The staff here is amazing and very compassionate. Tina was a godsend and truly went above and beyond to help me. Nobody ever wants to find themselves in the situation that involves towing, but it helps when you are treated with dignity and empathy.
I thought they were expensive but then I found out these guys are actually cheaper than most. This is where the police took my car after it was stolen and found. they were okay, they weren't over friendly but they weren't ignorant. they did their job It was early in the morning, I have no complaints.
Super friendly and understanding. I found them under some "less than ideal" circumstances... And I'm STILL extremely impressed with how nice and truly helpful they were through the process. If my car's being towed I couldn't ask for a nicer and safer place for it to end up. FMR made an already unpleasant experience so much easier and I'm grateful for that!
FMR is outstanding!! We use FMR for our businesses and I had an issue with my vehicle. The owner Tina and I believe her husband Bill are absolutely amazing. I’m very surprised at some of the reviews on here. They went WAY above and beyond to help me when my vehicle broke down. Without explaining the entire situation, the stress of when a car breaks down is overwhelming. FMR came and picked my vehicle up and really went above and beyond to help me. I will not deal with anyone else going forward. Words really cannot explain how thankful I am for them. You have a lifetime customer. Thank you so much!!!! 💕
Tried to get my car out the impound. Provide all the proper paperwork to have everything finalized some old guy with long hair who walks with a limp had a extreme discreen disrespectful attitude.... Was yelling & cussing Was so bad I came back the next day to try to do everything I everything over the right way and end up dealing with the owner Tina. Once I gave her all the proper paperwork that needed to be necessary Tina had made the experience much more professional I couldn't think her much more of the more of how she had made my day much better considering that I am not a Maryland resident she made things happen
Unfortunately my car got Is impounded by my own fault, FMR towed it in, And charged me less money than I expected to pay, And they promptly released it soon after I proved that I was the Registered owner. Also I looked the vehicle over from top to bottom and it had been towed Properly with no damage done to my vehicle
Look. The experience of recovering ur vehicle after an accident from the tow company sux anywhere. I read their reviews before going and they weren't so good so i was ready for a problem. No problems though. Professional. Courteous. It was my 21yo daughter's car (prolly totalled😑; i should review her). Police contacted FMR to tow from accident. I got it next day, $280. We were outta there in 10 mins.
Suppose to be 24 hours but never answer the phone when you have a issue. I pay 30$ every month for my parking space and whenever I call to tow someone out my space they never answer the phone if your not open 24 hours update your hours. Such a inconvenience when you pay for a service and can never use it

They have a contract with my apartment complex to have cars towed if parked in a Reserved parking spots that the residents pay for. They used to answer the phone but now you get a answering machine. They don’t come like they are supposed to.
I called this company on Saturday 6/13/20 and asked for a tow truck to come to my address to remove a car parked in front of my reserved parking spot in front of my house something that my property management offers for the reserved sign that we pay for every month. The lady answered and said she would call it in to the dispatch of trucks available and then the truck never came. I called several times to find out what happened and nothing just a answer machine. This is not a good company that I would refer or use very unprofessional and not accountable. I will be reporting this to my property management so they can know who they are because what is the point in having this company to remove cars not respecting the reserved parking sign that you pay for if they aren't going to come and do there job to remove the cars. Pointless!!!
After stealing nearly a thousand dollars from me, the owners had the audacity to unconsciously vandalized my child’s truck! The police helped and allowed every moment of the abuse!
In all my life, I have NEVER experienced such extreme racism as I experienced with this place. I attached video documentation to prove the police participated in the maltreatment as well as showed preferential treatment by demanding I give the owner my i.d. but reduced me to a lower standard.
The owner, Tina Marie Forbes is quite the racist. I had to call police on the owner and her husband because they closed my arm in the shop window during my request to discuss the bill. They keep the office door locked and point you in the direction of the parking lot window for all communication.
I am listed as owner on my child’s truck. I had police documentation to show my child was reported missing early February. I wanted to show the company documentation of the missing person report along with proof that I was not notified for nearly two weeks after the truck was impounded from his home. The discrepancy I had with the bill is, it took nearly two weeks for FMR to send notification so I could pick up the truck and they charged me storage for the days it took them to grant me access to the vehicle.
