Jerry and everyone else who has helped and worked their I personally thank u for everything and I will be recommending u to everyone I know again thank you so very much.

I needed work on my Dodge Dakota. The front wheel bearings were shot. They fixed it the same day. They explain everything that they are going to do. They also checked my truck over & gave me a complete report on the condition. They are very profession & do great work. I would not go anywhere else.
I was looking for a mechanic to fix my wiring for a headlight on my car. I came across All Phase and I am so glad I did. Terri and the staff were so nice, my car was ready rather quickly and my inspection order was signed off on. I was also made aware of problems that my previous mechanic failed to mention when my car was given a free inspection at All Phase. I will be returning for any future repairs. My car wouldn't start and I was able to bring it in for a same-day inspection (per the recommendation of a friend). Terri at the front desk was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the whole process. The prices were fair, and I felt no pressure to do unnecessary repairs/maintenance on my car. I really like the vehicle summary they provided after the visit - it will be good for my records and even includes photos. I would definitely recommend All Phase to anyone who needs a mechanic!
Great customer service, clean facility and reasonably priced. Used their services for a Maryland Inspection and needed some repairs. Work was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Will definitely use their services again. Everyone we dealt with was so nice and helpful. Will have to thank my neighbor as he recommended them.
Honest, timely, and professional.
They let me schedule a same-day appointment on the Friday of the Independence Day weekend, when all the other auto shops would not let me in until the Tuesday after the holiday. The staff was friendly and honest. The work on the vehicle was done right within the time frame they stated. They also walked me through the recommended services without pressuring me to buy anything.
Make sure to join the rewards program! They'll mail you coupons upon joining. They also give you points for completing surveys.
Very smooth experience. Took my truck there for a emission issue and had some other things done as well. They're not the cheapest place that I checked but they had the best customer service. $755 later and all was well until this morning. My check engine light came back on. I have a appointment to have them check out everything tomorrow. The outcome of this appointment will dictate if my rating goes back to 5 stars or if it heads in the other direction. I'll update this review at that time.
I have terrible luck with cars which means I've had to have my car worked on many times. Unfortunately, I've never found a shop that I felt really good about...until now. From the very first phone call, Terry was incredibly helpful and made me feel 100% comfortable having my car towed there while I went to work even though I had never been there before. She called me at every step of the repairs to explain what they found, what their recommendations were, the cost and about how long it would take. When another unrelated issue was found during the road test, Terry called me again and explained all of it. In the end, the prices I was quoted over the phone were exactly correct and my car was done and ready for pickup exactly when I was told it would be. My car runs perfectly and feels amazing! All Phase Auto Repair will be my go to place for all of my car issues in the future! I truly can't say enough great things! Thank you All Phase!!