When I asked to discuss the $880 impound bill, the owner‘s husband stated their policy is not to discuss anything unless I consent to having my driver’s license, vehicle title and credit cad photo copied ”PRIOR” to them answering a single question about the bill and vehicle. They were adamant about not discussIng a single thing unless they make a photo copy of my documents. I tried to ask pertinent questions about the bill but the owner closed the window on my arm twice and reiterated his position on not discussing anything bill related until they make a copy of my driver’s license, etc.
My concern is this company outright refused to discuss anything unless I consented to having my title, driver’s license and credit card photo copied. The police facilitated the abuse by proposing the owner ban me from the property or surrender to the owner demands of photocopying my documents. I made it clear that I have no problem allowing them to make copies of my documents once I determine whether or not I want to get the vehicle out. It was just mind blowing that the company will NOT discuss anything about the bill until they bully you into making copies of your documents. They still outright REFUSE to discuss your bill once they are photo copies.
During the process of releasing the vehicle, I noticed the owners husband damaged my vehicle through rough handling. He accelerated his tow truck drag race style down a long driveway and over to the adjacent street wooded area. He dumped my child’s vehicle into the deep edges of the wooded area. I had to call another tow truck company to get the vehicle. Apparently, my child’s truck has been forced into neutral and no longer goes into park. This company also broke the drivers side mirror and there’s a plethora of scratches all over the truck. These people are full of hate and made nonstop racist innuendos with the police. I filed a complaint with internal affairs and I am speaking with an attorney about the incident! They messed with the right person because I WILL make sure they’re held accountable in every sense for their ignorant inhumane treatment.
I gave my vehicle to my son for his birthday and it got towed when he was hospitalized. Since my son never had an opportunity to switch the registration over, I was notified of the impound via certified mail.
Upon receipt of the notice, I promptly made numerous attempts to contact the company so I could make arrangements to pick up the truck. The line was busy for several days. In the interim, I got extremely sick and have hospital paperwork as well as telephone records to show the efforts I made to reach the company. Today I FINALLY had an opportunity to speak with a representative. As I attempted to get information about how to recover my vehicle, the person that answered spoke to me in a condescending nasty tone despite my professionalism. I asked her mane and she hung up on me. I called back asked for the manager. She laughed and said she was the owner then a man abruptly took over the call. Both parties were very nasty chastising me about parking violation for the vehicle in question as opposed to actually giving me the information on how to get my vehicle. Both representatives verbally abused me about the vehicle being parked in front of my child’s apartment then abruptly hung up every single time I tried to respond. Each time, I called back, I advised the call was recorded and informed of my intent to post the link to the call online due the the severity of their nasty disposition.
I later called and spoke with the owner Tina Forbes who claimed to be a police officer. She went on and on chastising me about how wrong it was for my child to park his vehicle on “someone else’s property....and signs are posted all throughout the community.“ She then abruptly passed the phone to Anthony who continued the abusive rant and stated “we don’t need to know anything about you being in the hospital, our daughter just got out of the hospital.” Anthony continued making disparaging remarks about how irresponsible it was for my child to park the truck. I tried to explain multiple times that the vehicle was parked in front of my son’s apartment but neither party would allow me to speak. They were loud and downright MEAN!.
I called internal affairs to report Tina claiming to be a police officer. I tried to call back with the Internal Affairs investigating corporal on conference call but FMR towing sent my subsequent calls to voicemail. I am very disappointed because I have collaborated with the police department for a number of years and made countless community service donations and even received a plethora of awards and recognitions.. My experience with the owner has made me reevaluate my contributions to the police department. I will be creating an MP3 file of the calls to prove how egregiously mean the owner has been to me. She did not have to be so nasty! I will work not back down on my internal affairs complaint and make sure my calls are made public. It is inexcusable for the owner to be so nasty and abusive! I will be filing a lawsuit to recover reasonable reimbursement for the charges during the time that I was sick as well as the time I could not reach the company. Truly unacceptable that you can’t even have a rational conversation with these folks!
FMR gave us good service towing our F-350 truck to a shop on Route 40. I called a day ahead to ask a few questions and was told we could usually be towed within an hour window when we called back. Price was reasonable.
This man claims to be southern man and for the past 2 days he said as a man he gave me his word for something we talked about. Now the third day hes gonna come out the side of his neck and disrespect me because he gave me his word and had me running around for 2 day now he doesnt want to do business. From man to man AS a man giving your word should mean something
